Fried half chicken
Rose P.

Amazing food!!!! I was obsessed with everything we ordered. We sat ourselves and were brought drinks by a server. Any food we wanted, we ordered at the counter. The half chicken bucket was deliciously crispy and hot. The house salad was fresh and filling. The grilled chicken was juicy too. The nachos!!! So filling and tasty. The melty cheese was amazing, and I loved that they put baked beans on them. They were perfectly topped with pickled onions. The prices were the best I've seen in Scottsdale. Very reasonable food and drinks. We went for "bottomless" mimosas. It was really $10 for a bottle of Champaign and unlimited juice, but that was a pretty good price. I loved the vibe and how lively it was. This place is huge with tons of games, TVs, seating, outdoor patios, and music. Highly recommend

The Hot Chick is such a fun, lively spot to hang with friends all day or night long in Old Town Scottsdale. You can enjoy cocktails at a great price, play tons of different games with friends, or just sit and enjoy music. You can expect it to be crowded and loud, but full of great vibes. Service is always great. I've never gotten food there, but I've always heard and seen that it looks great. While there's not much a designated dance floor, it's always such a fun, lively time.

Packed Halloween night!

HOT CHICK REVIEW ***HALLOWEEN EDITION*** um.... this was my FAVOURITE spot on our bar crawl!!! line wasn't too crazy. got inside and you can GRIP the energy in there. DJ was great, huge circular bar (service was a little slower but efficient- it was packed in there!), indoor-outdoor seating, lots of visuals and decorations, everyone was dancing n just pure enjoying the night! (Did not try the food and did not get a good gauge on drink pricing)

The hot chick is a great place in downtown Scottsdale, one of my favorites. They put on fun events during the week like drag bingo on Wednesdays, watch parties for love island etc. You order food at a separate place in the bar but I love the food, a lot of chicken sandwiches even a great vegetarian option. A special shout out to our wonderful waitress tonight Haley for her great customer service. Will be requesting her every time! Thank you The Hot chick

Bartender Naz is such a sweetheart! Definitely pop in and say hello to him. I enjoyed a Main chick sandwich with suicide fries while waiting for Tuesday Trivia to start. The nonalcoholic Grapefruit ranch water was great! The 2 bartenders who replaced him were also great. Great experience. Trivia was fun too. Would just suggest making sure food are logged into the game and know how to pay before starting

Bachelor party shenanigans!

Natalie was awesome. Super attentive and the whole vibe was great. Hitting the town tonight and plan ing to come back in! Gotta check it out if your in Scottsdale!

This place was so much fun! We went for their Alice and Wonderland themed pop-up. The decor was great and there was lots of seating available inside and out. This place is also very open and big. Lots of room to walk around and explore, which is kind of a different bar concept. Everyone was friendly and helped give recommendations for drinks. I ordered the Down the Rabbit Hole drink, and my friend ordered Alice's tea. Both drinks were fun and delicious.

My friends and I had come out for bingo night! It was one of my friend's birthday and we decided to come here. It was soooo much fun, this place is such a vibe! The food is good, average bar typa food. The drinks are yummy and pretty! the staff is super cool and they play awesome music as well. Just the whole atmosphere is a vibe! I definitely recommend checking this place out, especially for bingo night. Bingo night is on Wednesdays only as a heads up and you also need to reserve, that would be best!

This place is pretty much as a party house. No servers no nothing. I sat down there for about 20 minutes and didn't get nothing.

Sometimes the best spots are the ones you don't plan for. The vibe here is pure charm: cozy, rustic, and full of that laid-back country feel that makes you want to kick back and stay awhile. In a town where cocktails can easily break the bank, this place keeps it real without sacrificing quality. The bartenders were friendly and quick, which is always a win. If you're looking for a spot that feels authentic, has great tunes, and won't drain your wallet, Old Town Tavern is it. The band, called "Dayweather" was awesome and they covered all genres from Beatles to Weezer including a lot of mash ups, which were so much fun! The played three sets! We thought about going somewhere else but the music, dancing and overall vibe kept us there. There is table service and even for a busy night it was very good. There is a really nice patio too when it is not too hot out. This place doesn't feel too bougie like some of the places in Scottsdale -- this is where the real people of Scottsdale go to relax and let there hair down! I had a great time and will definitely be back!

However, the walls have a counter with the stools, so you can order food and eat there! It's super crowded all the time (this was our third attempt getting my inside across 2 days), but so worth it! Our drinks were made quickly, but ordering them was a little trickier. They didn't have many people working (2? 3?) so it was easier to order at the bar then flag down a server. With it being a small space, it was would've been nice to order from a server. We had the prickly pear margaritas and the house margarita. While they tasted good, I'm not sure how authentic they were. But they were served icy cold, so can't complain too much! They were also a decent price. We also had their red pork and green pork tamales. The red was my favorite, with a hint of spice and flavorful pork. The green one was good too. We also had their nachos, which were pretty classic and appreciated by the group! Food came out in about 20-30 minutes. Prices were reasonable too. The best was the live music-- It's free! Lots of country classics. I would arriving around 1/1:15 pm, finding a seat, getting a drink and ordering food, and listening to the well-played tunes. It only has 1 small TV, so I'd go somewhere else if you're looking for a bar/pub to watch sports. Make sure to check out popular, well-known Rusty Spur Saloon for cold margaritas, delicious Mexican food, and dance worthy live music!

Coach House is a year-round Christmas-themed bar. Located in Old Town Scottsdale, a block or two away from Fifth Avenue, there's a parking lot that was pretty full when I arrived. If you can't find a spot, you can find some free street parking close by (max of three hours). Ambiance (4/5): A lot of holiday pop-ups these days have entrance fees and expensive holiday-themed cocktails. You'll find none of that pretentiousness here. There's no entrance fee and no elaborate cocktails. The reason to visit is the multitude of Christmas lights that adorn both the patio and the indoor area. There are also a bunch of TVs which makes it a good spot to check out the game. It's mostly a patio bar, but there is some room indoors too. As well as Golden Tee and another game. Service (4.5/5): There's a bouncer checking your ID before you come in. From there, there's a larger bar inside where you can order a drink from one of two bartenders (at least when I was there) or a smaller outdoor bar with one bartender (at least when I was there). There's a cash discount (which I always appreciate). What that means is that they don't charge you tax if you pay by cash. While the bar was busy, the bartenders working were efficient. Food (N/A): Coach House doesn't serve food but they did have a Mexican food truck posted up on the patio while I was there. I didn't have any food during my visit though. Drinks (N/A): Since The Coach House is a dive bar, expect a full bar, but don't expect fancy cocktails. Ordering simple mixed drinks or beer is the way to go. They were out of Montucky Cold Snacks so I went with a Woodchuck Cider for $6. Affordable prices in the heart of Scottsdale... I'll take that any day of the week! Speaking of Christmas miracles, while I was sipping my beer on the patio, I saw two black SUVs pull up. A group of people came out of the cars and there was one person who I immediately recognized. Former NBA MVP and multiple NBA all-star Steve Nash! As a big basketball fan, having a brew at the same bar as a Phoenix Suns legend was pretty epic. On Christmas nonetheless.
