Came in here in the afternoon on Sunday as we were killing time before our flight. I could totally see this as being such a fun spot at night and I'm sad we didn't get a chance to enjoy it then! They were super nice and let us store our luggage in the back room, which had a mechanical bull (How fun!) and mattresses on the floor for when you fell hahah. It felt like someones basement or something like that, and I loooove that type of atmosphere. Inside was nice and we just grabbed some drinks at a table to watch some football. A few of my friends got the walking nachos and really enjoyed them. I love that they serve that! I got just got a High noon and enjoyed that. Again, definitely wish we came here at night because it seems like such a fun vibe in the evening.

Not My First Rodeo was one of the stops we went to on a pedal bar crawl around Scottsdale. Like many of the other bars in the area, we loved the vibe! The decor was awesome and really added to the rodeo theme. Even in the middle of the day, there were still people around and we had a blast. We didn't have anything to eat, but the drinks were great and super inventive! I'd recommend for anyone looking for a funky spot to grab some drinks.

Super yeehaw right when you walk in. Music was fun but super loud. Mix of classics and newer country songs. Had a reservation for a table of 10, but as the night went on we all migrated to the floor to dance. So kind of a mixed bar/club deal. They had random events like dancers on tables pouring free shots for people. Shot challenges where you take a nasty unconventional shot and your Polaroid taken. Unfortunately the Polaroid wasn't working for us, and we're not sure what happened to our group picture that was taken on someone's iPhone either. Drinks weren't anything special, mostly went for good vibes. Not a lot of parking on the street, best to uber or get dropped off.

Sloppy Joe and potato salad

I came here the other night with my boyfriend while we had a staycation in Scottsdale. We found the spot through Apple Maps when we were finding somewhere to go. The facility is in old town Scottsdale, so be prepared to have to hunt for some parking. We got lucky to find a spot right in front but the lot stays packed. When we went it was around 9:00pm so there was security outside to check IDs. The building is loud and it was a little bit crowded. However, at that time they were still seating for food so we asked for an outside table and it was a bit quieter. I was very excited about the menu here. The cocktails are very unique and it was hard choosing something to try. I settled with a chocolate mint milkshake shot and a cotton candy margarita. The shot was my favorite, it was so delicious! It comes with a little straw to help you sip on it. The cotton candy margarita was also tasty, it was definitely different. For food I ordered a sloppy Joe and potato salad for my side. The sloppy Joe was pretty good, but didn't taste too different from what you can make at home. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the potato salad. It had a sweeter taste to it that I didn't like much. My boyfriend got a brisket sandwich which was very delicious! On the menu there is a section for some purposely nasty shots. If you're brave enough to order and complete it you get your photo on the wall! Examples of this shots are vodka and ranch, alcohol with kraft mac and cheese, and there was one that involved hot dog water, mustard, ketchup, and hot dog pieces! Yuck! Overall, the vibe here was very fun. I had a great time with the music and the people. I enjoyed the cocktails a lot. The food was pretty good for what the place is. I could see myself returning!

This place is fun! From the shot glasses in ice throwing shot glasses to the mechanical bull and decor, definitely a lot of entertainment and laughs! The set up allows for space as well with some booths, tables, and the bar to the right of entrance, with more tables wrapped around the other side. There were only 2 bathrooms and it was extremely hot and when you stand in front of the auto sinks, they continue to run so room for renovations there. Overall, servers were friendly and attentive and we definitely had fun!

Somewhat edible cheese curds

Came here for a girls weekend and was not a fan. Feels like a college bar and the food is so gross. Somehow messed up chicken tenders and fries. Cheese curds and the Greek platter were the only edible things, so after a couple drinks, we ditched the place and went to Del Camino for the greatest Smashburger of my life. Skip this. Go there!

Love the fun and friendly rustic western kick this bar exudes with ALL the cowboy hats hung from the ceiling, the boots hanging over the bar, bright bar stools plus numerous cold drinks/beer options. Drinks were served with fantastic flare both on pour & presentations. Several beer options, but they seem to specialize in many canned beer selections. Food was good. Wings had a crunchy coating and sauces served on the side which as to not take way from the exteriors flaky crunchy texture. Yee Haw fries were tasty as well as the batter fried cauliflower & fried pickles! What a nice, fully open space with suitable ventilation currently with the winter weather. During the summer season they're going to be prepared with misters to cool the crowd on those dry heat blazing days outside in downtown Scottsdale. The staff here are friendly, engaging & professional! Olivia our server was wonderful. This new spot definitely brings that Old West vibe with the interior design & decor. NOTE-They have an interactive Bell toss super fun! It's called "hit the bell, raise some h*ll" Purchase a frozen ice shot glass, do a shot then toss it right at the bell. You can choose from either Gran Centenario Tequila or Pendleton Burbon! $8 bucks each! Also, they have concoction shots, that, if you consume and keep down, you'll get a personalized polaroid picture added on the bar wall! Looks like a Live DJ will be hosting music in the future. As well as live country music bands and some sing along karaoke too! We will definitely be back for a their cool drink concept, and explore more of their menu the next time we're in town.

Great atmosphere, somewhere between country lounge and and sports bar ( more country bar). It tributes geisha. Great cocktail list and beer menu. Excellent service, really nice staff. It's a casual country bar but it's got an upscale vibe . It's fun, there's a dj, plenty of tables as well as bar seating. They had the playoffs on and would play music between plays. Really cute shot menu, as well as Jell-O shots. There's a full food menu on the back. Everything is moderately priced. Beer is about 8 dollars, wine 10, specialty cocktails 14 , specialty shots 10, Jell-O shots 5. The food is around 15/16 dollars southern fair and burgers. They also have mock-tails. It's a total vibe.

I love places with character and was excited to check this out. The decor is neat, and I liked all the country accents. The place is designed for a clientele much younger than me, I think, so I'm trying to keep this in mind as I write this review. I can see it getting really loud and crowded when it hits its prime, and these places are not really my kind places - but again, I understand that this may appeal to a younger crowd. My friend and I stopped by around 6 pm on a Sunday and it was not crowded at all - but it was loud and it made it a little difficult to carry a conversation. I wish I could speak to the food or the drinks, but we were never offered service. We waited for a while, but eventually just left and went somewhere else. I'm not much of a shot person, but I can appreciate the fun in the ice shot challenge. It's unfortunate that the ice glasses just explode when hitting the bell instead of actually making the bell ring. All in all, the place has potential. I think the western / cowboy theme is fun. The execution is a bit wobbly, but I'll give them grace as they just opened.

Brand new to old town! Lots of menu options. Very country and western feel. Good with a group or just a fun stop on a night out!

The hotel provides 10$ valet service which I was blown away by the cost because many other fancy locations charge a lot more in my area. We dropped off our vehicle then walked towards the beautiful door with the name of the restaurant illuminated. As we entered we were greeted by a beautiful wine display and a beautiful host check-in area. The place had lots of neon lights that complemented the stone and wood. We approached the bar and sat on some very comfortable barstools. The bathrooms were incredibly clean and had a very modern look. Everything was beautiful! We had the pleasure of meeting Caleb who was new to the restaurant and he gave us a rundown of the menu. He recommended a few items and was very patient with us because brunch is a ritual and can take a while to decide especially when everything looked so amazing on the menu. We finally decided on Eggs Benedict and as we were looking for other options Anthony who was extremely knowledgeable, judging by how well he knew the menu and talked about the items, was a veteran and very skilled. He went over the menu in detail and helped us narrow down our options and we chose the frittata. The eggs Benedict was a work of art and the flavors were beautiful. The eggs were perfectly poached and the sauce was better than any sauce I have had in a while. It was rich and creamy and had the perfect texture. The ciabatta that everything was on was perfectly toasted and had that beautiful char flavor. The spinach was fresh and green and still had a crunch to it. The frittata was perfectly made and was fluffy and had fresh arugula on top. It was very soft and not dry and had a perfect shape. The chef blended the flavors perfectly allowing you to taste every ingredient in it. No ingredient overpowered the other and everything was in perfect harmony to excite the taste buds. Anthony and Caleb came back to check on us and we tried their refreshing spritz that was highly recommended. While sipping on our spritz we spoke to Anthony and he gave us some fabulous ideas about where to go and things to do and we decided to go to the civic center and old town area that he recommended and it was amazing. We then asked Anthony and Caleb for a menu. We were full but the food was so good we wanted to try more and they recommended the calamari. The calamari practically made me cry. It was not oily like you get it at most restaurants and the breading was perfect it was light and fluffy and appeared to be floating like clouds on each other. It was not chewy but perfectly tender with the right amount of zesty that brought back memories of being in Sicily. We ordered some prosecco and enjoyed it as Caleb gave us some recommendations on other restaurants we should try while we were in town, which we added to our list. Calobe and Anthony were very helpful and a prime example of what makes a business prosper. Taking care of the people is not only serving food and making drinks. It is about connecting with them even beyond what the restaurant has to offer. We were so sad we were not able to go back for dinner but because of the amazing staff, we will be coming back to sexy roman again. Thank you, Chef, for your amazing food, and thank you Anthony and Caleb for your level of professionalism and the fantastic customer service!
