Amazing dive bar in the center of Old Town Scottsdale. So much fun. Love the lights inside and if the grill is open fantastic burgers and dogs!!

Just to show that we are nice ladies and did not let the nasty young man ruin our night!

I came here after my 25-year high school reunion, and the experience at the door was incredibly disappointing. When I politely asked if there was any way to skip the line, the man at the door told us it would be $20 per person. I agreed and handed him the money, but he became rude and confrontational over the bills. When I told him he wasn't being kind, he shoved the money back into my purse and told me to "get out of here." I've tried calling the establishment several times to speak with a manager, but no one ever answers. No guest should be treated this way. This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. I hope management takes this seriously because this kind of behavior drives people away. I asked the young man to get a manager, and he said that he was the security manager and gave me a very nasty and mean look, dead in the eyes like I had done something so horrible to him. It hurts my heart that people behave like this. I hope that whoever runs this business reads this and realizes they should not hire such individuals. The picture below is of us at the Beverly down the street. We had a lovely evening. We didn't let the rude security guy ruin our night.

This place was the go to spot for a fun place to go around the holidays! It was PACKED throughout December and still see it busy in the months following that. Bartenders are friendly and you order st the bar on your own. Not too much seating as it's a smaller bar but lots of standing tables. The lack of seats didn't make me want to stay as long but the atmosphere kept us there for a few hours! Not your typical "Scottsdale place" but definitely a gem!

Absolutely loved my experience at Coach House! We'd just come from another spot in Scottsdale that was very pricey, so it was nice to be able to get some tasty refreshing drinks without breaking the bank. Our bartender (I think Drew was his name??) was super friendly with our group and gave us some great recommendations for quality food in the area to try before we left to go back to the East Coast. The vibe is immaculate -- Christmas lights from floor to ceiling? Yes please, sign me right up. The experience was 10/10 and if I ever find myself back in Scottsdale, Coach House will definitely be on my list of places to visit again!

The cutest Christmas bar! The lights are up year round, but feel especially special during the holidays. We waited in line for about 30 minutes before getting in, but you could also pay $20 a head to the bouncers to skip the line. There is a full bar - their seltzers are high noons and there is a food truck there for little snacks and small bites!

Coach House in Scottsdale is a must-visit when it's decked out in its dazzling Christmas lights--an absolute spectacle! I don't live in the area so hard to say if I would be there throughout the year. I think there's a big opportunity missed when I found out that they don't put lights up or even change the light color for other holidays. That being said, the twinkling lights create the most festive and inviting atmosphere, making it feel like you've stepped into a winter wonderland. The drinks, while solid, are your typical bar fare--nothing overly remarkable, but perfectly enjoyable for the setting. The real charm of the place lies in its fun, laid-back vibe. It's a great social spot, especially outside, which is perfect for chatting and enjoying the lively atmosphere.

I was riding by on a bus back from a work dinner, and all of a sudden a building is lighting up the darkness of a night like a Christmas tree. What on earth was it?! My colleague and I checked it on the map and saw that it was none other than Coach House, allegedly one of Scottsdale's oldest dive bars. On my last night in town, I made a point to go there, and I had no regrets! It's not just the outside that's completely lit up -- it's the inside too! It's quite photogenic, and the bartender was so friendly! For the area, the cocktails were priced at like $5-$6... so great in comparison! Shout out to the Family Guy pinball machine in the corner! I was really feeling the divey vibe. I think they have food too -- but I didn't get a chance to try it. Maybe next time! This place makes me want to visit the area again.

Cute little dive bar. The Christmas lights are up year round, but they added some fun decorations for the holiday! I've been here twice. The first time was no wait but the second time we waited a good 40 minutes in line. But hey, the holidays are always busy especially for a bar with Christmas lights around Christmas time. I like that they have water jugs and cups out to make it easy to stay hydrated.

Coach House is the perfect dive bar. The patio is lively, the crowd is fun, and the drinks are the cheapest in Scottsdale.

Unfortunately, I have not heard back. Below is a copy of that email: Good morning, We came in on Saturday, April 4th, 2026 and ordered the Two 4 One Bubbles special. This is something we have ordered frequently in your establishment, most recently on March 8th, 2026. Every time we have purchased this, the Wycliff bottles have been $25. This means that we should receive 2 bottles for $25.01 based on the special listed on your menu. When we received the check, we were charged $50.01 for the 2 bottles. We pointed out the mistake to the bar tender who said the price was correct. We informed her that we have come here approximately once/month for the last year and the cost has never been $50 for a bottle of Wycliff. She asked another employee to come over and we explained the same issue to her. She (we did not get her name) said she has been a Manager there for several years and that has always been the price. I told her we have ordered this special over the last year and we would never pay $50 for a bottle of Wycliff. She refused to adjust our check. I asked her to show me on a menu where a bottle of Wycliff costs $50. Of course, she was not able to do that because it doesn't exist. We generally are very generous with our tip, as we consider this a good deal and the staff is usually great. - I have attached a copy of the receipt. We would like to continue to frequent Mother Tuckers, as we have always had a good time and like to bring friends visiting from out of town. I am hopeful this was an oversight by your employees and a refund will be put back on my credit card for the overcharge.

We also had their nachos, which were pretty classic and appreciated by the group! Food came out in about 20-30 minutes. Prices were reasonable too. The best was the live music-- It's free! Lots of country classics. I would arriving around 1/1:15 pm, finding a seat, getting a drink and ordering food, and listening to the well-played tunes.
