We were in this area for a birthday celebration. After our dinner we decided to look for bars with pool tables and this suggestion came up. It's a nice sports bar with 6 pool tables. 3 indoor and 3 outdoors. During peak hours there can be wait times for pool tables. We waited for 20 minutes before getting a pool table. We initially got the outside one. It's not well maintained. It was dark and you can hardly see the pockets. Lucky for us another group playing indoor pool left. So we went to the inside one. Inside one is decent for a pool table at a sports bar. We had some really nice games. They have typical American bar food. We didn't order any food as we had just come from a nice dinner. I recommend the indoor space for pool lovers. read more

Parking is good, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is pretty nice. It gets packed pretty quickly on a weeknight so I'd recommend showing up earlier to get a pool table but easily one of the cleanest and chill bars for pool near Phoenix. We've had Kayleighh as our server a few times, she's very friendly and amazing overall. I haven't gotten any food here, we typically show up for drinks after we've had dinner. read more

My group showed up before 10 P.M. looking to play some pool. We could see the list and we were fourth when checking in. Two hours later we were told we were "third" on the list. The girl in charge of assigning pool tables clearly did not care as she was on her phone all night and gave priority to people who tipped in the jar that was labeled "straight men tipped." We saw four tables have multiple groups sat ahead of us. Don't come here expecting to play pool, this is a hooters masking itself as a pool bar. read more

Pro tip the only way to get a pool table on the weekend is to bribe the hostess. Minimum $50 for the bribe or you're looking at a 3hr wait as everyone else also does this. read more

This place seemed cool but for $161.23 for an hour of pool with drinks for three and some bar snacks with terrible service, I do not know if I'll be returning. The server Arisia brought us the wrong drinks the first round probably because she was taking orders without writing them down. At one point we had to go inside to ask the bar tender about a food menu and if they were still serving because she dropped off menus to the other group outside and didn't think we wanted to order also idk. This place was busy inside and empty outside so we went outside, didn't want to wait forever to play. They did have good music, I definitely remember that but the speaker next to us was so blown that crackling was loudddd! read more

I have a service animal and they denied access to be inside. It is hot in Az. I came to watch a game and they had us sit on the patio with all the smoke and it even rained. I am a veteran and need my service dog. Why do some people ruin things for everyone. I won't be back. I am just waiting until 1/2 time so I can leave. read more

Ok so I'm at Rack right now, and my service has been phenomenal, the staff is friendly and service is prompt and efficient! Security has treated me with dignity and respect, because I'm actually smart enough to understand the mask wearing rule and abide by it! I will definitely be coming back because unlike another reviewer here, I'm not a juvenile self entitled little bitch who thinks the world revolves around them and their posse! LMFAO! Great pool hall. Lots of tables, full bar, and TVs to watch whatever you like. I did not have food here, so I can't comment on that. Service can be a tad slow. I was there when it wasn't very busy, but it still took a while to get a beer. The people are friendly, though. read more

Wanted to shoot some pool on a Sunday evening and found this place in the heart of Old town Scottsdale. It was not at all crowded and we started during their happy hour. The 7ft tables are pretty beaten up and I'd suggest not to chose them. The 8ft tables were decent enough for an intermediate player like me. All the cue sticks are in bad shape, so if you don't own a personal cue, you need to get lucky to be able to get a good cue. The beer and food was okay, the service was good, overall a nice place to play some pool if you are in the area, but nothing amazing or over the top. read more

Food has always been good!!! It's bar food well worth the stop if your drinking and want some wings go for it, service is what makes the bar great! Chanel is the best bartender! If you there ask for her to help you she is by far the best bar tender in Scottsdale. Plus she can play pool! Definitely more of a bar with pool tables rather then a pool hall. Pool tables and even the balls in terrible condition. Seemed like a decent enough bar but I had chosen it based on their name as I was looking to play. I actually only downloaded this Yelp app to write this review. The business it self has a cool concept and a great location but they have a lot to learn about customer service. Me and some friends went on Friday night. We expected it to be crowded as most places near or in Old Town Scottsdale are on Friday but it wasn't. All of the pool tables were taken so we decided to have a drink at the bar while we waited. We were served by the rudest and most entitled bartender I have ever come across. The go to after work place for my wife and I. Food is consistently great; pours are generous. Bartenders are fabulous-Chanel and Halle make Rack rock. Tables are newly refinished; great place to play pool or simply relax after a long day. read more
