If this were a review of the Remi, perhaps it would be better. The greeters in the hotel lobby, and the employees at the Front Desk were nice, that is where Hospitality ended. Once we got off the elevator on the 12th floor and walked towards the bar, it was if our group of 5 were bothering them. No greeting, no eye contact, we were required to approach them. The QR codes were not accessible and under the ritzy copper drink shakers, so only after the Bartender noticed that did he speak a word and ask if we wanted a menu (note: not offer). I order a Bulliet Rye on a large rock. 2 problems with this. First - they don't have large rocks at the bar, he had to walk in back. Who designs a bar without a small freezer behind it? Second- there was about 1/2 oz. in the bottle, so he had to go in back. Any bartender who knows their job would have already had a backup bottle behind the bar. Then he tried to sell me some line that since the new bottle was a 1 liter, instead of a 750 ml, he would have to charge me more. Now while a larger bottle does cost more, everyone knows that per ounce it's less expensive when it comes in a larger bottle. Online it says their Kitchen closed at 6pm on a weeknight. We were there far before 6, and told no food available but that we could go to the 3rd floor. Whoever made the decision to stop serving food at 6pm knows nothing about bar operations. When you serve food, guests both stay longer and consume more alcohol. I didn't mention above but when we arrived they had 2 other guests. By the time we left they had approximately 30 people. Again, poor business decision and horrible business practice. The staff serving the area only seemed to have 1 objective, and that was clearing empty, or nearly empty, glasses away as quickly as possible. The only plus, is that it has a wonderful view. The only reason it gets a 2 instead of 1, is the view. Hopefully whoever is leading the operation up there goes and learns about bar operations and makes some major changes to this poor operation before they get into season.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The staff were friendly and the food was great. Beautiful rooftop view of the valley and great for pictures at sunset! Definitely recommend!

Such a fun spot to go get a cocktail and app. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The view was also a 10/10 and I would definitely go back.

Great atmosphere, great service. Drinks and appetizers were delish. Would definitely come back with friends!!

Honestly, I have no idea how it got those reviews. Maybe they're paid, I'm not sure, but based on my experience I would not go back. The biggest issue was the service. We arrived and were told to sit anywhere we wanted. After sitting down, we waited about 20 minutes and no one ever came to our table. No greeting, no water, nothing. Eventually I had to walk up to the bar and ask what the procedure was. Do we order at the bar? Do you have table service? No one could give a clear answer. They just kept saying, "If you want, you can order here." That's not the point. If I sit down at a restaurant, I expect someone to come to the table and explain how things work or take our order. If the system is that you order at the bar, just say that clearly so people know what to do. The drinks were also very mediocre. Nothing special at all. Honestly, they tasted like something you could throw together at home with soda, alcohol, and ice. The surprising part is that the food was actually phenomenal. The kitchen clearly knows what it's doing. The dishes were delicious and probably the best part of the entire experience. But great food alone isn't enough to make me return somewhere with poor service and forgettable drinks. My recommendation is don't waste your time on a Sunday brunch. There are plenty of other brunch spots with good food and good service.

I liked the look and vibes of the place and decided we needed to circle back through here before the night was over. After dinner we explored the Scottsdale nightlife and decide to end our night here. The vibe was completely different later in the night. This time we had to go through bouncers. The lounge itself is absolutely stunning. They have an indoor space that is beautifully decorated with lots of different seating options. They have an open air concept with one side open to the rooftop pool deck. The bartenders and staff were scantily clad which definitely had gentleman hanging at the bar too long. That meant long waits to get a drink. For a place that looks so upscale, I was disappointed in the drinks. Online they talk about a next level mixology experience and that was not our experience. We got cocktails served in plastic cups that cost just as much or even more than some high end cocktail bars I have been to. It's kind of what is expected in Scottsdale though. Overall, we had a good time. I just wouldn't go out of my way to come back here next time I am in town.

It is located on the second floor, just up the stairs from the lobby. It is dimly lit and filled with pictures/decor of rabbits (lives up to it's name). The bar area is nice and large and there are other tables and couch areas as well as the pool area. Service at the bar was not quick, instead quite the opposite where we had to flag down a bartender who was chatting with someone else who worked there for a while and was also occupied with his phone at other times. I also was quite surprised to see that cocktails were $20! I know it's the W but that is pretty pricey. Also note that this is considered the pool area so the drinks are served in plastic cups. Aside from that, I like the space and atmosphere and had a nice time sitting in one of the couch areas which I assume are the VIP areas during pool hours.

The chicken tenders were fire!!! What is lacking on this occasion was service. The server that we had was so unattentative. I have never been in a cocktail lounge in my life and had to beg for drinks. Our server would wait until every drinks was made for all of her tables before bringing out drinks. It was ridiculous. She was nice but seemed high. I ended up only having 2 drinks. We would have ordered more but they have 90min max seating and we didn't event get drinks for the first 30min. No exaggeration. Also one of my drinks I had to send back. My apple martini tasted like soap. It was like they did clean the glass after giving a soap bath. No bueno. So they need to get their service to match the vibe of a true cocktails lounge. Yes it is a 70s vibe but doesn't mean the lackadaisical style service. I would come back and try again. The music, the atmosphere and the food was good. They gotta get these cocktails together and service. We ended up walking to nearby competitors and that was money lost for DDG.
