We arrived at this unassuming spot and placed our order to go. Right off the bat, the customer service was wonderful. We were greeted basically by everyone, including customers that were there before us. The employees were professional and very helpful when answering our questions. The menu was not overwhelming and the pricing was reasonable. I'm only sorry that I didn't take any pictures of our wings; however, they were delicious. We tried Valley Wings of a recommendation on the Living North Phoenix Facebook group. This is our 2nd time here in 7 days and that's only because my husband was working. It's all we craved the entire 7 days. Today was just as amazing as the 1st time. Jaylen greater us both times, and was extremely sweet and proud of what his family is able to serve the valley! He is hilarious and so humble. Wings are crispy and super saucy. The Valley Gold is one of the best sauces I ever had in my life. We've also tried the teriyaki, honey hot and buffalo with lemon pepper off a recommendation by Nakai. Each and every one was great in its own way. My husband cannot wait to try the other flavors. It was pretty busy around 1pm on a Saturday and we found out that they were mentioned in a buzzfeed article recently so the hype is real. I am happy to say the product delivers too!! The menu cuts to the chase: traditional and boneless wings, chicken strips, fries (a couple of loaded options along with regular), and garlic pita bread. Bottled water, canned sodas, and kool-aid are available for drinks. They have a variety of sauces as well. We ordered 10 traditional wings with valley sauce (bbq), fries, garlic pita bread, and 3 chicken strips. The traditional wings are crispy which is definitely a good thing. I thoroughly enjoyed mine, the sauce was on point and the flavor was there all around. Definitely some of the best wings I have had. The fries are thin and almost a hybrid of fries and chips. They are thin, crispy and definitely tasty. We loved these. The chicken strips and garlic pita bread were good too! They have a container of wet wipes on each table which is definitely necessary. Everyone working was so friendly, helpful, and checked on us to make sure everything was okay even though they were busy. You can tell they enjoy what they do and take pride in their product. I looked on Yelp and saw Valley Wingz with super high ratings nearby, so I thought to myself, not a bad consolation prize. I ordered 5 boneless wings with lemon pepper sauce, which appeared to be more like 5 chicken nuggets with lemon sauce. I was disappointed in the size of the wings but there is no denying that these are high quality wings.
