I love Wingstop and have found this location to be a good drive from my place. I have always only ordered online and picked it up, so I can't speak for service in-house. When I order online, I usually order my classic lemon pepper & louisiana rub wings. I've always been satisfied. The service is quick and has always been right on time, if not quicker, than the estimated pickup time stated on the online order. The staff I've interacted with have been helpful and service has been consistent. read more

Now waiting an additional 30mins for our meal, this is ridiculous. And the place is not busy at all. My husbands in there still waiting. And no food. Two workers and no other customers. I really don't know what to say about Wingstop. I wanna like this place because the wings are terribly yummy!! But every time I go it's crazy there. They tell you it's gonna be 20 minutes but it's really 45. Are you go and order your wings and ask for an extra side of sauce and they won't give it to you without charging you? Or after waiting a really long time for getting them and wings we go in an asked to use the restroom while we're waiting and they won't let us because there's a pandemic! However we keep going back because honestly the wings are really quite good. I wouldn't really get anything else there the french fries are only adequate. And I don't really think the celery or carrots are all that much to write home about. But go to the bathroom before you leave or order over the phone. Wait in the parking lot to be safe from all the viruses. And grab some yummy wings and head home! read more

This place is a really nice location and has a lot is tv's to view. I ordered out though so I am only judging it on that. The Original Hot wings were not so spicy enough, lacking sauce. On the other side though the lemon pepper had so much spice I could barely eat them, so I took a pic. This place is new and it just shows how un-experienced this crew is although they were nice. The price of the wings is high and Wingstops need to be on point when it comes to the food. The place is one of the only places open til 12 though which is nice and the reason I went there. They also sell beer and have a nice set of surrounding tv's but since I ordered out I it's only based on food grade. read more

So...this particular wing stop is super clean, amazing staff, and great service. BUT, their food is sub-par on a good day. I have tried multiple different wings thinking maybe it was "just that one time" realizing that well unfortunately for me, the customer, there are consistent pitfalls in their final product. I tried some atomic wings even thinking maybe that would do the trick. I was heavily disappointed with not only the flavorless deceit of their sauce but also that their frail tasting wings lacked any measurement on the Scoville scale. Weak sauce Wing Stop is my new name I'm coining. What happened? Maybe it's just this specific location, but even the mango-habanero was a disappointment at best. Ordered take-out from this location today and I have to say, I always enjoy Wingstop. These wings were especially big and I liked the fact that there was not a ton of sauce in the package of wings. I got their potato salad as a side (which honestly rivals my own grandmother's recipe) and a Coke and was set! Now my stomach is nice and full for the evening. This location is in a high crime area and management does not care to do anything about it. Was in this store on a Thursday night where I had a meal. Before leaving the store, my girlfriend realized that her purse was no longer hanging behind her chair. There was a homeless man in a wheelchair in the store at the same time who had been lingering around the chair. We alerted the restaurant workers that somebody had stolen her purse and really only about one employee really seemed to care. She took down our information and we asked if we could review the surveillance footage--in order to submit a police report and start a criminal investigation. She told us the manager would be in first thing in the morning to review the footage. Its been all weekend and halfway into the next week. No calls from Wingstop manager who was the only one in authority to review the tape. So very disappointed that something so wrong happened to me in their store and they apparently don't give a damn at all. I will not be returning to this location and I recommend you go somewhere else if you want some decent wings. read more

I asked a question about the chicken wings and was laughed at by cashier (red hair) as well as her friend who she was talking to(a man). She was also very sarcastic about how she answer the question and cut me off. I did not appreciate being laughed at and left. They definitely did not and do not deserve my business. read more

I ordered wings for pick up last Wednesday! I order wingstop about once a week and this was the worst customer service I've experience. The young girl placed me on hold for a long period of time when I called in and after a long while i said "hello" to which she immediately responded. She then made me repeat my order 3 times in a very condescending tone, I was being very nice but was so frustrated by her toneI hung up to calm down before having the patients to speak to her. When I called back hoping to get someone different, unfortunately that was not the case. She took my order and when we went to pick it up in was incorrect. That stuff doesn't bother me because I'm thankful to have food to eat at all but i was very displeased with this customer service encounter. I personally work in customer service and have for 6 years, this behavior was appalling, I will not be back to this location, I'll drive out of my way for one that is further away. read more

This place is so f***ing horrible. I ordered 3 plain tenders and fries with no seasoning, and after 25 minutes of waiting, with no one in the restaurant, I go up and ask them where the food is. I told him to make it to go because I only have 30 minutes for lunch. I went there last Sunday to order dinner to go, here is everything that went wrong, the lady that took my order was in a bad mood and struggled to operate the register, the customer after me even asked her if she was having a bad day. the order took forever since the employee's did little work and a lot of talking to each other instead, when i finally got my order home it was completely wrong dry rub wings instead of sauced, they gave me fries instead of veggie sticks and no blue cheese as requested. absolute terrible experience ! read more

A great place for wings in the Sunnyslope area. The wings are freshly made, unlike other wing joints around the Metrocenter. The prices are bit high. But since they are the only ones in the area, I am willing to pay more for good wings. The online ordering is a plus. They seem to be doing a good business so far. Food is fantastic just overall, customer service is amazing as well. Almost seems like every time i'm here, which has only been a few times since i live nearby, everyone working there seems really happy and enjoys their jobs. This definitely translates to food quality, everything is freshly made and you can even see into the kitchen (there is a window near where the food is prepared), where you can even see your food being made. Dining room is spacious and of good atmosphere as well. So, in all, this is probably one of my favorite Wingstops in the Phoenix area. FYI I ordered Original Hot and Louisiana Rub Wings and both were simply incredible! read more
