Hands down the best Chickfila I've been too. The fries are always hot and crisp. They always include my sauce I ask for, and they even go the extra mile to put in a mint and hand wipe in the bag! No other CFA I've been too does that. They are always very friendly and overall an efficient team to make the drive thru very fast! read more

Obviously we already know Chick-fil-A is delicious, but this is about the extra effort to show awesome customer service. Today I ordered and realized I had left my debit card at home, once I was already stuck in the drive through. At the window I just let the employee know my order had already been cancelled because I didn't have my debit card on me. She let me know they take Apple Pay, was extremely patient while I got it going, retook my order, and very quickly had other employees getting it together while I was at the window. I felt terrible about holding the line up, but she had it ready to go in minutes, never expressing that it was an inconvenience. I have been to this Chick-Fil-A many times, and every time they have been courteous, efficient, and accurate in handling my orders. The food has consistently been delicious. I particularly recommend the grilled chicken club, the macaroni and cheese, and the waffle fries with Chick-Fil-A sauce. read more

I had the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and it was very good and flavorful for a fast food chain. It's nice that they don't put any dressing on it so you can decide what you want and the amount you want on your own. The waffle fries were good but the salt level really varied between fries. Some fries were not salty and some were super salty. read more

Today chick-fil-a along with Postmates got my order incorrect. I called Chick-Fil-A to verify next steps and the manager Destiny apologized and said to call Postmates for a refund. When I saw the sign that a Chick-Fil-A was opening in the Biltmore area I was jumping up and down for joy. Chick-Fil-A is by far my favorite fast food restaurant. The closest Chick-Fil-A was 20 miles from us house. :( I really like the new layout of the restaurant and it is pretty cool to be able to see the kitchen when you are eating your food. Also I love how there is always someone at the door greeting you with a big smile on their face and that the line went really quick to order your food. Last but not least, I order the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a coke zero. After all it is my favorite sandwich. Thank you Chick-Fil-A for opening a store in the Biltmore area, if you have not been to Chick-Fil-A before then you should definitely go. This is the BEST chick fil a, yes they all have great customer service but I was blown away by the staff here. They went above and beyond to help me when I came in with my baby. The staff was friendly and got me everything I needed without asking, they apologized numerous times that it took my food a little longer than normal to come out and gave me a coupon o make up for it. After a little accident in the play area they promptly brought a band aid and a little stuffed animal to make the little one feel better, and enough for all the kids around so no one was left out. I feel like you don't even get his good of customer service sometimes at a high end restaurant. Moms this is such a kids friendly location and they were even rated the cleanest for germs. Have been to this location a few times. They have always provided great service and have been extremely helpful and caring. I stopped in today and they are giving free coffee the month of February so I got one of those along with my chicken breakfast burrito. The burrito was great as was the coffee. So far only the Chandler location seems to be better than this one and that isn't by much. Would definitely recommend it over the McDonald's that is by it. for a better breakfast and way better chicken sandwich. This chick-fil-a is usually very good, I've been there many times. The last two times I've gone I got greasy waffle fries, a chicken sandwich that looked like it was from yesterday and just recently a milkshake that was more like very cold milk. Also, the customer service was always spot on. The last couple times I felt rushed and no eye contact. I went back after work to let the manager know and she was very nice. She replaced my milkshake with a large :) yes, I brought back a 6 hour old milkshake. read more

This organization has established a great culture or respect, courtesy, professionalism, and team work. The employees are so nice. It's a stark contrast from the Taco Bells and McDonalds. Great work! As a paying customer who loves Chick-Fil-A, I am very upset with the service my family and I received this afternoon. My wife ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe with bacon and pepper jack cheese BUT the sandwich was given to us with cheddar cheese which was incorrect. When I spoke to one of the employees, I informed him that the sandwich was made incorrectly and that the cheddar cheese had melted onto the chicken. Instead of bringing us a sandwich that was made correctly to honor what we paid for in the first place, this employee comes back to us with a slice of pepper jack cheese saying that "it was all he could do". Anytime an order comes to a customer incorrectly, it should be important to the restaurant to replace the food that was given in an incorrect manner! Customers need to get what they paid for! Tried for first time went to conference and had mini chicken sandwich and was impressed. Waited 29 minutes in drive thru. When I ordered no board with menu and hand held but felt rushed. Order taker was fine and polite. I tipped not sure why? Ordered spicy chicken sandwich with medium fry. Pulled over to adjacent lot to eat. Fries were waffle shaped and a couple of whole ones on top but under that just crumbled mess and Luke warm. Weird thing no ketchup provided and were Luke warm. Hint don't try to eat crumbles in car! Sandwich was cold and nasty wilted lettuce. If I had microwave in car would have given it a try! Cold sauce packaging provided but cold on cold not working. Ironically McDonald's next store, yes I ordered quarter pounder with cheese and hot fries! My moral stick with stand byes only a 10 dollar lesson but really not sure why so many people were lined up at chick fillet. Maybe I was just the unlucky one that night. read more
