Stopped by Chick-fil-A while I was nearby the Mexican Embassy processing some documents, and it ended up being a convenient little lunch stop. I especially loved that the drive-thru was nice and shaded, which is always a major plus here in Arizona! The exterior of the restaurant was also really clean and well-kept. The customer service interaction was okay--nothing particularly memorable--but the food itself was fresh, tasty, and hit the spot. Overall, a convenient stop with a clean location, and a comfortable shaded drive-thru. read more

Due to character limits, I'm just going to address everything that made this latest visit a disaster (following a LONG hiatus from CFA). First, I made the mistake of ordering on the app & dining in (vs picking up). They brought my order out to my table (just the bag, with no tray or anything), & based on the presentation, they were seemingly expecting me to eat my #1 (with colby jack, no pickles, large fries, a shake & a large diet lemonade with light ice) on a bare table like a zoo animal. Nevertheless, I said to myself "Welp, seemingly everyone is cutting corners these days, so maybe Chick-fil-A simply got rid of the trays for dine-in customers & this is the new 'normal' when dining in at Chick-fil-A (?)". Either way, a real turn off, but there's more. Moments later, I realized that I never received the lemonade that I had already paid for within my order. I reluctantly got up to request my missing lemonade, an employee got the lemonade & I returned to my table. Simple fix, but why is it so hard to simply bring exactly what I ordered the first time (especially considering how small my order was)? A short time later, I noticed the same female employee bringing several orders out to tables with trays (the same "trays" I thought they no longer had available, as I was not given one when my order was brought out). I once again found myself having to get up from my table (a SECOND time) to request a tray. At this point, I've had to interrupt my meal twice just to address items that already should have been addressed by CFA employees. As I continued on with my meal, I got halfway through my Chick-fil-A sandwich "with colby jack cheese & NO PICKLES" only to realize that the sandwich contained several pickles (despite me specifically requesting "NO PICKLES" within my order, & despite my receipt literally stating "-PICKLES" on the outside of the bag [in Plain English]). Mind you, any actual smart person knows that when you place sliced pickles up against a bun, you can certainly remove them after the fact, but the flavor of the pickles still soaks into the bread AND the protein (ultimately leaving the "pickle" taste behind on both portions of the sandwich [even after removal of said pickles]). I was inclined to get up from my table (for what would now be a THIRD time) & ask them to correct my sandwich, but at this point, I just didn't have the patience NOR the time to do so (with my lunch hour quickly reaching its expiration). These variables left me with no choice but to continue eating the pickle-infused sandwich, creating an unappetizing dining experience (actually the SECOND one within the same day [which hasn't happened to me in quite some time]). I'm well-aware of the fact that you're primarily dealing with young employees (many of which are under the age of 25, with a pre-frontal cortex that has not yet reached full development) when visiting just about any fast food destination. For this reason, I try my best to give grace when dealing with young people who clearly fall within a certain age bracket. Despite this (specifically when it comes to THIS particular location), I'm not quite sure why it is so difficult for Chick-fil-A employees (of ALL ages) to A. be proactive, B. anticipate customer needs (aside from the robotic "my pleasure" scripted responses), C. ensure that each takeout AND dine-in customer is being treated equally (including but not limited to something as simple as ensuring that EVERY customer is receiving a tray when dining in vs being forced to eat on a bare table like a zoo animal), & D. follow SIMPLE instructions (including but not limited to ensuring that takeout AND dine-in customers are receiving exactly what they paid for [as CLEARLY printed on the order receipt that is literally plastered to the exterior of each bag]); It is beyond me how these "common sense" items are so difficult for employees at this CFA location to manage, but I can say that this visit was a firm reminder of all the reasons why I have stayed away (regardless of how popular the place is, regardless of how close it is to work). Any idiot knows that the food at Chick-fil-A can be excellent when fresh AND prepared with care/as ordered, but once your employees have shown that they can't follow simple instructions, it becomes obvious that removing the risk & dining elsewhere is often the best option. Who is training these people, who oversees the quality assurance & WHAT HAPPENED to quality customer service/common sense? These questions remain unanswered here, but based on my observations, management needs to start with the basics & build from there (when it comes to training new employees &/or RE-training tenured employees), because I've worked in customer service for over 30 years, & to say that they are skipping the absolute BASICS at this location (when it comes to quality customer service/attention to detail/common sense/etc.) would be an understatement. read more

I'm not sure why I've never had their breakfast chicken muffin, I always just got the biscuit sandwich and now I'm questioning why?!?! The muffin one was sooo good! The folded egg, cheese and chicken were amazing. It's so simple but it's my new favorite thing!! I'll have to check to see if it comes in spicy chicken, that would be so awesome. I also got the new hibiscus strawberry frozen lemonade and it's also my new fav...now, the pineapple-something one last summer is my absolute fav but this one is a really close second. This will be my go to order from now on! read more

They always forget stuff (forgot a whole biscuit meal this morning) and they're always backed up on orders. Worst Chick-fil-a in town with terrible service. The franchise owner clearly doesn't care about tarnishing the brand read more

If you're into high-calorie, high-fat, high-carb food, this is definitely your place. I stopped in because the teenage boys insisted, but personally, I was disappointed--especially to see they're still using Styrofoam cups. That's incredibly harmful to the environment, and it feels outdated. That said, I was genuinely impressed by the manager. He walked around checking on customers to make sure everyone was happy with their food and service--very professional. I also appreciated the fresh flowers on the tables, which added a nice touch of hospitality you don't often see in fast food. read more

As per usual, Chick-fil-A gets an A++ for all aspects: quality of food, service, and cleanliness. On this particular night, we went through the drive thru to take our dinner back to the hotel (about a mile or so away), and everything stayed hot, fresh, and delicious. On my minor little poo poo, they forgot to give us ketchup for our fries. No biggie... read more

Terrible service. Placed an order on the app, was charged, and when I arrived I was told they were out of the items I ordered. No attempt at correction for the inconvenience of driving all the way there to pick up food I ordered and payed for. Usually good service at chick fil a but this was disappointing. read more

Pretty standard Chick-fil-A. The food always tastes good and is fresh. Service the couple times I've gone has been per usual Chick-fil-A service: cheery faces, polite, attentive, quick. Only issue I've experienced is that we were given regular tea instead of mango passion. It happens. It's a fast food joint. read more

This was my first time at this location! The service was friendly, the food was pretty good, and the drive-through was not too slow. I got the iced vanilla cold brew, eggwhite grill muffin, and chicken bowl. I do not recommend the iced coffee, because it's over $4, doesn't have the best flavor, and has lowfat milk instead of cream. The muffin was pretty good but could have been a bit crispier and hotter. The chicken looked slightly deformed. The chicken bowl was ok, but the chicken tasted like cinamon and looked stale. The eggs on both items were perfectly devine! read more

Im not really a fan of chick fil a but when i tried it once again, ive been craving for it. the new honey pepper pimento chicken was actually good, i like the combination of everything and it will make you full. we never go to the drive thru cause the line was crazy, I would rather order in front cause there's no line and they make the food fresh and fast. they have an outdoor seating that has a mist spray, I love it but my husband hates it cause he can't breath. they also have a bathroom but you gotta ask someone to lock/open the door for the bathroom. Overall I love there food and there service.I will come back again read more

The drive through was not even busy and I specifically asked for extra buffalo sauce and got none. They also left my small fry out :(

We placed an order using the drive through at the Chick-fil-a. Two spicy chicken sandwich combinations and a grilled chicken combo. Typical for Chick-fil-a it was a very efficient ordering experience and the line moved quickly. We were handed our drinks and food. We drove to University Hospital to visit someone there. When we unwrapped our food we were missing one sandwich. Then the adventure began. I called the number for the store on the receipt. I got the first voice menu. I selected the one for issues with the order. I was transferred to the second voicemail menu. None of the options were for a missing item. I selected the closest one to missing item. I was placed on hold. When the person came on the line, she asked about my issue, took the store number, order number and my contact information. I was told that the store would get back with me. I asked "when"? She couldn't give a timeframe. I asked about a refund (the combo is over $10). No commitment. It's up to the store. Bottom line: I'm out $10!for a food item I did not receive, spent 10 minutes on the phone to try and rectify the situation and received no commitment that the situation would be handled and no approximate date/time when I'd here back. All in all a very disappointing experience. Follow up: I received a call the next day from someone at this Chick-fil-a. They promised that they'd bring it to the attention of their staff to ensure orders are correct. That's good but ... given the sheer volume of orders at any given Chick-fil-a, there will be a small percentage of orders which are wrong. That's the process which needs attention. They did give me a free sandwich if I order on their app to compensate for the missed sandwich. It expires in three months. read more

I'm surprised this has the rating it does. This is perhaps the most efficient fast food place I have ever seen. First of all I want to give props to the owner and his wife: Dylan Carder +1. This is the most excellent, efficient Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. I have actually been going since it was built and let me tell you something. There is no other place that runs like this. We know Chick-Fil-A is top tier but this is top tier of top tier. I applaud everyone who works there, always so helpful, respectful, and not to mention - happy! It truly seems like these guys love their job. I appreciate all of you. Thank you for being the best Chick-Fil-A I have ever seen read more

I stayed at a hotel a Mile away, it was a long day capped with a 2 hour drive. So I was delighted to see a chick -fil-a close to get a to go order. I arrived to my hotel noticing the salad sideways in the bag and my brownie no where to be seen. They list a local number on the receipt and it goes to a call center somewhere. I'm in no mood to go back to get the brownie. If I do I will return the entire meal to them It's been 10 minutes on hold and waiting The last several visits to chick fil a have been less than good Finally got an answer and he can only Take a report No resolution read more

Slowest Chick Fil A you would ever go to. It's no reason for how slow tbey move but poor management and planning.

The service was great. The parking lot was not great. I don't really have much else to say, besides the food hit the spot and the drink was ice cold. read more

Service is sloooooow in drive through terrible it was breakfast come on not a lot of customers I now know why. The person taking the order spoke so soft I had to hang out my window to hear. I got up to the window and the woman working the "window" was less then pleasant when I mentioned my concerns further after all that time I had to pull up and wait for my order. This franchisee needs to monitor as I haven't been to chick-fil-a in over a year and after this I don't know I'll be back EVER read more

Drive thru breakfast so slowwwwww. We spent 20 minutes just waiting in line. Had a mobile order. Never again

Ordered the new Grilled Maple Pepper sandwich @ $9.00. Sandwich bread was stale and the bottom part was hard as a rock. Unacceptable.

2 stars because they at least got the dr pepper right For real though - you're better off going to the camelback location. Much quicker and infinitely less attitude. read more

So sloooowww... everyone seems confused, things are unorganized, bit of an attitude on some. Double check your order before you drive off... because something will be missing and you wouldn't wanna get stuck in that 15-20 minute line again. Absolutely ridiculous that they have your car towed from this GIANT parking lot if you're not a customer. It's a Saturday night, chick fil a is already closed and y'all are off tomorrow... you can't share your parking lot with Gracie's Tax Bar???? Soooo dramatic. Now I get to spend my Sunday morning retrieving my car from the tow lot instead of worshipping the lord. Thanks a lot read more

Service is horrid and not what one would expect from a Chick-fil-A. Staff are beyond incompetent and have the most difficult time just taking an order. I've been here twice when it's barely been busy and it's taken 20+ minutes each time. It's so bad here people just gave up in the drive through and drove away. Find another Chick-Fil-A to go to. I only have 30 minutes for lunch and having to wait 10 minutes while homegirl chit chats with customers is not the business! The other girl's line passed up 4 cars while I waited for this girl to talk about the ASU campus and yada yada yada. Then she said I was speaking too fast; girl I have to get back to work!
