I stopped in because the teenage boys insisted, but personally, I was disappointed--especially to see they're still using Styrofoam cups. This was my first time at this location! The service was friendly, the food was pretty good, and the drive-through was not too slow. I got the iced vanilla cold brew, eggwhite grill muffin, and chicken bowl. I do not recommend the iced coffee, because it's over $4, doesn't have the best flavor, and has lowfat milk instead of cream. The muffin was pretty good but could have been a bit crispier and hotter. Pretty standard Chick-fil-A. The food always tastes good and is fresh. Service the couple times I've gone has been per usual Chick-fil-A service: cheery faces, polite, attentive, quick. Im not really a fan of chick fil a but when i tried it once again, ive been craving for it. the new honey pepper pimento chicken was actually good, i like the combination of everything and it will make you full. we never go to the drive thru cause the line was crazy, I would rather order in front cause there's no line and they make the food fresh and fast. they have an outdoor seating that has a mist spray, I love it but my husband hates it cause he can't breath. they also have a bathroom but you gotta ask someone to lock/open the door for the bathroom. We placed an order using the drive through at the Chick-fil-a. Two spicy chicken sandwich combinations and a grilled chicken combo. Typical for Chick-fil-a it was a very efficient ordering experience and the line moved quickly. We were handed our drinks and food. We drove to University Hospital to visit someone there. When we unwrapped our food we were missing one sandwich. Then the adventure began. I called the number for the store on the receipt. I got the first voice menu. I selected the one for issues with the order. I was transferred to the second voicemail menu. None of the options were for a missing item. I selected the closest one to missing item. I was placed on hold. When the person came on the line, she asked about my issue, took the store number, order number and my contact information. I was told that the store would get back with me. I asked "when"? She couldn't give a timeframe. I asked about a refund (the combo is over $10). No commitment. It's up to the store. Bottom line: I'm out $10!for a food item I did not receive, spent 10 minutes on the phone to try and rectify the situation and received no commitment that the situation would be handled and no approximate date/time when I'd here back. All in all a very disappointing experience. Follow up: I received a call the next day from someone at this Chick-fil-a. They promised that they'd bring it to the attention of their staff to ensure orders are correct. That's good but ... given the sheer volume of orders at any given Chick-fil-a, there will be a small percentage of orders which are wrong. That's the process which needs attention. They did give me a free sandwich if I order on their app to compensate for the missed sandwich. It expires in three months. read more

I'm surprised this has the rating it does. This is perhaps the most efficient fast food place I have ever seen. First of all I want to give props to the owner and his wife: Dylan Carder +1. This is the most excellent, efficient Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. I have actually been going since it was built and let me tell you something. There is no other place that runs like this. I stayed at a hotel a Mile away, it was a long day capped with a 2 hour drive. So I was delighted to see a chick -fil-a close to get a to go order. I arrived to my hotel noticing the salad sideways in the bag and my brownie no where to be seen. They list a local number on the receipt and it goes to a call center somewhere. The workers there are super nice and the food is always quality. My only complaint though is that it is on super busy so it's hard to get in and out because of the traffic.
