This review is about this specific Chick-Fil-A and their ability to get an order right. I do curbside pick up from this location about once a week and I would say their success rate is about 40% There is always something incorrect with the order, usually it's just incorrect or missing sauces. I eat here a lot so I have a stash at home so that is not the end of the world. I've had my food prepared incorrectly a few times and also completely missing food items which is a bigger bummer. But TODAY I placed my regular order and was really looking forward to my unsweetened tea. It was a hot summer day and I was very thirsty so I was prepared to chug it. To my disappointment the store gave me sweet tea and I almost threw up. I immediately got flashbacks to waking up in the middle of the night after an evening of festivities to chug the water bottle that's next to me only to realize it's vodka...... Any who this one really hit home today and inspired me to leave a review because I was very thirsty and really wanted my tea. This location is typically very busy but they're always consistent. I tend to use the mobile app and will do the curbside pickup option for food. They have a lot of curbside parking spots due to being so busy. It does take them a little longer than some other locations to bring your food to you once you have the alert that they're on their way. I'd say the average wait time after receiving the alert is about 5 minutes. read more

This place is quick and friendly. The reason why i did not give them 5 stars is because no matter how many times you repeat your order they get something wrong. They even verify your order at the window but i dont think they check the bags. Some extended training should be done here. Also, make sure you check your food. I went through the drive thru earlier and ordered a couple salads, which one had a hair in it and the large fries was more like a small fry. I stop by this Chick-fil-A from time to time on my way into work, and sometimes I pick up breakfast for my entire office staff of 18 people. When this happens, I walk in between 6:30-7am, give them a list of all the breakfast items, sides and drinks and every time they NAIL it. It would be so easy to make a mistake or leave an item out, but they always get it right. They always wrap the items so that it's easy to identify what each item is without having to unwrap it to check, and they are always incredibly friendly and accommodating even though I'm hitting them with a huge surprise order during the morning rush. This time it was a short thick hair in my tortilla soup last month moldy buns and brown lettuce in my chicken sandwich and hair...each time they say they'll rectify the problem saying they will credit my app and they never do. Should this really be happening with every other visit ? Clearly they are not making any changes and addressing the issues, nothing is changing. Oh no, Chick-Fil-A did not put a new location within a decent driving distance of home. Oh no... Before, the closest Chick-Fil-A was in PV! If I have to have fast food, Chick-Fil-A is my favorite. This location's people are as nice as they are at any other location. The menu, however, is missing the cheesecake (boooo). Also, this location is always insanely busy. The planners didn't do a good job designing the traffic flow -- you can easily find yourself out in the lane to exit onto 16th Street, or even all the way back into the Sports Authority/Verizon parking lot. The cool thing is that they bring order takers out to the drive through line to take your order on an iPad, and you never have to bother with the speaker So bottom line, the food is still great, the service is still great, and I'll still come here. My Husband LOVES Chik-Fil-A so we had to stop since we don't have any in Hawai'i. I love the Frosted Coffee! Service was great! Food was okay to me. I wanted the chicken tenders but they only had "spicy" ones so I opted for the nuggets. The Mac & Cheese however is in a class of it's own. It is so cheesy with a tangy kick. The worst experience I've ever had at a QSR. I don't even know where to start. 2 cars in front of us in drive. Waited 10 minutes before the first car moved. In the meantime 10 employees walk out the door with bags full of food. Must be soft change. Wait another 10 while a ton of cats pile up behind me. I'm trapped, so I get out to ask what's going on. This was actually my first time eating here. Everybody raves and raves about the chicken sandwiches. So I ordered a chicken sandwich with their Criscut fries. My sister eats her all the time and chose to go here on this day. My first thought is that the drive-through is annoying. It reminded me of Dutch brothers where it's busy and someone's trying to take your order before you can even get to where the menu is posted. These types of places are not first time user friendly how do I know your menu it's my first time here. No the chicken sandwich I guess just comes with pickles and possibly mayo but I forgot to take a picture so I can't be sure about the mayo. I wish I would've taken a picture of the pickle because mine only had one pickle and it was the very end of a pickle so what is the size of a dime and when I showed my sister we laughed because it was ridiculous it's not a huge problem for me I do love pickles but that's not gonna affect how many stars I give I know they're very busy cooking in there and it's no problem. The taste of the sandwich was good. But I actually tried a chicken sandwich from Popeyes last week and because of that I have something to compare the sandwich too and they just lose out and Popeyes beats their sandwich by a mile. Chick-Fil-A. Also known as "Billy's favorite restaurant!". My kid loves this damn place! He is a pretty picky eater, but he will eat some nuggets and waffle fries any day of the week! We were down at Children's Hospital getting a X-Ray, and I decided to take my son here for some lunch. It was only a few blocks away, and I knew he would love it. It was a little busy in the parking lot (Close to 12 Noon), but we found a spot and headed on in. As soon as we got in the place, we were welcomed by the friendly cashier. I placed our order for a #5 Combo and I got myself a chicken sandwich, too. Paid the man my money and when I was asking for my sauces, he even recommended his own favorite (Honey BBQ) sauce and told me how good it was. I took him up on his offer (turns out it is pretty tasty!), grabbed my plastic table marker and was about to go grab a seat. Here is where this place gets 5 stars...... Before we could even sit down, there was a lady coming out with our food on the tray. Literally, one minute after I placed the order, our food was ready! She saw I had my son in tow, so she offered to take our food to the table for us. I got up to get a high chair and she even offered to get that for me! I got us all set up and one of the workers there came up to say hi to my son. Billy is a bit shy at first, but he eventually gave her a high five. She came back a few minutes later with a toy! It was a little stuffed cow! I was incredibly impressed with their hospitality and generosity. Chick-Fil-A always has nice workers and great service, but this place went above and beyond!
