Gluten free pepperoni pizza - added olives, mushrooms and onion. Cauliflower crust is nice and thin.

Gluten free pizza! Yes please. Cauliflower rice crust is delicious. Pizza is piping hot! My meal was out in less than 10 minutes. If you're in the N gate and looking for GF pizza - this place is great.

Afternoon coffee JAN2025

We were in need of our afternoon caffeine fix and wanted an alternative to the mermaid brand. We ordered two hot drinks, an Americano, and a mocha. The two drinks had a strong coffee flavor and were not watered down. Quick service and tables available to sit and people watch.

Airport location

So, I ended up waiting in line for 5 mins, nobody in front of me or behind just me but still had to wait, they didn't seem to care that order desk is empty. On top of this I asked for cold iced latte with vanilla and soy milk and it was $1.12 extra for each so total $2.24 extra which is insane for such a small ask. I understand it's airport and all but I have had soy or almond milk coffee at other locations, this was a little extra. Staff wasn't neither friendly or helping ‍

Strawberry mango smoothie

I arrived at gate N earlier then predicted and I wanted a drink. I ordered their strawberry and mango smoothie 12oz through the line that went pretty fast in my experience. After siting for about 3min, they called my name and my order in the other side far left of the store. The strawberry flavor dominated with some mango on the side. I think it was extremely sweet and I had hard time finishing it.

8:45 PM, and another 90 minutes before boarding for a 4 hour flight. Time to order a closing time pizza! This location is newish in Terminal N, the staff are customer focused, there is decent amount of seating around the coffee shop and it is very welcoming. The styling is somewhat modern which matches the terminal décor. It is easy to find and there is plenty of nearby waiting area seating with phone chargers (something you won't find in the other terminals A-D. We ordered a personal Hawaiian pizza and some drinks (coffee and an iced tea). The drinks were to us quickly and in about 5 minutes, so was the pizza. A special call out to the staff. They continued to take orders as they closed at 9. I never saw them turn anyone away but always told everyone they were closing and suggested they move on once they received their orders in a friendly way! Without doubt, the friendliest restaurant we'd seen in our 11 hours in this terminal! The de-caffeinated coffee was very aromatic and full bodied. The brewed iced tea was also exceptionally good. The pizza was hot and tasty, the perfect snack before a 4 hour flight.

This was a location at Gate N and I needed something to grab before a flight, so I said why not. They had a variety of options ranging from sandwiches to soups to salads to pastas to pizza. The food was ready in a timely manner after the order was placed. I went with the Italian Grinder ($14.95). It came with salami, black forest ham, provolone, tomato, red onion, lettuce, and pepperoncini on a toasted ciabatta bread with garlic aioli. There was also a side of bagged chips. This was not too bad. I would have preferred more deli meat present as it was too much bread. I was a little hesitant of having this toasted, but it ended up working together of what was actually there. Like mentioned, it would have been better with more filing. Will I go back? Perhaps.

Two bags of chips I wanted to pick up for the flight home :)

The pizza looked good on paper. The pizza looked good in the box. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't taste as good as it looked. I had my eyes on this Italian eatery earlier this year while I was trying to decide where to have an early dinner before my flight back home. That was back in January, well before I knew I'd be up here again just a month and a half later. Caffe D'arte is located at SeaTac Airport's North Satellite Terminal by Gate N13. They are directly across from Skillet and Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen. There is ample seating in front of the counter, and there are signs that say these seats are for customers only. The dining tables there also have outlets that you can use to charge your electronic device(s) while you are enjoying your meal there. They have a pretty extensive menu that includes pizzas, pasta, salads, sandwiches, and even coffee! Honestly, I was walking back and forth across various eateries trying to decide which restaurant to do business with, and then deciding which menu item(s) to select. I had such a difficult time deciding, and for whatever reason, the D'arte Speciale was calling my name. After reading the description, it sounded like a supreme pizza that would contain everything but the kitchen sink. Well, maybe not everything, but it seemed the most appetizing to me. The line to order wraps around a cart full of various snacks, and I grabbed a couple bags of chips before arriving at the order counter to tell Jackie that I also wanted a Caffe D'arte pizza. There is a $2 upcharge for a cauliflower crust, and I went with that thinking it'd be as good as the frozen cauliflower crust pizzas I've had before. The menu states that their pizzas are 10" in diameter. I asked Jackie how long the wait would be, and she said it'd be 5 minutes before my pizza would be ready. Only 5 minutes? Not bad! I would have guessed double that because at BYO pizza places, I'd have to wait about 10 minutes, but then again, Caffe D'arte is not a BYO place, so it would be rather foolish of me to be comparing this airport pizza shop with MOD, Pieology, and Blaze. The wait was indeed 5 minutes before my name was called out. I was sitting at a table directly in front of the order counter because there was sanitizer next to the tablets, and I wanted to squirt some on my hands before feasting on what I was hoping would be a decent pizza. Unfortunately, it was only half-decent at best, and that's me being generous. As soon as I picked up the first slice of pizza, the slice was so flimsy that most of the cheese and toppings fell off and onto the rest of the pizza. Better than dropping on the floor at least, but that was quite the disappointment. This is one of those rare times when I'd say it could have been better to eat the pizza cold instead, but I continued to press on, hoping that maybe the remaining slices would still taste good. With so many toppings listed on the menu, I thought the pizza would taste fabulous, but it did not. The pizza as a whole was quite bland, and none of the toppings, even the cheese, added much flavor, if at all. Maybe it would have tasted better had I not gone for the cauliflower crust upcharge, but if I were to make a return visit, I'd probably try one of their pastas or sandwiches instead. I'm glad I tried this place, but I just don't recommend it at all whatsoever. It's one of a few eateries at the N Concourse, which you'd need the SEA Underground to get to, and that's unfortunate because the main terminal has a much wider variety of restaurants to cater to all different types of cuisines. I'd be open to trying Caffe D'arte's pastas or sandwiches if my next flight out of SeaTac is also at an N gate, but I'm definitely not setting high expectations after such a disappointing pizza! No joke, but I actually decided to go to Bambuza afterwards to try something that could make me forget about that lackluster pie. After eating my first slice, I realized I forgot to get napkins, and I went up to Jackie to ask for some. She told me they were at the opposite end of the counter, which was quite a long walk! Seriously?! I had to leave my phone *and* my pizza unattended just so I could fetch napkins? Super lame! Even more of a reason to not get a pizza here. Why not just make napkins readily available at the counter or even at the dining tables instead of making customers walk all the way to the other side?? Overall, not a fan. I like pizza better than salad, but this pizza was worse than the salmon salad from Skillet. I really hope my next flight out of SeaTac won't be at the N Concourse; otherwise, I'm going to have to pick something up before boarding the SEA Underground.

Really expensive. $15 sandwiches $7 for 4 French toast sticks The coffee was just ok to me.

Turkey Club Sandwich and Mango smoothie.
Yariann C.

this place is only good if you want a quick good hot sandwich. I got the Turkey Club Sandwich which includes: Sourdough bread, Turkey, Bacon Strips, Sliced Tomatoos, Provolone, Garlic Aioli, Lettuce. Which was 15$ and a mango smoothie for 5$ it was decent not the best but not bad either. Overall my meal was 22$.

A reasonable price for a great cuppa.
Tom V.

So I bought a bacon egg & cheese croissant, but the boy destroyed it before a photo op, because layover. This was the place I needed. But we had an hour to kill and this whole time zone thing was mucking with his 'must eat hourly' habits, so I stopped in at Caffé D'arte for a cup of coffee and a brief respite. Achievement: unlocked. Great cup of dark roast on drip, and I think I paid about the same for that cup that I would outside of an airport, whereas the croissant was wicked expensive and overpriced even by airport standards. But whatever, it did it's job. Seating is in the middle of the concourse, shared with other options, or you can charge a device at the chest-high bar. Options are a beautiful thing, as is a great cup of coffees which Caffe D'arte has on lock.

We went on a Saturday, and it was super busy, but I will say the line moved surprisingly fast, which I appreciated. A heads-up if it's your first time: the shop itself is very small, so most of the wait is outside, and they only let about 2-3 people inside at a time. Even with the crowd, the process was efficient, and the staff we interacted with were very nice. We wanted both savory and sweet, so we tried the popular beef & cheese bun, chicken teriyaki, and hazelnut roll. The beef & cheese bun was definitely the best thing we tried. It was warm, flavorful, and reminded me of the filling inside an Asian meat bun, which I enjoyed. The chicken teriyaki was disappointing. It didn't look anything like the photo they advertise, and the flavor was just okay, nothing memorable. The hazelnut roll was decent and not overly sweet, which I liked, but it wasn't something I'd go out of my way for. Overall, I personally think this place is a bit overhyped. The fast-moving line and friendly staff were a plus, and the beef & cheese bun was good, but based on what we tried, I'm not sure it fully lived up to the hype. Still, if you've never had it before, it may be worth trying once since they have plenty of other menu options.

We ate it the day after and threw it in the air fryer for a couple of minutes, and it was so delicious. The cruffin was huge! Topped with a delicious light Earl grey cream that wasn't too sweet. It was filled with a blueberry cream and was definitely very filling. There's a lot of sugar coating it, as is standard with cruffins, but it's a nice sweet treat. Through several visits: Baguette, Large ($7.95) - Great baguette with bubbling golden exterior complete with the perfectly baked crust even after waiting 3 hours before cutting in and eating. The interior has the perfect moisture level and is delightfully soft and chewy. The taste overall has a deep developed flavor. This is a great baguette. The only problem - the price. I can find ones for half the price that are maybe 80% as good as this one. (5/5) Seasonal Biscuit ($4.50) - This biscuit definitely isn't Southern-style. It's more of a drop biscuit, combining a relatively soft and tender interior with a nice exterior crust, without any flakiness or layering. The interior is almost cake-like in texture and crumb, and is plenty moist. They add plenty of fresh black pepper inside. It's distributed very evenly, giving a peppery bite with every mouthful. Parmesan is added to the top of the biscuit before baking, giving plenty of umami and richness but only on the upper layer. (4/5) Green Vinaigrette Cafeteria Style Pizza ($6.25) - The pizza is kept under a warming lamp, so it starts getting a little dried out after I assume a couple of hours spent there. I do love the base though - it's focaccia-like giving a really crunchy dark golden brown crust underneath, which supports the toppings. The pizza slice has lots of structural integrity and doesn't flop over. There's a base of fragrant concentrated tomato paste-like flavor which is topped with a very even layer of cheese. Since it's warmed rather than freshly baked, the cheese starts congealing a bit. The cheese is peppered with parsley, garlic, and a bunch of mustard seeds, giving a special zing. The toppings go all the way to the sides of the pie, making it great for people who dislike crust. Even though it's cafeteria style pizza that's kept under heat lamps, I quite liked it. I wonder if I can get a really fresh slice if I get there right at 11AM when lunch starts. (5/5) Chocolate Croissant ($6.10) - Great lamination with a very aesthetic honeycomb pattern. Baked on the harder side, causing fantastic crispy flaky layers to flake off, but also creating a darker golden brown character that is on the verge of bitterness. Nicely buttery soft and chewy interior. Chocolate is a darker variety, probably somewhere around 70%, so it has a pleasing balanced sweetness and chocolate flavor. It's not typical baton, instead seems to be a section from a bar. Still warm and melty even through I didn't eat the croissant until ~30 minutes after purchasing. When cooled down further, some red fruity notes start appearing, so this seems to be be pretty high quality. (5/5) White Sourdough ($12.60) - Now this is a loaf of bread. Superb crust, probably 2 or 3 times as thick compared to competitors, creating a supreme crusty bite with a chew approaching a hard crunch with almost caramelized molasses notes on the bottom. The interior is moist and tender with a pleasing slight sourdough tang. It's a superb piece of craftsmanship. (5/5) Kouign Amann ($5.80) - This is another heavier bake with some acridity development on the top surface. Unlike many other bakeries where the kouign amann is basically a differently shaped croissant with sugar glaze, Sea Wolf's version feels more in line with tradition. The crumb is denser and richer, more like brioche. There's interesting black speckling inside which I believe is due to the inclusion of espresso powder given the mild coffee-like flavor. The crust is again baked hard, but it's lighter and not as flaky as the croissant. They sprinkle just a bit of salt on top of a very light caramelized sugar glaze. It's not very sweet and I didn't find it too salty unlike some other reviewers. (5/5) Plain Focaccia Slice ($4.80) - Good quality olive oil, some salt sprinkled on top to boost the flavors. Light and airy interior, but the exterior is a little wan, being more light golden brown and lacking some good crusty crisp especially on the fried bottom. Quite oily. (4/5) Sea Wolf gives out free sourdough starter, which can be requested from the cashier. Since picking it up several weeks ago, I've gone through several feed/bake cycles for making sourdough focaccia. I've visited Sea Wolf 3 or 4 times in the last month. That's a testament to how high quality their pastries and breads are. I think the only thing stopping me from visiting more is thanks to the starter I got from them fanning my baking instincts. I bake so much now that I don't have any need to buy their bread! Note: Sea Wolf charges a 3% credit card fee. This is not noted on their menu - it only appears in the POS right before paying. Kind of sketchy. Bathrooms - Single unisex room

Service was fine. The line moved fast, and the prices were reasonable, comparable to other bakeries in Seattle. While I enjoyed the vibe at Sea Wolf Bakers a lot, I didn't think their pastries and coffee were nearly as good as some others I tried in Seattle. The espresso shot I tried was extremely bitter and just not as smooth as it should have been. The savory croissant was ok, but it lacked any big flavors, and the texture wasn't really croissant-like. The hit cross bun was just unimpressive and not very good at all. Overall, I would probably skip Sea Wolf Bakers next time. It's ok, but there are so many other amazing bakeries too. Maybe I tried the wrong stuff?

The focaccia was pillowy and chewy at the same - I could've eaten five of these on their own. The frittata was my least favorite item, but by no means am I saying that it's bad! I thought the sauces overpowered it a bit, and the frittata itself was a bit bland - I couldn't even tell it had sweet potato in it, but it was cooked really well. There was ample seating in the heated patio, but parking was a little confusing, though we got lucky with the small lot right next to the store. There were a lot of signs that said no parking along the street in front, but it seemed like a lot of cars were parked there?

Cute little shop. Arrived a little after 10am on a Saturday and the line took us about 30 minutes…read moreto get through. Once ordered, the drinks came out pretty fast and so did my sandwich. I don't know if they rotate their pastries or if they just sold out of everything but only items on display case were the chocolate cookie, sesame cookie, the sakura chiffon roll, savory focaccia, apple cake and maybe one other item. I really was looking forward to trying a cardamom croissant or bun but they didn't have either available. My iced latte was alright. Nothing to go crazy over. The cherry foam for an additional $2.00 was very pretty but that's where it stopped at. Absolutely no cherry or sakura flavor. Disappointed. The sesame cookie had a great smell to it. The aroma of sesame was strong. The cookie had a nice crisp to the edge and a chewy center. The sesame taste wasn't as strong as the smell. The spicy chicken sandwich on special was not spicy at all. It was overwhelmingly sweet from the orange glaze/sauce on the kitchen. It was a decent sandwich and I definitely finished it. Just not something I would gravitate back to. I understand the reviews about how this place doesn't live up to some extra hype. It's decent, solid and a great option for the area but to go out of your way for and wait thirty minutes in line? Not really.
