It's more of a 3.5/5 It's nothing amazing. But certainly better than most airport food. The pork banh mi was good. Spring rolls were okay.

I was thrilled to see this family-run Vietnamese restaurant at SeaTac and took the airport transit to go between terminals to pick up some lunch from here. I ordered a tofu banh mi and a side of egg rolls. The egg rolls were pretty standard/average, but the banh mi was fantastic! It smelled so good in the takeout bag I was handed that I couldn't wait to get back to my terminal to enjoy it pre-flight. When I unpacked my lunch, I noticed that the banh mi was quite big. Considering it was barely more expensive than at non-airport restaurants, it's a great value and wayyy better than about 95% of other U.S. airport dining options. It was totally worth transiting for, and this will be my go-to whenever I fly through SeaTac.

Great Ambience - about very average food. I tried a Banh Mi Sandwich - pretty bland not much going on. The bread was bit hard and the chicken felt slightly undercooked. Still edible - I think it was safe but maybe needed a cooking time of a couple of more minutes. I also got a lemonade which was a sugar bomb. Just sugar syrup. $8 for sugar syrup lol. Airport makes the place pricey - I don't recommend but if you really want to maybe try their pho. At least those looked good.

Seattle airport, N concourse. Yummy pho in an airport! Blew my mind how good the pho was. Savory, salty, a little sour from the lime. Service was fast. Got our food with in 5 min of ordering.

Awesome bahn mi for an airport stop! We enjoyed a Vietnamese iced coffee and BBQ pork bahn mi that was very generously sized with tons of fresh veggies. Food was ready quickly and we were able to stay and do some work at their tables until our flight. Would definitely recommend for a great Vietnamese stop when in the airport.

Being Vietnamese myself, my gf and I wanted some healthier options before our flight from Seattle to LA, and instead of going to the Wendy's and eating junk, we got some deliciously fresh Com Tam (rice bowl) and Pho to accommodate our weary bones and bodies from the full day of traveling we had. Service was excellent, with the food coming out quick and amazingly prepared. I honestly was surprised at how well the dishes were presented and how they tasted! Certainly reminded me of home :) Ambiance was typical of an Asian restaurant - but you know, more airport-y

I stopped in here when at the airport to grab food quickly to go! They have a great selection of pre-made meals to grab and go. I opted for a turkey and cheese sandwich, which was honestly pretty good! Everything tasted fresh and it had a mayo packet to add. There wasn't a line and I didn't experience any delays with getting to my gate on time. The staff working the counter was really friendly and quickly tended to me.

Airport Vietnamese. Not the worst, not inedible. But not that great. The pho was very salty. And the vermicelli pho was pretty bland. But overall - for the limited airport options. It's okay.

Nut allergy friendly, no problems with the pho. Order to Pho: 4 Minutes Came by around 10:30AM. Order at the counter and they call names while walking your order out. Service was exceptionally fast, very suitable for an airport. Disposable utensils and a bag of garnishes was provided, clearly intended for To-Go capability. The food is definitely airport expensive. The rib eye steak pho comes with a reasonable amount of beef that is slightly tough. The noodles were also a little tough, so they probably aren't soaked enough. It's overall not a bad option for an airport spot, and it was fast enough to get in a hurry.

Delightfully delicious! Authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Not cheap but worth the trip to the North gates. Had the Shrimp rice bowl.

Good asian good option in N terminal. I got the Saigon Combo which is the best deal here IMHO. For $20.99 (before tax) you get a huge portion of white rice with beef and chicken and one crispy spring roll served with a decent size salad lots of fresh cucumbers and fish sauce dressing. The staff I interacted with were friendly and attentive and got my order right. They have a good amount of tables and they restaurant was clean and the service was quick to get you to your flight on time

6 for $13.25 if you pay cash. They taste like frozen potstickers. Nothing special. Sweet dipping sauce. The worker at the counter was nice.

    Bloody Mary

Went around 9 pm September 13th. Went to the to go counter who told me I can seat myself in the restaurant area if I want to order food and drinks. Sat at the bar where the bartender helped several women. Bartender then left the bar and began taking orders for a long line at the to go area. She eventually came back and ignored me. Eventually the bartender noticed me and put her hand up at me telling me to wait. Soon after she came back and I ordered a blood Mary with some pot stickers. My Bloody Mary was good, she eventually came back at around 10:10 with the card reader. I asked for one more drink and she told me the bar is closed now. Didn't check prior for last call or for refills. I cashed out and asked if I was still getting my pot stickers she said she didn't charge me for pot stickers. Needless to say I got one drink for $25, poor service and no food.

My cocktail was a pho broth washed shot of Jameson and it came with a pho broth chaser. Hope I got that right but I almost don't wanna drink Jameson any other way now. The parking lot was packed but there's a paid parking lot around corner so no problem. It looked packed but I think a lot of people were at the larger pho Bac sup shop (which is associated w The Boat, but The Boat had plenty of seating at 6:30 on a Sunday night. I think what I appreciated most was the service- we had a person who seated us and answered questions about the menu- my partner has some preferences and shared them with the first server but then the second server came by and already knew what my partner had shared with the first server. That's real dedication. Definitely coming back.

I was left with a pleasant surprise and understanding of the hype of this place, because the chicken was so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The place is right next to their sister location, Pho bar, and share a parking space. It is nice and clean on the inside, and like the name the restaurant is shape like a boat! So far I have been here twice and would definitely come back for a warm meal. The staff were helpful and pleasant! It was roughly a 30 minute wait for the food, but that is to be expected considering this is not a fast-food Restaurant (:

It's a bit pricey for the portions, but overall we enjoyed our meal and I really liked trying dishes beyond the typical spring roll/pho/rice place. Wish there was more protein. It's located in a bit of a sketchy mall, but it's one of the nicer restaurants located within the mall. We ended up choosing a place close and were not disappointed at all. This restaurant is located off a busy street but it luckily offers a parking lot which can be hard to come by in Seattle. Because we came on the earlier side, we were seated quite quickly :) The space is pretty large so I don't think I would worry about a wait on a weekday. We were very impressed by the options provided. I usually don't find Bun Bo Hue on the menu often which is what my partner ended up ordering. I ordered the Bun rieu which is even harder to come by. We also ordered the crispy butter garlic wings to share which was a perfect choice. The service was very fast and we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly our stuff came out after placing our order. The portions were also HUGE and we both had enough to take home for a second meal. The Bun rieu was super tomatoey and had a rich flavor which the crab. My mom makes Bun rieu at home and I was very much happy with this bowl too, reminded me a lot of how my mom makes it! The Bun Bo Hue was not super spicy but we appreciated being able to customize. The custard duck egg is an excellent starter, with a rich, savory broth that delivers a deep, yolky umami punch. The rau ram oil and herb is such a creative twist that adds the perfect herbal dimension. The radicchio pudding was light and offered a clean, almost grassy brightness without being overwhelming in flavors. Great option for any vegans at the table. The wagyu beef tallow fries were some of the best fries I've ever had. Ultra-crispy, perfectly thick-cut, and deeply flavorful with beef notes shining through, without being too heavy. Like many of the dishes here, perfectly balanced in flavor. The grilled eggplant with whipped tofu and crispy sun chokes was another standout. The tofu whip was so smooth and should be considered a worthy sub for mayo. The eggplant was soft, creamy, and perfectly charred. The garlic rice was incredibly savory and maybe my favorite version of it yet. Packed with the perfect depth of garlicky flavor and seasoning. Finally for dessert - I thought the durian fruit cup was decent, it's great for durian lovers but next time I will be back to try their other desserts. The hollow bread is a must-try. It's fried to perfection, the inside is steamy and the butter it comes with is perfect but the bread alone is so good that it doesn't need it. The perfect touch of roasted sesame. Slightly sweet, it's a delight in textures and perfect in cold weather. The oyster on half shell in happy hour is also a great standard oyster, very fresh, with a nuanced Viet twist in the sauces. Vegetable dip is pretty standard and also delicious, great if you're looking for a healthy starter. Coffee rubbed ribs were fantastic as well and an incredible deal for the size. You have to dip it in the fish sauce or else there is no flavor. Just something minor but I wish the pickled veggies were more separated. It had the cut lines but not fully cut so you had to separate it yourself. The com tam was alright. All of the components you would usually get for a broken rice dish. The meatloaf was really good. The pork on the other hand was a bit too salty for my liking. And you only get one thin piece... soup on the side was good and was a good way to cleanse the palette. Overall good modern/fancy spin on Vietnamese food but overpriced. Would probably be nice to go during dinner time for some drinks as the ambience seemed better for night time. Good amount of seating. Street parking around the area was easy to find.
