We arrived at the restaurant to a full parking lot with people standing outside. However, when we went in, the wonderful hostess informed us there was no wait. The seater showed us to our table, and chatted with us about our day along the way. He also explained the 3 menus that he gave us, and informed us we were right in time for happy hour. Our server, Sam, greeted us promptly, and she was so incredibly welcoming to our family, answering questions about the menu items. It was so hard to decide what to order, so we ordered several small plates (Brisket nachos, Wings, Brisket tacos, fries, and mac and cheese, along with the complimentary cornbread). To our surprise, everything came out so quickly. This was probably the fastest service I've ever had at a restaurant. The servers who delivered our food were friendly and welcoming as well. Not only that, EVERYTHING we ate was phenomenal. The fries were flavorful and perfectly salted, the wings were fantastic, and the brisket nachos? Wow....the brisket was some of the best we've ever had, and the nacho chips even stood out. The biggest compliment is from our 15 year old who said that the mac and cheese is some of the best pasta she's ever had. Throughout the whole meal, Sam was so attentive and chatting with us about the restaurant and dessert options. I truly enjoyed everything about our experience. The food was great, the salads were fresh and didn't feel like they were scooped from store bought tubs. The fish tacos were really tasty and I really like the corn tortillas. I like that the Mac salad had black olives in it, better than the salad down at Marination! But I found this little gem tucked away outside Terminal B, and it turned out to be a pretty great, albeit expensive, lunch. It is a little tricky to find. You have to take an elevator up to the second floor, but once you get there, it is worth the effort. Our server was T, Tee, Tea? I honestly have no idea how he spells it, but he was enthusiastic, friendly and quick with recommendations. He suggested adding avocado to our club sandwich, and that was a GREAT call. We also asked to substitute onion rings for the fries for an upcharge. He forgot, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise because the regular fries are AWESOME. Seriously, don't mess with them. The club sandwich and fries were easily enough food for two people. The damage? About $30 with tip. For airport food, that still feels painful, but at least this was actually GOOD. And there is another reason to seek this place out. My husband is a private pilot, so he was completely entertained by the fact that you can sit at the counter and watch planes take off from a level above the ground. Honestly, that may have been the best part. Great little spot, especially if you need to escape the madness of the main terminal for a while.

After climbing the stairs it was open seating, the bar seats faced into the bar not overlooking terminal or airfield. I opted for a view of the airfield, little did I realize this was family seating. After reviewing the menu again I decided on the LOAD BAKED POTATO SOUP and a hard cider from a local Puget Sound brewery. The service was fast to drop a glass of ice water, a since the A/C in terminal wasn't working the water was good to start. The soup arrived fast, but I was shocked when they didn't offer crackers or bread to accompany it! Before I could start eating I had to request/wait for a clean spoon as I don't like food caked my tea spoon (they don't have soup spoons). The cool (Not Ice cold) hard cider was served in a can, or served with frozen mug. What is hard to swallow was the 225% markup on the hard cider. The atmosphere/decor was pretty easy going.
