SEATAC Airport, N Concourse. Embarque Whiskey Grill drew my eye while searching for my gate for a delayed flight because it screamed "WHISKEY!" A nice, modern brightly lit interior with warm wood accents. The bar at this full-service casual dining restaurant features globally distilled spirits, with a bit of a relaxing oasis to imbibe on an American menu w/Vietnamese and French influences. The menu has sandwiches, salads, flat breads and includes a signature whiskey glazed burger, bánh mì and panini, seasonal & locally sourced seafood, and family-friendly favorites like mac and cheese. I tend toward Old-Fashioneds and Manhattans so this was a good place to park yourself while waiting for your flight. If doing a quick breakfast/brunch they also offer a Vietnamese Bloody Mary, w/Sea Ice Vodka, tomato juice, Hoisin sauce, Sriracha, house made Nuoc Cham sauce, garnished w/olives, lime wedge & Thai basil. Service was easy and attentive. Let them know if you're short on time and they'll keep an eye on your orders. You can always take your food packed for your flight. See you there!

Over priced for basic food. Spent over $50 for a bland plate of shrimp po boy and squid sticks "calamari". And two drinks Who eats calamari with marinara? They call this a full restaurant but it's slime pickings if you ask me. Service was mediocre so say the least. Didn't have high expectations to start with so I'd have to say they met them.

I paid for my order and a few minutes later was told they don't have short rib sandwich which was $20+ so I chose shrimp po' boy since it was the same price. I asked about the chicken pesto and pesto pasta and the girl shook her head, nada. We shared the order. The spaghetti was good. The wait was a bit long for a to go order.

Embarque is located in the N gate area of Seatac. We came for a drink after breakfast. One of the bartenders provided us good service & had good follow-up to see if we were enjoying our drinks. I had the PNW sour, he warned me it had some egg whites (the froth on the cocktail) which I personally didnt mind or think much of. This place was a little less crowded than the others in the terminal and they seemed pretty prompt in getting their customers waited on and with what they need.

A nice to place to wait for your flight in the N Gates area. Either order at the counter, or place an order with the friendly bartender. We previously sat at the Egg joint a couple doors down but it was crazy busy and we didn't want a big breakfast plate. I ended up deconstructing this thing since the bagel was nicely buttered and toasted. Couple of cocktails and a bagel sandwich without sitting on top of each other.

We eat here often on trips to Sonoma Square. Great service, excellent food, great wine selection. Nice atmosphere but casual enough, and they're good with kids too. 5 stars all the way! I recently tried the pesto chicken ravioli and it was amazing!

Great public bar, great service. They have some innovative drinks, delicious calimari, and very attentive bartenders. New in SEA and we enjoyed hanging out here waiting for our plane.

    $17 for a plate of lettuce/parm/croutons. I got 2 containers of pre-packaged dressing. I would definitely avoid.

There is so many special other things that you can order here on the smoke side meat side! After dinner engaged with Melissa and Desiree. They are all engaging and a fun quick chat! For me really nothing not to like about this well long established place! Always consistent place. Job well done at Sharps!

The inside decor is immersive - big slabs of meat displayed, a sourdough pasta machine putting out pasta pieces! Very camp and fun. Service was also friendly. We weren't that hungry so just ordered the pulled pork salad and fried chicken salad. Both are HUGE and great. The meats were of course the highlights. I honestly wish we were hungrier so we could try the burgers and apps. We also ordered a side of fries, which was also huge. The fries were a bit disappointing though - lacked flavor. Overall a great find by the airport!

I stopped by to see that they had and was psyched about almost all the things on the menu! Pasta, Chicken Wings, Mac 'n Cheese bites, Fish Tacos, super great selection. The food came out hot and relatively fast for the stuff I picked. The Nook was open, so I had time to grab a quick beer while I was waiting. I made the difficult choice and settled on Fish Tacos, Mac 'n Cheese bites and the Potato Salad and Macaroni Salad. Portion size was good, definitely had leftovers for the next day. The food was great, the salads were fresh and didn't feel like they were scooped from store bought tubs. The fish tacos were really tasty and I really like the corn tortillas. I like that the Mac salad had black olives in it, better than the salad down at Marination! I'm not sure exactly what their schedule is for West Seattle as they're pretty new, but I checked on their website www.GilbertsGreats.com. I'll definitely stop by the next time I see them in West Seattle!

Let's talk about the grilled cheese. Yes, it's already legendary. But add kimchi and suddenly your entire airport food worldview shifts. I didn't know I needed this upgrade until I had it, and now there's no going back. The cheese is perfectly melty, the bread hits that golden, buttery crunch, and the kimchi adds just the right tangy, savory kick. Comfort food with a personality. Beecher's somehow manages to feel cozy and indulgent in the middle of airport chaos, which is no small feat. Next time you find yourself wandering SeaTac with time on your hands, skip the sad grab‑and‑go options and seek this place out. Your layover--and your taste buds--will thank you.

You will need to find street parking but it's not too difficult. The name gives you the clue - it's "classic" in a retro, elevated biker bar way (there is a bar in the front and there was a biker out front as well so I'm sticking with this description). On the walls are "classics" like Harley Davidson and Elvis Presley. Among the other things that we did not know (which was everything) - it's New Orleans Cajun-based food. There are some non-New Orleans Cajun items on the menu - traditional breakfast French Toast and such - however, many of the items, from the omelets to the chicken ARE with a very tasty and not-too-spicy Cajun flavor or sauce. My husband had the omelet that featured andouille sausage and was very glad he did. I tried the Cajun chicken tenders (?) that came LOADED, on top of delicious homestyle biscuits, and next to a pile of cheesy potatoes. Service was perfect. Very friendly from walking in the door to walking out the door. Very diverse clientele so you can rest assured you will like it here. Not sure if I am spelling our server's name correctly, Romie was a delight and offered kindness and patience for us. On to the food! I cannot decide if we should get the jambalaya and split or the new menu item, which is the cilantro shrimp. I am a fan of both. I will definitely have to return to try the jambalaya, but this evening we decided to go with the cilantro shrimp. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The cilantro cream sauce paired greatly with the pasta. The sauce was not over creamy, but it was a little bit on the oily/buttery side and the sauce itself could use a little bit of salt and pepper. The waffle was on of the best we have been able to locate and the bacon, which I forgot to snap a pic of because we gobble it down before I realized. LOL!!! The beignets were cooked very well, I love the puff pastry that they use because it wasn't overly sweet and they weren't too greasy. Am I opinion overall this is a decent affordable restaurant to enjoy a meal with a friend a loved one and even a family member. The restaurant is not on the larger scale, so my recommendations would be no more than 4 to 6 people in your party if you plan to eat here. It's also very chill and the atmosphere was relaxing in case you're looking for a place with a little bit more intimacy. As always safe, hungry and happy out there! Be someone's best day.
