My Cousin took me to lunch and she was telling me how she really liked this place. Located right next to Coast Gateway Hotel on Pacific Hwy. Parking is really Tight. There was a long line so we decided to sit in the Bar Area. The waitress came in a timely fashion. I ordered the Fried Creamy Potatoes and the Boneless Wings 8/10. My Cousin ordered a Papaya Mule, Cod Tacos and the Sourdough Beer Battered Onion Rings 8/10 minus the Onion Rings they were sent back. They were fried so hard we thought we would break our teeth. They were taken off the Bill. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The Restaurants ambiance was 10/10.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The waitress had made a really off the wall comment but we just looked at her not saying a word and at that moment she knew she was wrong. Other than that our experience was Great

07/06/26 My husband, son, and I had a 4-hour layover. We asked my son and his fiance who live in Seattle, to meet us for dinner. They made reservations for this place. Our group ordered: -Pulled brisket mac and cheese -Fried creamer potatoes -Chicken sandwich -Seattle classic We all had a taste of everyone's food. It was delicious and piping hot. The pulled brisket mac and cheese and the Seattle Classic were our favorites. The creamer potatoes were especially a delight with the sauce that came with them. Service: 4/5 We mentioned to Melissa, our waitress, that we were crunched for time to catch our flight. She accommodated us and made sure we left on time to catch our flight.

Just had the Sharps Signature Salad. While it technically had all the ingredients listed on the menu, it was $20 for predominantly lettuce. I had a hard time finding any of the candied nuts, blue cheese, and cranberries. Unfortunately, I've taken it to go. If I was at the restaurant, I would've returned it.

Prime rib dinner with mashed potatoes, green beans, au jus, and grated horseradish

I wanted to get prime rib and found this place not too far away from my hotel. I went in around dinner time and got really lucky with only have to wait for 20 mins for a table for one. Once I was seated I had someone come and asked for a vanilla cider and a the 1/2 lb prime rib dinner. It came with sour cream mashed potatoes, green beans, freshly grated horseradish, and a side of au jus. Compare this to other prime rib it wasn't as fatty or gristly which was great. Also cut so nicely so I didn't have to fight to cut a piece off. The mashed potatoes were absolutely delicious but filling. Green beans were fresh and still crunchy. I wished I had room for dessert, but I was absolutely stuffed. Would love to come back here again.

Ok one of the most amazing places I've dined in for some time. First off your next to SeaTac Airport so location is perfect of your coming or going and need a food or alcoholic beverage.... Soon as you enter you see multiple oak kegs of Burbon fermenting spirts in a revolving rack. Turning the juices of the gods to make sure you'll get the perfect cocktail each and every time. A few more feet away is a meat locker twirling with red lights cooking the prime rib flesh, my oh my was I mesmerized. If you're a lover of the flesh you'll really enjoy Sharps Roasthouse for a preflight meal...

We dropped in here for a late lunch. I ordered the Alaskan cod tacos and a salad. My nephew ordered the steak and fries. Everything was super delicious! All the staff were super friendly and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the interior was welcoming and cozy[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I would definitely go back again if I'm in the area again.

Great unexpected experience by the Seattle airport! We were staying at one of the Seattle airport hotels and dropped by for a quick lunch. The inside decor is immersive - big slabs of meat displayed, a sourdough pasta machine putting out pasta pieces! Very camp and fun. Service was also friendly. We weren't that hungry so just ordered the pulled pork salad and fried chicken salad. Both are HUGE and great. The meats were of course the highlights. I honestly wish we were hungrier so we could try the burgers and apps. We also ordered a side of fries, which was also huge. The fries were a bit disappointing though - lacked flavor. Overall a great find by the airport!

Delicious barbecue, burgers and home baked comfort food in skillets. Rowan was our waiter. His recommendations were spot on and he treated us like we were his only customers, which was clearly not the case. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Restaurant is big but it was packed with customers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Great ambiance, service and outstanding food.

A well-deserved five star. Even though they were incredibly busy, you would've never known it by the amount of attention that we got from our server. He took excellent care of us. The food was outstanding. Complementary bread when we got there and the food was quick and tasty. Cocktails were fantastic with lots of choices. Plenty of specials to be found on the menu. It's also cool when you walk in and they've got their pasta station where they're making sourdough pasta and all the different meats on display. Definite repeat place.

I was glad to revisit Sharps for dinner. Our server Maria was great. They have an interesting mixed drink menu, plus a bunch of beers on tap and wines. I got the drink that had bourbon and figs, very tasty. I really liked my mac and cheese with the spicy chicken tenders. My friend asked me if I could taste if the pasta was made with sourdough, and I'm not really sure! The portion size was huge. I also got a side Caesar that was pretty average, but I had wanted to get some kind of vegetable. This place was bustling with people when we went. This is a convenient location if you are staying at one of the hotels nearby, and also they have parking out front.

I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by a great bartender. Great cold beer in a cold glass (just the way I like it). I ordered the burnt ends appetizer. It came out as a small portion served on top of a piece of cornbread and slaw next to it. Actually was quite delicious and the burnt ends and corn bread paired very well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great ambiance inside with plenty of TV's to watch whatever game you wish.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Will definitely be back.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Sharps has an atmosphere about it that communicates without words about a delicious culinary experience that surely awaits here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The menu is enormous and each item tickles imagination. As we waited to be seated, we got a sense that this was going to be a culinary adventure. We enjoyed Roasting Works BBQ platter (my favorite item was the brisket, I wish there was more of it) and the Bourbon sampler (I wish there was more of it, too!) The picky eater in our party finished the salmon burger without any complaints. The service was quick and attentive. The price was a little high, but it was worth it. Overall, a really good choice!

Ate lunch here today while in town for a cruise. All I can say is wow. Food was amazing. Service was amazing. Our server, Sam was a gem. She made great recommendations, was super friendly and was always available. I had the prime rib dip with provolone based on her recommendation, my wife had the Tellicherry Chicken and Gouda, our son had the fish and chips all were absolutely delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere was laid back sports bar vibe, very casual and nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will come back here every time I am in town. Great food, great staff , GREAT PLACE OVERALL

The lobster was unfortunately an overcooked, but everything else in the boil was so good that it made up for it. Speaking of the sauce -- it was SO good. We got to choose our sauce and spice level, and it had the perfect balance of flavor, spice, and heat without overpowering the seafood. It complemented everything really well. We also ordered the calamari. It was crispy, but the batter was a bit heavy and could've used more seasoning. Service was great -- our server was kind, attentive, and checked in on us regularly without being intrusive. They also offer combo meals, which I thought were a great value for the amount of seafood you get. Overall, I'd absolutely come back. Our server was amazing. Attentive and friendly. We ordered Calamari and Crab Mac n Cheese. The Calamari was great, tender and full of flavor. Rich, loaded with clams, easily the best thing on the table. Fries were also solid. The halibut fish & chips ($46 for three pieces) was the letdown. The fish was over-fried to the point that it fell apart as I ate it -- disappointing for a fish of that quality at that price. Halibut should hold together in firm, flaky pieces; this didn't. But the real issue was the service. What made it impossible to write off as a busy day was that my server was attentive to the table right next to me -- she asked the gentleman beside me how his meal was and refilled his water, while mine sat clearly empty and I was never checked on once. No introduction, no recommendations, no plates cleared. When I asked for something as simple as pepper, I got attitude, like I was putting her out. I typically tip 25%. I left 15% and honestly felt that was generous for what I received. At these prices, the food needs to be executed properly and the service needs to match. The chowder alone isn't enough to carry a $60+ meal. Would I come back? Maybe for a cup of chowder at the bar. Not for the full experience.

The outside was nice too as you could enjoy the weather in a relaxing patio area with nature, manicured green grass, trees, with the sounds of the trickling fountain. She was courteous, attentive, and thoughtful. She recommended a few of her favorites when we asked her for suggestions. Charcoal Grilled Pork Chop: coconut-ginger braised collard greens, grilled spring onion, pork jus, wasabi butter (4/5). The Double cut portion was cooked to medium. It was tender, juicy, and the juices had a sweetness to it. The wasabi butter was good and not overpowering. I'd order this again. Superfood Salad: white bean hummus, quinoa, kale, carrots, blueberries, golden berries, cashews, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, avocado, herbs, feta, lemon-sesame vinaigrette (4/5). My wife really enjoyed her salad. I admit it was full of good ingredients but a tad bit heavy-handed on the dressing. Don't get me wrong the vinaigrette was delicious. Banana Bread Pudding (5/5) - Moist, crisp on the edges, and smothered in warm caramel sauce - this decadent bread pudding paired with vanilla ice cream was absolute perfection! We'd definitely come back the next time we're in the area. Support your local business.

The last time that I came here was in 2015. I gave this 3 stars. For this review, if I had to…read moreselect a title it would be "disappointment". My husband and I were visiting the Burien Farmer's Market and decided to stop in for lunch here. The day before our area experienced a heat wave. Apparently this effected this place of business. There were fans going everywhere, no a/c in place; I was hesitant to enter and I should have gone with my instincts. It wasn't awful so that we couldn't stand it, so we stayed. We had a very friendly waitress, wish I could remember her name but she was very good. I ordered a peach tea and my husband ordered a cider, I believe it was pineapple and another fruit based. I ordered the Ahi Taco Wrap and my husband ordered the Luna Fish and Chips. My husband's drink arrived with an apology from another server as she poured the wrong drink for him. He was gracious and took it anyway. Out come our plates. I tasted my husbands fish and found it seriously lacking in flavor; nothing great here. Now let's get to my Ahi wrap; I had serious issues with this. This includes tuna, avocado, cilantro lime coleslaw with chipotle aioli and lime on the side. House made chips and salsa were included. The wrap was hugely disappointing. The ratio of tuna to coleslaw was seriously off. 90 percent of this wrap was coleslaw. The chips weren't fresh and the salsa was just ok, had a sweet type of base, which I don't like in my salsa. The lime included was stale and I couldn't get a drop out of this. The chipotle was so so. The coleslaw had no distinctive cilantro lime flavor. This dish was entirely disappointing and priced at 19.95. Never again. My husband's dish had two pieces of fish and was priced at 18.50. So after the cost of the drinks, the meal was over 60. Shame on us for a few things: 1. For not looking closely at the prices 2. And for most importantly, for simply not grabbing a decently priced hot dog at the farmers market. I'm positive this would have been better and a better deal. We will not be back to this place. The only reason I gave this a one star was for the waitress and the peach tea. Seriously.
