Hawaiian Omelette with hash browns & toast
    Bryan

The menu options were creative & plentiful. We went for breakfast after arriving at SeaTac airport. The Swedish pancakes with lingonberry sauce is a Scandinavian delight. I love Hawaiian pizza so when I saw the Hawaiian omelet I had to try it. It did not disappoint. The service was great and with a smile. They also helped me when I had an accidental spill of orange juice. Overall I highly recommend!

The food here is always great, yummy, and healthy;) Service is always nice and friendly. The ambience is warm and very welcoming.

Food - I ordered the Smoked Pork Belly and Hawaiian toppings pancake. The Smoked Pork Belly was fantastic! Perfect balance of tender meat & delicious fat. Slight flavoring of teriyaki/shoyu and cooked to perfection. The rice was fresh, fluffy and hot. The meal also came with 2 packaged type Hawaiian rolls which were not warmed up but decent. I also ordered the Hawaiian pancakes which included 2 dry & dense pancakes. It was topped with canned tropical fruit mixed with a fluff. I'm diabetic so I don't add any syrup to my pancakes but this was very disappointing standing on its own. My aunty ordered the crepes which she says is her favorite. I finished my water within the first 5 minutes we were there. It was never refilled. Service - the waitress & servers were nice. They never checked on us during the meal. My aunty had to wave them down when we needed something extra like a few more napkins and our take out box. Ambiance - the restaurant was very clean and well kept. There was a lot of open parking spaces and easy access to the front door.

Easily my absolute favorite breakfast spot!! I've been coming here for the past 2 years, I can say that they have consistently kept up with providing delicious food. They service is amazing, my bf and I have become regulars now and they've made us feel very comfortable. We love coming to patty's and it's a great comfort spot for us. But overall hard to want to go anywhere else for breakfast when they just always make it right. Their Hawaiian menu is also a must try! Orange juice is freshly squeezed and so good, and make some awesome mimosas! You really can't go wrong trying anything here, but it's been clear to us that breakfast with a solid cup of coffee is the way to go

A mighty pricey bill for a very average breakfast - and nearly $4.00 for food service coffee?!?!

A perfectly acceptable breakfast in a perfectly acceptable location with pleasant if non-descript decor at a price that is, frankly, a mite excessive for what it is. I had the pork loin, which was three thin but reasonably sized slices, served with three eggs, hash browns (surprisingly boring), and a single slice of sourdough toast with strawberry freezer jam, which was $17.25 and should have been no more than $14.00. The real surprise, which was really an insult, was the coffee, priced at $3.95 a cup - ridiculous for standard grade food service coffee, even with a couple of refills. Yes, I ate it all and, yes, it was OK. But it really was the server that suffered, as I couldn't bring myself to tip 20% on such an average and overpriced meal; the waitperson got $3.00, which still brought the total to over $26.00 for one person. Ludicrous.

Food was delicious with generous portion of homemade Devonshire cream on French toast. Omelette was well done with lovely portions of ham, bacon and green bell pepper. Small place and great atmosphere.

In the heart of Tukwila this breakfast spot was a blessing. The location is small, packed and busy. But what makes up for the physical aspect of the establishment is the quality of dishes they offer. They given generous portions with a short wait despite of the many people there and waiting to get in. It was worth the wait and crowded space.

Upon our arrival we were easily 'em seated but after about ten minutes they quickly filled up and soon had a wait. The restaurant is small and the seats are tiny for a plus sized person like myself. The restaurant definitely maximizes their space by fitting as many tables in the space as possible even if that means little space between the tables. The pancakes on the pancake sandwich were definitely much bigger than we anticipated. They were huge. But the pancakes were average. Nothing to brag about. Nobody finished their plate, not even my twelve year old who never leaves a pancake untouched. The pancakes just ran a little dry in our opinion. The menu boasts that their chicken fried steak is what they are known for and hand cut. My over easy eggs were cooked perfectly and the chicken fried steak was seasoned nice. I'd rate a 3/5. Like the pancakes nothing to write home about but it was a solid meal. The gravy was good as well. Seasoned well and not too thick and clumpy. My highlight of the meal was the jam though. It was tart, slightly sweet. A local breakfasts and lunch spot for the neighborhood that is most definitely popular with the community. I see why. The portion and prices are great.

What a great fast, easy and made the way you like it diner! Always looking for Breakfast places! The service was super attentive and on it, they were busy but these people had their organization together!

We got take out for brunch. Overall it was fine, but my veggie Benedict didn't come with the avocado I added and was quite soggy, even after travel. The hashbrowns could have been crispier with extra crispy but they were tasty. My partner said his omelette was fine too. We liked the pancakes the best out of everything so I'd probably order those next time instead. Overall I think I'd definitely try it again if I were in the area to dine in but probably wouldn't do take out again.

    Our overly cluttered table.

The restaurant is located in a small plaza. Parking lot is small and we were able to park easily. Upon entry, we were greeted and were seated right away. We had a window view which was nice. We enjoyed basking under the sun LOL! For starters, we ordered two coffee, cream and sugar while we browsed the menu. The restaurant was pretty spacious and clean. Not well lit or bright. It appeared that one section (rear) was kind of dark. It was a little odd. After we placed our order. It took approximately 45-50 minutes to receive our food. It was quite long. Sadly, our waitress didn't check in to refill our coffee. My daughter ordered the waffle combo with two sunny side eggs, hash browns and two sausage links $20.99. She enjoyed her food. I had a chance to try her Belgium waffle. It was light, airy and good. For my meal, I ordered the Avocado Florentine with carne asada (up charge $5.99) Total $25.99. It looked really delicious however, it was not. Unfortunately, it was bland. No seasoned and no flavor. I added salt and it still did not taste good. It didn't help. I had only three spoons and stopped eating. This has never happened. I had packed up my leftovers for my husband have at it. When my husband tried it, he stated it was bland. I rarely give bad reviews and rarely have bad tasting breakfast. This one hit that for me. =(

Good day, Yelpies,…read more There's something quietly remarkable about a restaurant that survives not just decades, but generations of changing tastes--and still manages to feel relevant. This establishment, which first opened its doors in Seattle in 1967 before relocating to Sea-Tac in 1976 under the guidance of the original owner's wife, carries with it more than just longevity--it carries legacy. Its name traces back to Lima, Peru, inspired by Las Trece Monedas--a folkloric tale of a humble young man who, armed with only thirteen coins, pledged unwavering love and devotion to win the heart of a wealthy man's daughter. It's a fitting origin story for a restaurant rooted in perseverance, passion, and heartfelt hospitality. Half a century later, those same values echo through every plate and every interaction. The menu delivers consistently satisfying fare, and the service operates with a rhythm that only comes from years of refinement. But perhaps most impressive is the sheer ambition of it all--executing quality food around the clock, 24 hours a day, is no small feat. It's the kind of operational endurance that deserves recognition on its own. Whether you arrive for breakfast at dawn, a late-night dinner, or anything in between, this is a place that meets you where you are--and feeds you well when you get there. Cheers --The Dutchman

There was a clean, open table in that area when I arrived, but the hostess said we could not have it. 20 minutes later, we were called. Then they tried to seat us in an area where the happy hour menu would not be available. The SAME table that I initially wanted in the area I specified was STILL open. My friend and I walked over there, but the hostess rushed over to tell us we could not sit there. So we discussed the situation with a server and were finally allowed to take the table after standing there for several minutes. Not even zero stars for the hostess - negative stars! I should have asked for a manager already. We had to ask for bread, as it was not provided to start with. When it came time for dessert, the server suggested the plain chocolate cake. I was pretty sure my friend wanted the truffle cake, so I asked for a menu. The menu should have been offered instead of suggesting the wrong choice. The plain chocolate cake was not the one he wanted. I ordered a bowl of strawberries, which was packaged to go, which I had not asked for. I had to ask for them in a bowl. Many of the berries were not ripe. All the berries were cut too far ahead of being served, so they were very dry on the top. Most of the berries still had unappealing brown or grey in the middle from the stem not being fully removed. I don't even consider this edible. I did not even eat 50% of the bowl of berries that was served. I would have eaten the whole bowl if it were ripe and properly prepared.
