Serendipity on our first morning in SEATTLE! We wanted to try Johny's but they were closed and after a lil meandering across the trail bridge I spotted Rendition nearby thanks to YELP!!! We got there just 45 minutes before breakfast ended and this cute, chic hotel is doing it right. Mom was craving bacon and the buffet was beautifully appointed with thick cut, maple pepper bacon, fresh fruit, a few pastries, scrambled eggs, yummy little pancakes and delicious potatoes. I chose the spinach egg white scramble and was pleasantly surprised by the mushrooms! Everything was fresh, hot and delicious and I highly recommend. Suresh (sp?) from Afghanistan was so sweet and a lovely server. Check em out!

Who would have thought that this good of a restaurant was inside of a hotel!!! The interior and menu is just superior, and the serivce is top notch!! The artichoke crab dip is no joke, GET IT so good, creamy, rich, and with the toasty crostini. The burger is honestly one of th best I have had and the best shape fry to go with it! The risotto with the mahi was unreal and I am such a fan! And who doesn't love chocolate lava cake with ice cream?? Definitely check them out!

Charred Brussels Sprouts and excellent mushroom risotto with truffles.

This is a fabulous restaurant inside the Interurban Hotel. The Chef, Travis, clearly enjoys presenting patrons with a beautiful plate of food. The dinner I ordered was a wonderful mushroom risotto, and charred Brussels sprouts where were better than my own. I also had a drink called the Raspberry Rendition which was very good, smooth vodka and delicious. He was delighted to fix me up some Lava Cake to go as well, for a late-night snack. Breakfast is a free hot buffet as a perk for those staying in the hotel. True, the morning host, was very attentive and the staff made sure that the food was hot and refilled. They had everything you would want, sausage, eggs, breakfast potatoes, toast, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels and pastry. The coffee here is really good too, and I'm picky.

I think 4 stars is generous, but really it's an average of the 5 star service and 3 star food. My partner and I stayed at Hotel Interurban for a weekend, and we received one free entrée at Rendition (their in-house restaurant) each morning. Wow! With menu items ranging from $12 to $20 it's a pretty good deal. Lovely indoor and outdoor seating. We experienced both. The first day I had the Salmon Lox Benedict (most expensive thing on the menu) and the second day I had the Breakfast Sandwich. Both weren't very good, but the wait staff went above and beyond in terms of pep and proactiveness. I was impressed. Overall a worthwhile perk of staying at Hotel Interurban but wouldn't go out of my way to dine here specifically.

I did not know it was connected to a hotel. I walk in and the hostess asked me if I had a "breakfast voucher" I said "isn't this a restaurant" they said "oh OK " very weird vibes they gave me the small menu. I came for chicken and waffles because that's what the menu said on yelp but clearly The menu needs to be updated. So here is the updated menu.

Maybe the dinner menu is better but my rating is for brunch The smoked salmon was not good I've never had it be torn in tiny pieces mixed in with the potatoes -.- it was barely any and did not taste good

Wow, so impressed with the food and service! Wasn't expecting much honestly, sort of a last minute decision to come here but we were all happy to have come here! The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating, it is airy and spacious. Interior is nicely decorated. The only qualm is that the food took about an hour (after ordering) to arrive despite the restaurant not being busy. Worth the wait though! Service was friendly and attentive as well. I ordered the breakfast sandwich, gooey cheese, crispy bacon and English muffin, perfect fried egg. Best part of my entree was the potatoes, super crispy, seasoned perfectly and slightly sweet to balance the oily/saltiness. My sister got the avocado toast and said it was okay, nothing too special. My mom got the smoked salmon Benedict and enjoyed it. We split the churros and they were INCREDIBLE, stuffed with apples, drenched in cinnamon sugar, literally a perfect (2-3) bite.

I've been here a few times, great fish and chip. Service was as expected, it's nice chill hotel restaurant.

We came for dinner on a Monday night. No Parking. I was our first time here, so we were just driving around looking for a space on their lot and looking for that elusive garage. We finally went down from our car to look for the valet attendant, and he was nice to give us 2 hour complimentary parking (really). So we went inside the restaurant thinking it'll be pack, but there were only 10 people there -- including staff. Ok food: Pork belly sandwich: I was disappointed with the 2 thin stripped pork belly... however it was loaded with bacon. I mean bacon makes everything better, but I thought it was pork belly sandwich. Plus it was dry. Good think I asked mayo on the side. Wagyu burger: this was actually really good. The caramelized onions were on point. And the meat was cooked just right. Both were served with chipotle fries. And the fries were the highlight of the meal. We ordered 2 different kind of cocktails. I feel like it's got potential. But not right now for the prices of $12-14. I mean the vibe is really cool. I actually thought it's cool for happy hour. Maybe, we'll check it out for happy hour.

I absolutely hate giving a negative review. Mainly because I want to have the greatest experience when visiting new restaurants....but this one... First, it's small for a hotel restaurant (Interurban Hotel) in Tukwila. It's very nicely designed with plenty of light. My hubby (my foodie partner) visited this restaurant for lunch a month ago. We ordered off of the lunch menu. I ordered the half shrimp po'boy sandwich with a small salad. Here's the problem. They served me a huge bread with only three and I mean 3 shrimps. (check the photo to see for yourself) It was really tasty which is why it was so disappointing. The chef really should check the portion. It really was a waste of money and carbs. The hubby got the pork sandwich and that was the bomb. The proportion were good. We also purchased the wings and they were okay. the seasonings were off. Just not enough.

Rendition has a fresh, vibrant atmosphere. Very simple which I found very aesthetically pleasing. We went out of our way to check it out based on the breakfast menu we found online. Although limited, it featured Avocado Toast and Smoked Salmon Hash which both piqued our interest. We didn't do our research first, so we were not aware it was a hotel restaurant at the Hotel Interurban. Some other things to note: -Price was moderate -Menu was slightly limited but seemed to have something for everyone -Full service bar (bonus) -Food quality was fresh -Presentation was very good -Service was good Foodie stuff: If you are looking for the best Avocado Toast, a favorite dish of mine... keep looking. This want the best. It was rather bland, although it was fresh and extremely well presented. However, if you're looking for a mouth-full of flavor, the Smoked Salmon Hash may win you over. Overall, it was a good experience. I won't be rushing back.

Apple pancakes and eggs Benedict with ham

Really good food and customer service, everyone is really nice, we had breakfast there twice so far and it was delicious! I need to find out how they make the pancakes crunchy on the outside and so soft on the inside for every single bite, and the potatoes are seasoned so well that I will go there just for those alone. The breakfast sandwich was good albeit a bit heavy and the frittata was light and savory but good with some hot sauce. The Benedict was really good as well, also better with hot sauce imo but overall everything was delicious. I will be back for the pancakes, potatoes and service!

But they lose 3 stars from me because they use some kind of industrial strength cleaning chemical to wipe down the tables. Hard to enjoy your meal when all you can smell is the same chemical they use to mop the floors at QFC. If they are using a spray bottle to clean at the next table, you'll get a cloud of harsh cleaning chemical up your nostrils while you eat. I've had to rinse off and wiped down my own table with a napkin dampened with tea or water in order to enjoy my meal. When I mentioned this to staff, they were dismissive and haven't changed a thing in over a year when I first brought it to their attention. They should only be using something like quat sanitizer, that doesn't smell, to clean the tables. NOT something that is used for floors or bathrooms. and on a side note: if you decide to mop underneath another table while people are dining next to it, please say "excuse me" or just wait. Instead of almost hitting people in the head with a mop handle without saying a word. Also not great for a dining experience. I have worked in restaurants and F&B management. I know something about these things. You shouldn't use anything on a table for diners that you wouldn't use on a food preparation surface. How many times has a dumpling got away from you and bounced around on the table and you snag it and consume it, because you assume the table isn't being cleaned with floor cleaner? If you agree with me, please say something to the staff, and maybe they'll eventually listen. This is a real shame. The food quality is quite good. I might just do take-out from now on. There are other high quality Chinese and Asian dining options, that's the bright side of living in this area.

She has been going on and on about this "Fire Breather" burger for a bit. First things first, exceptionally clean and friendly place. Breakfast till 1:00 pm on Sat/Sun so it was hard for me to decide what I wanted as I had my mind set on the "Pub Club" but noticed that they had Chicken Fried Steak, oh the choices.... Not disappointed on the "Pub Club" it was Yumi! It was full of all the things that make a "Club Sandwich", the kicker was it had "pepper bacon" on it! My sandwich was piled with meat cheese, tomato, and lettuce. Now this is where it gets interesting, I added some of the aforementioned "Fire Breather Sauce" to it, just a bit. It is freakin Habanero Pepper Mayo(ish) sauce, WOW or should I say YEOW! Not just hot but exploding with flavor. As stated, my lunch partner had the "Fire Breather" burger w/ added Pepper Bacon and Avocado. It was more than a mouth full of dripping yum. Meat done perfectly, nice fresh avocado, thick pieces of pepper bacon done to perfection. After seeing and eating the pepper bacon I decided to take home a BLTA with cheddar cheese. The onion rings were some of the best I have had in a while. Beer was cold and wet! Overall, a great meal and you will too. The words of the day today are "Pepper Bacon"

Terrible... We had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get a lane. When there was three lanes the whole time not being used. There were three pool tables just sitting there, but not allowed to be used. No reason stated why. The prices are outrageous for their mediocre bar food and for drinks. One beer was $10... same as at the stadium... Our lanes became open about 9:15pm and they did not have my size 13's available, so I could not bowl with my group. At that time, there were 2 open lanes still. When the second game started, I went to the counter and they still did not have my size so I was never able to bowl with my group. I strongly doubt that tonight was the first night that they ran out of size 13. Unacceptable. During the first game, our balls were not being sent back from the machine. So both our lanes and groups had to wait 25 minutes for them to get our balls returned. While waiting, we had two staff members standing in the lanes, I am guessing to prevent anyone from throwing any until the situation ended. There was only one single bathroom for Men available. I literally waited over 20 minutes (no exaggeration) in line just to use the bathroom. Some men were using the Women's bathroom when no one was around. There could not have been any management on site, if there was, they should be embarrassed by the poor quality service, condition of their restroom facility, and use of their amenities for entertainment we're not maintained. Not good for groups, not good for food, not good if you need to use the restroom, not good for anything except dumping your money in the gaming machines. There are opportunities here; that are not being capitalized on, so return business from people will not be attracted.
