Every visit was consistently outstanding. The Vietnamese coffee here is on another level. I've traveled extensively around the world, and this is genuinely the best personalized Vietnamese coffee I've ever had. The egg coffee was excellent too -- rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. Their pastries were fresh each time. The staff is accommodating, pleasant, and genuinely welcoming. The shop itself is very clean, relaxing, comfortable, and has a vibe that makes you want to stay longer than you planned. It's the kind of café where the drinks, the service, and the atmosphere all line up perfectly. I also want to address some of the negative reviews because they're honestly puzzling. A few folks took the time to write a negative review and even post pictures of their drink -- yet never a mention of bothering to bring their concern to the staff. If you're unhappy, talk to them. I would bet with 100% certainty they would have made it right immediately. That's the kind of team they were each time we visited. For those who didn't give them the chance to fix the issue... just go to place where you can drink from the mermaid cup, I am sure they would love to see you. And for the person who complained that the furniture wasn't strong enough to accommodate their weight... I am puzzled, maybe you meant to post that review for another business?? ummmm... never mind. Coffeebae is a gem. Great people, great drinks, great atmosphere. A complete vibe from start to finish. See you next trip.

It's so refreshing and not too sweet. I stopped by on a Sunday morning and the cafe served up good vibes, upbeat music, and was a nice place to people watch and serve as a meet up and hang out. I sat at a table waiting for my friend, and even with the somewhat loud music and lively conversations around me, I was able to enjoy a "quiet" moment to myself, zone out, write in my notebook, and sip leisurely on my yummy Iced Pandan Matcha :-)

From the moment we walked in, and we're greeted by a very friendly JoJo, who is an amazing human being, and an awesome barista. it was a very positive experience I'm not usually a fan of Ethiopian coffee, but whatever they do here, made it the "nectar of the gods". This was an amazing cuppa coffee (Americano). I went back to try a shot of espresso, just to see what the difference was with cream and just straight espresso by itself. The espresso shot was really good. From an ambience perspective, it's very industrial, contemporary. It is in the lobby of the interurban hotel, and there is a fair amount of traffic that comes and goes through the coffee shop. So, if you're in the area of the Southcenter / Tukwila/ airport, and want a quality coffee shop, that's relatively easy to get in and out of, with a good amount of parking, stop by this place. JoJo will take very good care of you. Looking forward to my next visit. Thanks for making it an awesome day.

I had heard this bakery originally started in Seattle before moving its food production to this…read morelocation, so after hearing so many great things, I decided to stop by after an early morning workout. The first thing I appreciated was the parking. They have their own lot, so finding a space was easy--a huge bonus compared to many Seattle cafés where parking can be a challenge. As you walk in, you'll see shelves displaying their freshly baked breads and pastries, making it easy to browse before ordering. If you look to the left, there's also a viewing window where you can catch a glimpse of the bakery production behind the scenes, which adds a fun touch to the experience. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. The staff were friendly and never made me feel rushed. Instead of asking repeatedly if I was ready, they simply let me take my time and came over when I was ready to order. I really appreciated that. I'm the type of person who takes a while to make very serious food decisions, so the no-pressure service made the experience even more enjoyable. One thing that surprised me was that the café wasn't filled with the strong aroma of coffee or freshly baked bread like many bakeries are. Don't let that fool you, though--the bread was incredible. I ordered the Bialy Egg Sandwich, and the bread was soft with a wonderful chewy texture while still having a nice crust on the outside. The egg was cooked with a perfectly runny yolk, which made every bite rich and satisfying. If you prefer your eggs fully cooked, I'd recommend asking when you order. I paired it with a coffee that leaned toward the bright, slightly acidic side. It complemented the sandwich well, although my personal preference is for coffee with more chocolatey, earthy notes. That's purely a matter of taste, not quality--I can definitely see why others would enjoy their roast. One thing to note is that pets aren't allowed inside the café, so plan accordingly if you're bringing your furry friend. But they do sell dog biscuits and you can enjoy the outdoor space with your furry friend after ordered. - which is a bit confusing to me Just keep in mind that they're only open on weekdays and close around 2 p.m., so it's definitely an early bird kind of place. I'd happily come back again--it's the perfect stop after a morning workout before heading to work, and I can definitely see why people have been recommending it. Overall, this is a wonderful spot for breakfast, a quiet coffee break, or a place to recharge before starting your day. It reminded me of the cozy cafés in Capitol Hill, but with much easier parking and a more relaxed pace.

For breakfast we ordered the neighborhood plate with the beef and the Loganisa smash. The food came out fairly quickly for how busy it was. The neighborhood plate; the rice was a tad bit on the drier side but other than that no complaints! The smash was delicious, not too salty and the ratio of portion was just right. The seating area was pretty open, and the turn around for tables was decent time as well.

I understand there was only one person handling orders and making drinks all by themselves. So they were slammed with a lot to do. Food: I absolutely enjoyed everything we ordered. The ube pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The neighborhood plate with bacon as the chosen side. The bacon and garlic rice was mouthwatering. Chicken fried steak paired with the garlic rice is such a good combo. As you can tell i like the garlic rice. Drinks: Mango tea refreshing with the perfect balance of sweetness. Matcha with mango, this was a seasonal drink. Matcha was very good with the mango after i mixed the drink. I would definitely comeback and try different things on the menu.
