    Iced white chocolate mocha
    Claire L.

Overall pretty decent experience. We arrived at around 10:20am on a Sunday, there was no line, but about 10 minutes later there was a really big line so I recommend coming before 10:30! Staff was friendly and attentive. The white chocolate mocha was alright, pretty milky and could use a tad more sweetener (although I'm aware this is subjective). The prime rib sandwich was decent. I don't think I would recommend the garlic cheese bagel though. The garlic on the sides got a little burnt which just made the sandwich taste very bitter, and we could hardly taste anything else unfortunately :( . We also got a side of the soup of the day which was the clam chowder. It came out piping hot which I LOVE. We were impressed by how good it was! We will be back to try a different bagel to see if it can redeem the garlic and cheese one. Also saw they have live music and their drink menu looked pretty good, we will have to try coming for that as well.

I go to Bruchelle's Bagel Bistro every once in a while and here's my update for them. The food: The food was actually really good. It was served warm and they have so many options of different cream cheese! They also have different types of bagels and many other foods besides bagels. They are a little overpriced in my opinion, however. The staff: All my encounters with the employees have been good. I find them kind and helpful! The environment: It's a small restaurant and a little bit crowded. Nevertheless, it's amazingly clean and there's huge windows so all the light can come in. I believe there is also an outside seating area. Final thoughts: Bruchelle's is an amazing restaurant, however a little overpriced. Though with the amazing people who work there, the fantastic food, and clean environment, dare I say it's almost worth the price.

    Prime Rib Bagel

My recommendation would be the Prime Rib bagel! The caramelized onion along with prime rib Sandwhiches between fresh bagel is a perfect match! I will be back to try the Lox one day!

Delicious food! We got three sandwiches and a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Some bagel places have really hard bagels for their sandwiches but these were perfectly soft and chewy. I had the Lox and the cream cheese was generous and delicious. The salmon was fresh and the onions yummy. The espresso was good as well. We already want to go back.

Wheat bagel with honey almond cream cheese - delicious!

Located on the corner of a short strip mall near a busy roundabout section in Covington, you can easily miss it if you don't slow down. Bruchelle's large windows brings in a lot of great lighting and their outdoor patio is a must on a sunny day. I loved the cute touch of fresh flowers on the tables. I stopped by for a quick wheat bagel with honey almond cream cheese! It was so delicious! I devoured it before I could reach my destination - a warm bagel bite with sweet flavor and the right almond crunch in every bite.

Ham and brie sandwich with sesame bagel, classic breakfast sandwich with Everything bagel, and chai tea latte

I think I found a new local go-to breakfast spot! People think of a bagel shop as simple grab and go, but Bruchelle's really makes their bagel dishes worth a meal and a sit down with good company. We tried the classic breakfast sandwich and the ham and brie sandwich - straightforward but yummy and fresh. Each had a little extra flavor profile that took it just a little further to that next level. Still, I appreciated that they didn't feel heavy - which is a fine balance when it comes to breakfast food. I'm quite picky when it comes to bagels and I would consider this one of the better ones in the greater Seattle area - chewy but not dense, with just the slightest crisp to the outside crust. Decided to order a few bagels to take home, even. Apparently they're also open for happy hour and concerts in the summer evenings, which sounds fun! Bonus points for the super friendly staff, and quick service even on a busy weekend.

Basic Breakfast Sandwich on Asiago bagel

We were a little underwhelmed by our breakfast here. The bagel sandwiches themselves were tasty, but it took a surprisingly long time for our food to get to our table, especially considering we were the only customers in the restaurant. And the fruit we chose as sides were not very fresh, and my husband's fruit was bordering on inedible. I did like my honey comb latte. The staff was friendly and kind, but I will likely not be returning.

Small but reliable bagel shop. Really good coffee (they don't have drip coffee but Americanos are good) Bagels are delicious!!! This is the kind of a place that you order on the counter and then, they'll take the food to your table. They are friendly at the counter, happy to answer any question and the food came quickly enough. They do also have other choices besides bagels like sandwiches, Ellenos yogur, home made baked goodies (like banana bread was yummy!) Clean restroom, enough parking spots. Even though the shop is small, there are enough tables to enjoy your meal.

A bagel should never take over a half hour from time of order. Maybe it will be an hour as we are sitting here still waiting for food.

    Does this place have bagels?

    Lots🥰

Are you open for limited indoor dining in January 2021?

I WISH!! There are still restrictions in place and one is no Indoor dining! So sad. Hopefully soon :-)

    Are you guys dog friendly?!

Out on the patio, yes!! 🐶🙌🏽

I know what the menu says but just to confirm, is there any chance you have tuna salad for bagel sandwiches?

I do have that as well as egg salad, chicken salad and others on the special board periodically. Thinking about adding to menu for good

    Is there Gluten free bagels?

Yes, we have a plain GF Bagel. No flavored ones yet....

The long: steak culture is incredibly mundane and steakhouses themselves often overcommit and underdeliver. Vue has cracked the code bringing flavor to steak houses. They go beyond the traditional salt and pepper approach and introduce Mexican and Hmong flavors in their dishes. If haven't had the honor of dining in a home from either culture, you're in for a treat. I personally like their New York strip Their family love can be felt in the decor, the interactions, the attention to the customers and the food. For me these were flavors and the culture of care I grew up with. So I'm exited for their success, mark my words they will be the best steakhouse in Washington in the next 2 years. They're working with something special here.

I'm sorry that I have to revise my original review. Instead of 2 stars, I'm changing it to 1…read more The reason is not only my original experience but also the owner's response. Rather than acknowledging my concerns, they chose to argue with my experience and made factual claims that are inaccurate. The reply also reads like a generic AI generated response instead of a genuine attempt to address customer feedback. First, there is no such thing as a "gaucho torta". In Argentine spanish, the word torta refers to a sweet cake. A savory sandwich is not called a torta, so this is clearly a creative invention rather than an Argentine dish. Second, my review was specifically about these kinds of "creative" reinterpretations, not about traditional cuisines. I have traveled extensively throughout Argentina, as well as other countries in Latin America and Europe, and I appreciate that every restaurant is free to innovate. However, when you choose to reinterpret a traditional cuisine, you should also expect that some customers will appreciate those changes while others will not. Both perspectives are valid. Regarding the chimichurri, traditional Argentine recipes have historically relied on neutral oils such as sunflower or corn oil, although recipes vary by region and household. Presenting your version as the definitive authentic one while dismissing a customer's perspective is misleading. The disappointing part was not the food itself but the response. Instead of engaging respectfully with a customer who offered thoughtful criticism, the owner chose to argue with my experience and present questionable "facts" as if they settled the matter. Constructive criticism is an opportunity to improve, not something to dismiss. Here is my original review, my apologies for the confusion on the "bowl": There is plenty of steak, but the bowl is styled to appear fuller than it is, with an excessive amount of greens doing the visual heavy lifting. The steak itself is buried under butter and a heavy white sauce that mutes rather than complements the beef. The large, roughly cut potatoes aspire to a rustic aesthetic but read as inexpensive filler. Most confusing is the lack of culinary identity, the dish isn't recognizably Mexican, Italian, or particularly refined. It mistakes richness for sophistication

The Food: Arepitas Fritas, $17 - 5+ Stars Four mini arepa in the appetizer section, these start with the same cornmeal (masa de maíz) base as the normal arepa, then topped with cheese, slow cooked beef, quail egg, and pink sauce. These bites are sooooo good! They sell the full-size arepas also, which will likely be a future meal. :) Platanos Fritos, $8 - 5 Stars Gotta love Latin foods with their plantains. Simple and delicious. Theirs are perfectly prepared. Camarones de Ajillo, $19 - 3.5 Stars These shrimps are cooked in garlic, herbs, and cream. The herb butter sauce is excellent, but the shrimps' quality is just ok. We liked it enough but will not order again. Asado Negro Tips, $23 - 3.5 Stars 8 oz of NY strip are cooked cubed in asado sauce, served with yuca fries and quasaca, a mini tomato and avocado salad.
