The bagel breakfast sammie was very tasty, with egg, thick cut bacon and a garlic cream cheese spread that got a little bit too messy cause it melted from the egg but still very flavorful. The staff is extremely kind, welcoming and takes kk precaution to ensure you and I feel safe when walking in, ordering and exiting. The prime rib meat was juicy smothered in caramelized onion, cheese and horseradish sauce. All enclosed with a garlic flavored bagel. The breakfast bagel was delicious as well. A nice surprise to find this spot. I must've driven by here a hundred times and didn't even notice the place. They have great coffee! They have everything you could want on a bagel sand. This is the kind of place where someone had an idea and it doesn't matter what the idea was, because they executed it with passion. Not long ago, a bagel only shop may have seemed a risky biz. But now there are a handful of them doing well. While sipping I saw they have alcoholic drinks and on the Yelp page I saw live music. This was my first time at Bruchelle's but it won't be my last. It's so hard to find bagel sandwiches these days, so I'm happy Bruchelle's is around. Sometimes with bagel sandwiches, they are too hard to bite through- well not here. The bagel was soft and perfect for a sandwich. I got the grilled chicken and ham sandwich with caramelized onions, lettuce, cream cheese, and Dijon mustard on a garlic cheese bagel. It was DELICIOUS. I'm drooling thinking about. Very happy that limited indoor eating is again allowed. We have supported them through take out as we missed their delicious food and service. I have tried an array of breakfast bagel options, lunch/dinner bagel options and enjoy them all. They make some really great adult beverages (which you can also take out). One of my consistent favorite treats is the homemade carrot cake the get in from time to time! We enjoy the outdoor seating area which is really good sized. Quality food but crap service. Came here for the first time and ordered 1 bagel sandwich for dine in service. Group of 4 came in after me. 30 minutes later the group of 4 got their drinks AND entrees before I even got my one bagel sandwich. So if you come here just know they don't deliver food in ticket order and you may have to wait over a half hour to get your food. With the price I paid for the bagel sandwich and the upfront tip I gave (20% btw) certainly did not match the service I received. Not coming back. read more

So I want to start off with why I'm giving this place four stars. I did not like the chips. They were way too salty. I think if they can find a good balance with their seasoning and salt they'd be a five star review because the chips were crunchy. However, other than the chips, their actual bagel sandwiches are amazing. I had the pizza bagel with butter, cheese, and pepperoni. It was delicious and the hole had extra cheese! My dad got the turkey and bacon with cream cheese and he really enjoyed it and my mother in law and husband had the Peytons Pick and both said were really good. They did say it was a little heavy in the tomato and lettuce but they still have a good amount of meat and bacon! Overall we loved it here and would come again. Nice place. Small but quaint and clean. Easy to order to go. I tried the basic breakfast bagel and the ham and Brie both on plain bagels. Bagels are soft and cream cheese tastes great. I got the potato salad side. It's fine. Tastes like homemade potato salad. Light and not too Much Mayo which is nice. The basic breakfast was my favorite. Ordered here today and did pickup. Paid online so when we pulled up all I had to do was call the store and a really nice lady came out and gave me my food. Such an easy transaction. I was worried about paying 12 dollars for a salmon bagel. I have never paid that much for a bagel in my life. This bagel is different. Love this place! We will go out of our way to come here. We discovered it when we came to visit Washington but now that we live here we come whenever we can. We don't live nearby, we live about 40 minutes away but we have been here at least 6 times and like to bring friends when they visit. My favorite is the vegan breakfast bagel sandwich but I always ask for a real egg. We moved into the area and constantly drive by. Today we decided to try it out for my birthday. Their prime rib bagel was delicious, it was like they toasted the bagel on the stove. The horseradish wasnt to powering, which is good because i hate horseradish but it really brought the whole thing together. The potato salad was refreshing and light. I didnt really like the mimosa, just personal taste, it was heavier on the champagne. I'll ask for it to be more OJ than champagne next time. I def see us coming back regularly. read more

I am so glad I tried this out. I have been super into bagel sandwiches and this place blew me away. I got the BLt bagel and some potato salad. Usually I am not a fan of anyone's potato salad, but this place won me over. I didnt go to the store, I got this meal delivered, and was still so good. Sometimes delivery is not as good as being at the restaurant, but I dont know how this could be any better. We also tried the salmon and capers bagel. Definitely a must try. We recently stopped by this place. I have been to the area several times but never paid attention to this not so hidden gem. I was really surprised at how awesome this place is. Great menu!! My hairstylist suggested that I eat at Bruchelle's, so I did....on my way home from my appointment, and then the following week with my husband! The restaurant is really an attractive place to be in, with a lovely atmosphere. There are little vases with fresh garden flowers on each table - such a lovely and thoughtful touch. The staff are so friendly, kind, and courteous, and seem to enjoy what they're doing. Nothing seems to be too much trouble, and they frequently check in throughout your meal to see if you need anything. Now for the food! Absolutely delicious! The bagels are fresh and very tasty, and the fillings are generous. There was loads of bacon in my BLT, a big pile of steak and caramelized onions on my steak Benedict, and my husband's regular Benedict looked fantastic! If you dine in, your coffee is served in a REAL cup and saucer! Such a refreshing change from paper and plastic. Haven't tried 'happy hour,' or their live music evenings yet, but that's on our 'to do list. I cannot recommend Bruchelle's Bagel Bistro highly enough. We plan on being regular customers! read more

Bruchelle's provides a slightly different take on a bagel shop. This isn't somewhere you go for breakfast before you start your day, it's more of a place to grab a cocktail and lounge around. Cocktails at a bagel shop. Yeah, they went there. As a new business, there are always kinks to work out. On the particular day I went they had a staffing issue and the wait was long, both to order and to receive the product. I'm hoping that this is just a fluke that will be resolved as they learn their business flow. I opted for a cocktail and a bagel sandwich. The cosmo was well mixed and there were definitely some other items on the menu that I'd try. The smashed chickpea sandwich was pretty okay. I work with chickpeas a lot and know very well that any chickpea left in tact is an escapee waiting to happen. Unfortunately there were plenty of round chickpea left to wreak havoc. The flavour of the sandwich was alright. One of those items where I'd eat another one, but I'm not going to go out of my way to get one. read more
