The food here was AMAZING! I'm from the south so I have pretty high standards for seafood boils, but this place raised the bar even higher! Everything was perfectly cooked and the seasoning was on point! The service was 10/10. Our drinks were never empty, our discard trays emptied every couple minutes, and we were constantly checked on. Our servers name was Tony, and he was awesome!
I've been coming here a lot lately, and honestly, it's just really good. If you have no self control or are trying not to gain 10 pounds, you might want to think twice before coming in because it's hard to stop once you start. The house special sauce is the real star. It's packed with flavor and really takes everything to the next level. The Vietnamese Cajun seafood boil overall is super satisfying messy, bold, and exactly what you want when you're craving something rich and indulgent. Definitely one of those spots that keeps you coming back if you're in the mood for a seafood boil.
The food is typical crawfish and crab spot, that is comparable to any other place. Nothing stood out. The service was a young energetic staff. They could have been a little bit more attentive. The restaurant is small so a little loud and busy. With reservations there was still an hour wait. Food is basically basic seafood and everything is a la carte. You have to pay extra for corn, sausage, and potatoes. Those items are so cheap and should be included but unfortunately not. The amount of corn was 3 small pieces. Sausage was about a half a sausage. They sausage is necessary to add flavor to the seafood. It's as if the seasoning chosen was added after the steam.
Great food and fast service! I ordered take out online after stopping at Trader Joe's nearby during my layover. I got the crab fried rice and my friend got the house fried rice. After getting the take out, we just decided to eat in since it would be better than eating at the airport. Wait staff was very accommodating and even gave us waters. The portions for the fried rice were HUGE! All 4 of us were so full afterwards. I'd definitely come back next time I'm in Seattle!
There was a crawfish spot in Seattle that had been my favorite spot for many years. But the last time I tried that place, the flavor totally changed and was not as good as it had always been. And a couple people who also loved that place said this place was really good, so I believed them, and been wanting to try this place for a while. And then I actually tried the location in Stanton, CA first just last month, and really enjoyed it, so when friends invited us out for dinner here, I happily accepted. I got the same thing as that last time: a pound of head-on shrimp and a pound of green mussels in the Hut Special sauce at the Flaming spice level. I didn't find it that spicy, but the flavor was still really good. We all really enjoyed our boils. Staff was friendly, and service was great.
Crave-able crawfish and crab!! My new favorite seafood boil restaurant! My friends and had a great time. We enjoyed some tasty drinks, and shared the crab fries, a combo boil with crab, crawfish, and shrimp with their house hut sauce medium spice. It was all really delicious! Their sauce was exactly what I want in a seafood boil, and the crab fries were perfect. The restaurant is cute and clean. It's very bright and inviting. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend you to fulfill your seafood boil cravings at Crawfish Hut, try some of their yummy appetizers, or grab some drinks!
I'm so glad a crawfish place that's good opened up near my house. Though it can be dangerous as it is so close! I've been here a handful of times already and it is hands down the best crawfish place I've been to in Seattle. First off, there was never a time where it was too busy that I had to wait, though there were times I did see a line after I was sat. So do make a reservation on a weekend if you come. There is also a lot of parking outside which is a plus. The service here is always quick and attentive. All the drinks I've gotten here are also good in terms of taste and alcohol content. The crawfish and the sauce / spice is so gooood. They also have certain days where they have specials as well too! The only thing is crawfish is always so expensive. Whenever I come here, my portion is almost always $100. Though that is normal with every crawfish place, crawfish definitely isn't a place to eat often.
I ordered combo 3 adding boiled egg and sausage. I chose Hut Special sauce for it. Very flavorful, I liked it a lot!! I really liked that the shrimp was clean and de-veined! The only thing is that I wish the sauce was a little less salty, I eat very salty but this is a bit too much, and the bottom it gets, the saltier it is too, so if you can adjust this it would be perfect!!! Also ordered garlic fries on the side and it was pretty good as well The service is very efficient and friendly! I would definitely come back :)
This is the best seafood boil I've tried in the seattle area. I went on valentines for dinner and they had live jazz which was super fun!! I was most surprised by how good the scallops were, they just melted in my mouth. The hut special sauce was great, we got mild which didn't have any spice. I would definitely try a spicy sauce. I also enjoyed the shrimp and the green mussels. I wish they used smaller potatoes and included more of them. Overall, the servers were really nice and attentive. I will definitely be coming back!
Delicious. Great flavor on the "hut" sauce. Unfortunately, we had some wussies in the group, so we got a big mild combo for everyone. So my biggest complaint is I wish it was a tad spicier. Everything was scrumptious, and I would peg most of the catches as being on the larger end, including the mussels and crab legs. I did find the umami of the crawfish to be somewhat superior to the shrimp here. There was a bit of sand in the mussels, but I forgive you. I will note that a lot of the food had hard shells requiring some cracking, but all we had initially were some very dull shears. Fried rice was good, but not a good pairing for the seafood. That's not to say that it's bad, just that white rice or noodles is more fitting, as most Asians should be able to attest to. This rice actually does have scallop and crawfish. However, the flavor is still rather muted in comparison. The fries had a good texture has well. The nuance of its crispiness reminded me slightly of checkers fries. I do think these would be better with a tad more seasoning of some kind.
We had a great experience with their crab boil. The hut special sauce (we got mild, not spicy at all and I have a low spice tolerance) was absolutely delicious and so flavorful. We were dipping our fries in it. Their raw oysters were really tasty too! It was a lively ambience but not too loud. They have TVs if you want to catch a game.

After moving to Seattle from Texas, the thing I miss the most is fresh crawfish. So when I found out Crawfish Hut was getting fresh Louisiana crawfish this week, I immediately went... and omg it did not disappoint. The Hut Special sauce was SO good. So good that I came back 3 days in a row and even bought extra to go The crawfish tasted fresh, perfectly seasoned, and honestly brought me right back to Texas/Louisiana crawfish season. And the best part? It was only $13/lb which is actually amazing for fresh crawfish in Seattle. If they could get fresh crawfish even just once a year, I'd be happy. Definitely one of my favorite seafood spots now. read more
This is one of my favorite local spots for good seafood boil. I came with a party of 6 and was seated within 10 min. We ordered the combo 5 which feeds 2-3 people with the house sauce at a mild level. We also ordered the crab fried rice which was a good amount for the table. Will always come back here again. Glad we gave it a chance again from 2 years ago; tonight we were definitely blown away from how delicious the seafood was! Service was good and deals as well. No complaints here and we definitely want to come back again! The sauce was perfectly sweet and garlicky like how we like it. The hut sauce was a bit spicy but good heat to it. The sauces taste different from before in a better way and thicker even. Even my cousins that don't usually enjoy eating crawfish want to come back again. They had good deals tonight too; $14 a lb of crawfish. The oyster was ok probably won't get again. The new renovation was also a nice touch and a big difference since I first came here. I didn't even get to take photos today because we all finished the food so quickly ! read more

James is my favorite person there; he always takes great care of us and makes the experience even better. The food? Bomb. This spot is my favorite place for seafood boils ever! I've been coming here since they've been open (before they even expanded the restaurant). Although I don't get seafood boils regularly, when I do, it's always here! The hut special is my all time favorite for the sauce. They are always consistent here on their recipe and that's what I appreciate. When I'm paying for seafood boils I expect consistent recipes, compared to other places where they are often so inconsistent when I try elsewhere. The crawfish hut will never disappoint me. The workers are always so kind here, the space is so comforting and clean. I love their fries here as well. I tried their hut special sauce for the wings for the first time, I can say that isn't my favorite. It needed more depth to it, it almost tasted like a subtle sweet chili sauce (the one for egg rolls) with a hint of garlic. I think it needs some other twist of seasonings to the taste to improve. Although the chicken did come saucy, I think I'd try a different flavor next time and wouldn't order that one again. But otherwise, this place is a must for seafood boils! read more

Cajun Crab fries were delish and drool worthy! The seafood combos are great for sharing and plenty to go around. We ordered the Combo 3 and added a few extras to share amongst 3 people and were pretty full from that. The cocktails were pretty and tasted wonderful as well! Service was excellent and attentive! Ambiance was very chill and loved the music playing in the background. Can't wait to come back! read more
Recently just moved to the area and noticed the Crawfish Hut. Immediately had to check it out! We first ordered the fried calamari. One of the best calamaris I have eaten. shout out to our waiter Julie she was amazing! I was taught to know the difference between fresh and frozen crawfish but Julie convinced me to try the frozen jumbo crawfish. Skeptical that I was .. it was pretty amazing. I got crawfish, shrimp and crab house sauce and hot and of course one potato. Half way through the meal I ended up giving the rest of my crab away and ordering another pound of crawfish this time I got extra spicy cause the hot can be pretty tamed. It was delicious. I love a good saucy crawfish with all the garlic and butter delicious. I was told that there may have been a little too much garlic but that is a selling point in my book. Of course in Seattle crawfish prices are a little higher .. but this place is worth it. My new favorite spot and 5 minutes from my house. In terms of pricing it's better to get a combo and share :) read more

First time trying out Crawfish Hut, and it was pretty good! The waiter was friendly and took the time to explain the different ordering options. Most items are priced per pound, unless marked at market price. I ordered crawfish and shrimp with the Hut Special seasoning, which had great flavor. Just a heads up, the spice level can be pretty intense for some. I also tried the oysters, which were okay but not the most flavorful. Overall, the place is nicely renovated with plenty of parking outside. They also provide plastic gloves and a bib, which is a nice touch. read more

I always come here often with my family, every single time the food AND service is amazing! I've brought many different people to this restaurant and none of my friends or family have any complaints, instead they talk about how amazing the food is. Not only that, coming here often I see the same hardworking faces and I'm always greeted with a smile and have A+ service. This will forever be my place for seafood boils and I reccomend you try it out too! read more
Came in for happy hour both times and prices can't be beat. So far, have tried the oysters which are super fresh, seafood fries (imitation crab, mayo and furikake over fries)- super loaded, garlic noodles (so much oil/butter and garlic), fried rice (standard fried rice with frozen veggies) and tastes good- 100% what you want from a spot like this- charred pieces, etc.), shrimp and crawfish boil (tons of shrimp, crawfish was meh, 2 pieces of corn), and calamari deep fried to perfection. Portions are large, food is pretty salty given the nature/spices and can be pretty heavy due to the grease and oil BUT it's pretty good. Service is friendly, they check in when needed and they don't bother you or hover. Interior is large and loud, though I will say on both times I've been here it's had a lingering bleach-y smell. read more

My nephew has never had a seafood boil and on a recent vacation to the area, we decided to give this place a try! It was spectacular!! This is located inside a strip mall with a fair amount of free parking. We were seated right away and every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to give AMAZING service!! Our food came out quickly and was hot and fresh!! We did the house seasoning mild and it was spicy! Fellow midwesterners beware haha But truly it was soooo tasty!!! I am sad I don't live here because I'd eat here all the time!! Truly if you are in the area, give this place a try!! You won't regret it! read more
We've been here countless times and every time, Crawfish Hut hits the spot! I love getting shrimp and green mussels, but every other option is amazing too. The staff is incredibly helpful, always there to see if you need a refill or if you're enjoying the food. Has a nice and fun vibe, there are plenty of TVs around if you want to watch sports, game shows, etc. The only downside is the price, it's not terrible for seafood but can be pricy. I will say it would be around $40 person. read more
