There are some non-New Orleans Cajun items on the menu - traditional breakfast French Toast and such - however, many of the items, from the omelets to the chicken ARE with a very tasty and not-too-spicy Cajun flavor or sauce. My husband had the omelet that featured andouille sausage and was very glad he did. I tried the Cajun chicken tenders (?) that came LOADED, on top of delicious homestyle biscuits, and next to a pile of cheesy potatoes. Service was perfect.
