Came out a little non circular but I'm going for taste here and it was great. I tried 3 other spots in the Bellevue/ Seattle area and the one in the airport, Pallino's was the best- not even close. For airport pizza/italian this is really good. They have several options and a lot more than most airport pizza places offer which is nice. They seemed popular so I gave it a try and was pretty happy with my food. Pallino is a decent option at the Seatac Airport..not the best airport food I've had but not the worst. There's a place I really like in this airport but it was further from my gate than here and I didn't have enough time to go over there and sit down to enjoy a meal this time around. I almost went to the restaurant next door to Pallino (Pei Wei) as I saw an option on their menu that sounded great but they only have an average 2.0 rating on Yelp and I when I checked Pallino's rating they have just over a 3.0 average rating so I thought perhaps I'll do Pallino this time and hopefully my fellow yelpers didn't stir me wrong. I'm thinking perhaps I should have tried a pizza here but oddly enough what sounded good to me today was a breakfast sandwich and some pasta so I got their all day egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich which has a creamy pesto sauce and I also got spaghetti arrabiata which is spaghetti with spicy tomato sauce. Neither one really wowed me but they filled me so it got the job done. If I return at some point I'd try a pizza next time but I may explore other food options depending on where my gate is and what kind of time I have. read more

I have been to this airport several times because I frequently visit Alaska. Every time I'm in the gate area, I buy a pizza from Pallino. I personally think this place has the best value. I made the mistake of ordering pasta at this restaurant that advertises itself as the best pizza in Seattle. This was because I had pizza for breakfast and planned to have pizza for dinner with my research group when I got back to San Diego. I got the cavatappi, kind of hoping for spirals, but it's more like mac n cheese pasta. I had it with pesto and paid the extra $6 for vegetables with it. You get this large bowl of pasta, which was kind of heavily oily (well, it was "pesto"), and tiny, overcooked scraps of "vegetables" scattered in it, like raisins in a fruitcake. I would not call that vegetables. It was more like the faint echo of vegetables. Back to the pesto: it was basically garlic oil with some parmesan added on top. Not what I would refer to as pesto. The whole thing was $25!!! With tip, $30. I ate a small fraction of it and tossed the rest (ok, I'm on Wegovy). But really, it was very overpriced and really disappointing. My criticisms: the price of a bottle water is pretty high - even for the airport. Tipping for service now is all over - but standing over customers is uncomfortable- as anyone who tips will tip - standing over to see if I do or not makes me NOT tip. I had the build your own calzone with pepperoni and sausage. It was a good size but could have used a bit more sauce. I think I would try another item like the pasta. My partner ordered Ivar's clam chowder that they carry. The service was fast with two employees manning two registers to keep the line moving. They were friendly, efficient, and overall experience was pretty good. Most time is when waiting for any oven backed items. Ambiance is totally airport food. It is positioned in a lovely food court with giant floor to roof windows for an amazing view especially at sunset. Cost for my calzone and no drink was $18.92 after tax. Was hungry at the Seattle airport, while waiting for my flight to start boarding and stumbled upon this place. My boyfriend loves pizza and breakfast so we were on the lookout for either one of those places. We saw this place and decided to get in line and while waiting we noticed they offered breakfast pizza but that they stop serving it at 10:30am. When we got to the counter to order it, it was 10:25am and they still let him order the pizza. They sell breakfast sandwiches all day too, just in case you're wondering. Nonetheless, we ordered the breakfast pizza, coffee and a fountain drink. Ordering was easy. Service was great. And the ambiance was airport like, busy and noisy. The pizza was delicious. Some friends and I had a 2 hour layover in Seatac. It was in the AM and we were hungry for breakfast. Pallino was located right where we found some vacant tables so I looked and ordered the breakfast calzone with meat. It was reasonably priced but I forget how much. What I do remember was how really delicious this calzone was. It was also huge so that I immediately knew that I would not finish it. It had the thinnest crust I ever had in a calzone. This visit happened about a week ago while waiting on my flight to San Francisco and since then, I've warned my family to be cautious if they ever decide to dine at your restaurant. When I stopped by, I asked the cashier about vegetarian pizza options, and instead of simply answering my question, the older man at the front made me feel stupid for asking, dismissively asking if I had even bothered to look at the menu. While I understand that menus are there for a reason, there was no need for such rudeness. especially from someone in a customer service role. The overall service was chaotic. The man taking orders seemed rushed, constantly going back and forth between computers while ignoring customers who were left standing there, unsure of how to pay. It felt disorganized and unprofessional. When I finally received my veggie pizza, it had no flavor. But what bothered me even more was the response I got when I politely asked to confirm that it had no meat. The staff member's irritated look made me uncomfortable, and for a moment, I genuinely worried that my request wouldn't be respected. That concern only grew when I later found a small piece of what appeared to be meat near where the pizza was cut. At that point, I felt completely disgusted and didn't eat that slice. This entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. I don't typically write complaints, but after reflecting on how poorly I was treated, I felt it was necessary to bring it to your attention. I truly hope you address these issues with your staff because no customer should feel disrespected, ignored, or concerned about the integrity of their food. Let's ignore the fact that you're paying high airport prices for food and focus on the food. This is good pizza. I have to dock one star because of the feeling of being rushed when placing your order. There's always a line, partially because SeaTac still has a lot of places closed due to construction thus limiting some food options. There was quite a line at Pallino compared to Pei Wei and any other of the main terminal business that late at night. Maybe it's that big tile covered pizza oven or their amazingly efficient and quick service. This time I needed something easy to carry and less likely to spoil so I grabbed two Pizza Bianca for $8.25 each and some water. With tip that only sets you back ~$25. It comes in two boxes but you can stuff them both into one if bag space haunts you. I'm in STL almost 12 hours later and still enjoying their bread. I'll be back again and again.
