Love this restaurant for a date idea or something with friends. The environment is great great but the walk to the restroom was unexpected. Lots is creepy doll heads, I wasn't expecting that. Lol Salad & pizza for lunch, you can't go wrong. Flavor bombs for sure, the service was excellent as well!

This place is very good! We were on our way to a concert looking for a place to eat, and this came up. Service is quick and easy with friendly staff. We had the radiatore pasta and sweet fennel sausage pizza (ate that before I could snap a pic). Ambiance is nice for a date night or happy hour with friends! Will come back.

This spot is one of our favorite spots to stop by before a show or a concert at Paramount, Moore Theater, or the Climate Pledge Arena. Its location is perfect as it is within walking distance to these popular venues. But they also have serve up some of the tastiest pizzas in town and the service is always friendly. I mean, that probably sums it up for this great spot. We especially love their Penn Cove Clams, Yukon Gold Potato, Pepperoni Pizza, and ferndale farms mozzarella. We frequently add meatballs for the pizza crust and their meatballs are great. The Charcuterie Board was also good but not the star of the show. The interior is very well decorated, clean, and family-friendly. Their bathroom is also very clean and very well maintained.

The dough!! It was so good!! Also really enjoyed the flavor combos! There was a wait but it wasn't too crazy, I didn't make a reservation. Not much of a beer or amaro selection, but amazing food. I also went in on a seperate day and got the mortadella sandwich, that was the best I've had. Service was good the first time and bad the second time.

I love sharing a good meal with people, but I also love a solo dinner at a bar. The service was super prompt, everything was ready quickly, and the bartender was polite, so major points for that! I ordered an Italian Paloma (a Paloma with Campari) and a clam pizza. The cocktail was so tasty. The pizza was good, but I felt like there was way too much cheese and that was all I could taste.

Really love how crispy their crust gets with every pizza. They season each pie with a well rounded flavor, never too much, never too little with each bite. Everybody's service during the dinner was great. Lower lighting vibe if that's your thing, definitely a more casual date spot or just time with friends!

The best pizza in Seattle! Got the pepperoni half pizza for happy hour and it was great. Crust was fluffy and crispy. Pizza had no flop to it and the undercarriage had a nice color to it as well. Most importantly our server, Lanti was amazing! The man has great hospitality, mannerism and knowledge. He went over the menu with us and showed us some really cool menu items. Overall, the food was amazing, the ambiance was welcoming and most importantly our server, Lanti was the true star of the show. The guy deserves a promotion! I highly recommend this restaurant!

It was an easy walk for us from the Airbnb we were staying at while visiting Seattle. On a Wednesday around 7 we were able to get a table within 5 minutes. Staff were fine, not overly attentive or not attentive enough...just the way I like it. The table itself was comfortable but a little close together for my liking. We had the house salad and it was fantastic. We shared a potato pie with added pepperoni and really enjoyed it. I had an amber ale beer that hit the spot. Prices are a bit high for what you get though ex. $16 for salad and $6 to add pepperoni to a pizza.

Service was good as well as the food. We were a party of 9 and we had reservations. They now ask for your credit card when making reservations for big parties and will charge you $10 per person if it's a no show. I love their seasonal salads and I love all their pizzas; I can't just pick one bc they are ALL so delicious. Definitely worth returning.

After hearing the buzz about Serious Pie for years, I finally had to try it out. Honestly, I had forgotten I visited here on my first trip to Seattle back in 2017! Clearly, I have grown over the years by the change in my review! So recently I've tried both take-out and dine-in, and my conclusion: take-out was a bust. The pizza just lost its magic on the ride home. The crust wasn't as crisp, and the flavors didn't pop in the same way. The experience dining in at the downtown restaurant was night and day. The smell of the fire, coupled with the busy, fast-moving environment, created a fantastic atmosphere. The real star of the show is the Penn Cove Clam Pizza. The combination of salty clams, savory pancetta, and a hint of lemon thyme on that perfectly charred crust is a truly spectacular flavor combination. This is a pizza that demands to be eaten fresh, right out of the oven, with the crust still blistered and the toppings steaming. I'm giving Serious Pie 4 out of 5 stars because it is a bit pricey, but for the dine-in experience, it's absolutely worth every penny. Just do yourself a favor and plan to dine in.

Usually a fan of Serious Pie, but this visit was a bit mixed. We got the mozzarella pizza and tomato soup--the soup was cozy and flavorful. The pizza crust was overly crisp this time and felt a bit off, missing that usual magic. BUT the Barbera wine totally made up for it. Smooth, bold, and paired perfectly. And the coconut pie? Total hit. Sweet, creamy, and exactly what we needed to end on a high note. Still a great spot overall--everyone has off days, even pizza places!

We visited Serious Pie Downtown on day one of our conference--tired, hungry, and ready to eat. The ambiance was warm, our server was cool, and the food was nice, too . We shared a few pizzas: I had the sweet fennel sausage with roasted peppers, provolone, and added pepperoni--delicious. Another favorite was the roasted mushroom with truffle cheese. One special with green beans didn't quite land, but overall, everything was tasty. Drinks were great, too. A bit pricey for pizza, but worth it in a sense for the quality and vibe.

I came for lunch on a Tuesday and there was no wait. We had a larger party, but the food came out pretty fast as well and the restaurant felt clean. I liked the flavor of this pizza; you could taste the herbs in the sausage and the peppers were a nice add. I would say it was a tad soggy though, I prefer a pizza that can hold its shape when you pick up a slice.

Nom. Nom signature coconut cream pie!

Ask the Community - Serious Pie Downtown

How long are their waitlists on a Saturday evening around 6pm?

Me and my husband went there around 8pm and it was 15min wait time

    Do they have air conditioning?

Yes absolutely. The place is extremely nice and the pies are delicious.

Are they still offering happy hour?

They've recently started up happy hour again, and it runs Monday through Friday 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM. I love the half-sized happy hour pizzas!

Do they have gluten free pizza?

No gluten free options as of now and I don't think they will go that route.

Can you just order a pepperoni pizza?

According to the menu, you can add pepperoni to any pizza, and they have a basic plain cheese pizza you can start from.

I see it's marked good for kids ... do they have a kids menu?

Not specific kids menu. It's non traditional pizza toppings. They do have ice creams and cannolis.

    Do they have vegan pizza?

    Yes

    How is parking?

Street parking only. Pay parking garage in the Bed Bath & Beyond across the street. Pay surface lots near by too.

Do they have gluten free pizza crust options yet?

I just called to ask. They do not have GF crust.

I ordered a wine here that the waitress suggested. It had a slight after taste of honey and I was wondering if anyone knew which wine it is?

No, but the waitress was so kind and let me sample the wine on happy hour to see if I liked it. She was kind and very helpful.

The First Gentleman was attentive and we got our drinks and an appetizer timely. We ordered our second appetizer with our first server and thats where the service deteriorated. I could hear the table next to us ordered the exact same appetizer as we did 10-15 mins after we did and a new server who must had just clocked in brings them the order literally within 2-3 mins later and the male commented, "oh that was fast" and I thought to myself they got our order. Another 10-15 mins go by and I had to ask "do you know how long our order will take to which she seemed to get annoyed. It could have my energy because by that time I was annoyed. I'm not sure what happened to our original server but he must have gotten off. About 5-10 mins goes by and here it comes. That confirmed the table next to us got our order because of how long it took. They never apologized for their mistake. Doing all that time they never came back to see if we would like another drink. I had to flag someone down. The clincher was we got our bill and there was 22% service charge. That was on me because if I would have seen it I might not have gone. I'm not a fan of automatically charging a service charge. I'm a great tipper but it must be earned. By than I was really annoyed and thought to have a conversation with the manager but let it go. I would not go back. The craft cocktails are spendy but I had no problem with that because they're creative and they earned it by being creative. But the energy and the environment wasn't like the other speak easy bars I visited. It was boring and to top it off the service charge of 22% and the service that came with it sealed it for me. Make sure to read the website on their thought around the 22%.

Parking can be a wee bit tricky so waking, ride share, or public transit will be your best options. But if you have to drive we found a paid lot a few blocks away While this wasn't the best tiki bar we've ever been to, it did stand out for the presentation of drinks, the cool (and massive) octopus, the immersion, and overall vibe is nice and atmospheric They have four non-alcoholic options which I really appreciated as the one driving for the night! They also have standard as well as unique takes on tiki drinks. We were surprised to find so many options with vodka and tequila which isn't common in a more traditional tiki bar We had the: - "Kiki Premier Mai Tai" which wasn't as rum forward as we would have thought, especially given how many rums it had in it; but overall it was a classic style Mai Tai and tasty with quality rums - "One Eyed Willy" which has a fun presentation in a chest with smoking dry ice. This one you could taste the rum more and overall it was a really enjoyable drink and experience - "See A Light" which is a non-alcoholic option and the taste was just as good as the presentation. Came in a lovely angler fish tiki mug with the light and everything! The taste was complex and something that thought went into creating - "Four Boys" another non-alcoholic option that was the coolest visual as it came in a "steaming" crock pot. The taste was very unexpected, in a good way, and is a drink I would get again Overall the drinks were about a 4/5 but with the charming atmosphere and whimsical presentation it's a 5 star experience that is just fun

This is a speakeasy inside Rumba, I did not know that going in. It's incredibly cool to walk into the bar. The decor is amazing. It's super small though with a few tables and bar seating. It was kinda loud when I was there since most tables were filled. My server was nice as well and was able to answer all my questions. Ambiance was exceptional and is such a cool place to visit. Most of the cocktails came with fancy show of some sort and were extravagant - and equally delicious. I got The Inside Passage, but there were at least three others I was trying to chose from. There was a lot of thought that went into the presentation of each of the drinks and I love that attention to detail. Since it was around dinner time I did want to order food and drink. They did not have the Kikisoba (they ran out) and that made me sad, but I was able to order the Rumba sliders and a basket of fries. I'm not a huge sliders fan, and I did order the caramelized pineapple on the side. The sliders were incredibly flavorful and the perfect size. For anyone wanting to visit Seattle, I do highly recommend this place. It's a really cool vibe and the food is really good too.
