This was fantastic. We ate here yesterday and the pasta was great! The server was friendly and helpful. They allowed our dog outside on the patio. I'd go back anytime.

Came here for happy hour and had the best time! Cody was extremely attentive and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions about the food and wine. The food was delicious. He was so thoughtful and kind to give me a dessert because my birthday was coming up. The atmosphere was upbeat and lovely. Would come here 1000x again :)

We came here for happy hour on a weekday and we were so thrilled with everything we got! We got the frutti mare (which doesn't come with pasta), octopus, squid, and a margherita pizza (which was a sleeper on the menu - it was amazing)! The drinks were also really tasty and we loved the mocktail options too. The fauxgroni was one of my favorites. The food came out really quick and the staff was very busy but still attentive to us. We are definitely going to come back for the amazing HH deal!

Had my turning another decade birthday here and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Frankie absolutely handled a ten top like it was nothing and we didn't even have to ask her for a thing, on top of the ball the entire time . Cody was lightning fast with every drink, zero hesitation even with an already crowded bar. These two are THEE dynamic duo for outstanding service. The food never ever fails, everything simply perfect . Fresh ingredients , couldn't order enough pizzas fast enough ! My only Warning is I'm going to do it again next year !!!

I like the food here, especially the fettuccine! The service is okay. The ambiance is nice. The gratitude fee did throw me off a little though.

Went there for dinner before a Kraken game. Service was excellent and very friendly. We did the happy hour menu with many of their dishes. The oysters stood out though everything we had hit the mark. We will definitely return

We had a delightful dinner here! We both tried the Spaghetti con Polpettine (meatballs). It was delicious - best spaghetti I've had. The restaurant partners with local farms for their ingredients. You can see a full list of the farms at the front of their menu. Love supporting local farmers! Our server, Darko J, was wonderful. He consistently checked in on us and made us smile multiple times. Great vibes and decor. Plus the bathroom has heated seats! Perfect spot to grab a bite before heading over to Paramount for a show.

Nice Italian restaurant with a bit of an industrial feel. The service was great, staff was attentive and customer oriented. We were there with a large party but seated right away. Started with the charcuterie which was delicious and plenty big to share with the table. I had the spaghetti and meatballs and my wife had the stealhead trout. Both were very tasty. The meatballs were tender and flavorful and the handmade pasta was great. My only critique is the pasta sauce. It was underwhelming, even a bit bland for me.

This place is nice and has a lovely view and we had a nice table tucked away in the corner for my friends birthday. We had the best waitress so sweet and accommodating but also had the best recommendations. I got the Bistec and got the side salad and potatoes subbed for Alfredo pasta. The steak was perfect, rare and tender like I love, the pasta with simple with flavor, I could taste the lemon and fresh cream but it was lacking in flavor so I was a little miffed. The overall consensus was that the pasta was overcooked and chewy with fettuccini Alfredo is was alright but pasta is staple Italian food so that's why the star. Aside from that we had a lovely time and the tiramisu was to die for. It's my favorite dessert dish and I was very very satisfied with that. I might try something else next time I'm here and stay away from pasta.

Very large, busy, and loud, not what I was looking for in having an intimate family birthday celebration. Everyone was really pleased with the selections of food; the server with fine. I should've researched it more thoroughly to know the atmosphere. The place is very loud, open, Modern. Not the cozy feeling I was hoping for when I think of Italian restaurants. Good portion size. Lovely complementary birthday "cake" tiramisu was yummy.

We had dinner here before heading to a show and the easy parking in their garage after 4pm definitely played a huge role in why we picked the place. We didn't want to search for street parking or pay two garages that night. The restaurant is nice, open and modern and our server was super sweet, she had a lot of tables on her hands, but managed to keep everyone fed and happy. I'd say the food is average Italian, I'm very picky when someone claims authentic Italian and I was slightly disappointed. The pasta was almost too aldente and my sauce was very gently seasoned, it could have certainly used more flavor. My husband was happier with his dish, but also lightly seasoned, butwe did like the dessert. We also loved the nice choice of non alcoholic cocktails, I love when restaurants think about that and offer some exciting options. They definitely get points for drinks, parking and service, so I won't count this out for future visits.

Wow. Just WOOOOOW. We ran into this place just by chance. Before 5pm and it happens to be happy hour. 50% off most of the things on the menu and it's actually full meals. This entire meal cost us $60 (no tip yet) because the tiramisu was on the house. Happy hour is m-f 3:30 to 6:30 Our waitress (short braided pigtails) reminded me of lady Gaga was super informative and superb service. I love that their pasta was homemade. This is coming from a girl who doesn't love Italian, but I love me some of this kind of Italian. Excellent job - whatever you guys are doing, keep it up!!!

Karin has taken care of us countless times, whether it's a quiet Monday or an absolutely packed one due to the events at the town hall across the street, and they have always been warm, patient, and accommodating. I actually celebrated my birthday here because it's one of my favorite spots. I am part of the large group that one of the recent negative reviews is referring to. It happened immediately after the USA FIFA match, and the restaurant was the busiest I've ever seen it. Despite that, Karin still went out of their way to accommodate our requests that normally wouldn't be possible due to the rush, including trying to help with separate tabs when they'd already explained that large groups would likely need to stay on one check. As for things like grabbing water, silverware, plates, or chili flakes...our table had already gotten those before a majority of the group arrived. It's a casual pizzeria, on one of their busiest days ever. Setting and cleaning up the table (especially when seated outside) is not a problem for our group as we do it every week. Which is why it's upsetting that we opened our spot to someone that left such a nasty review. What stood out to me wasn't poor service. It's that despite how overwhelming it must have been to work post-FIFA, Karin was able to take orders, bartend, serve food, and close out checks with professionalism. Sometimes no matter how much effort someone puts in, not everyone leaves happy. The pizza is fantastic! I love showing up every week and trying what new slice they have come up with (in the year that I've been coming here there legit hasn't been a repeat). The atmosphere is great and the staff, especially Karin, have earned our loyalty over the past year. We'll absolutely continue coming back.

I was actually at the table where Paula came and sat and will say that the majority of our table were provided exceptional service, so it was a shock to read that other review of the same experience. In a medium nonstick pan, large tong full of wet noodles, one ladle of white sauce, toss them together. Boiled chicken pieces, BOILED chicken tossed into the pan. They are the nicest people ever! So friendly and accommodating and always smiling. Their pride in their restaurant really shows in their care of the food and customers. I had the infamous meatball sandwich and my wife had the chicken carbonara. They gave us each a slice of their pizza for free as they had a bit extra from one that just came out of the oven. The food was prepared in front of you which is always interesting to watch and the charming brick pizza oven was directly in front of us so we could watch that process as well. Pretty cool. There are a wide variety of pizzas and pastas, desserts and drinks (alcohol too!) available on the menu. We ate at at the bar and had a wonderful conversation with the owners as they bustled about in the open cooking area. I enjoyed my meatball sandwich which had great crunchy crusty bread that held in the contents of melted cheese, red sauce and meatballs. A great choice to get when there. My wife liked her chicken carbonara and as the portion was pretty large, we were able to take some home for later. Extra yummy for me (ha ha)! The complimentary pizza slices were a hit for us as well. Napoli style with thin crust and flavorful toppings. We found out that Goli created the restaurant's design with the face of a woman that looks a lot like Venus in "The Birth of Venus" painting by Botticelli in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence Italy (just sayin'). Except that this logo has hair made of pasta! Good enough to eat! Give this place a try. You'll leave with a big smile on your faces!

Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. Overall, Old Stove Brewing is the perfect combo of good location, good food, and good beer. Definitely recommend a visit when in the Pike Place area!

A lot of places are closed already but this reliable pizza place was open. SWEET!! I walked in and lady working the counter was super nice and helpful. I got a slice of Italian supreme, which has everything. Now looking back though I wish I had gotten one of their Turkish dishes as I would have liked to try their lahmacun and read another Yelpers review and this place is supposed to have the best Turkish lahmacun in the US. Oh well, I guess I will be back! The woman heated up my slice and after a few minutes, it was ready. I took my slice and went to sit outside near Pioneer Square so I could be outside and people watch. Pizza was tasty and solid, but the crust was too dry. I have a feeling the slice wasnt the most fresh, so thats why the crust was a bit dry. But, if you know me, I do jot like soggy pizza (I mean - who does??), so a bit drier isn't too big an issue. The rest of the slice was good. Slice of pizza and a diet coke came to close to $9. Gosh things are so expensive now. They do have a special of 2 slices for $8.99 but I couldnt eat two slices. Id definitely come back here again when back in this area. Thanks for feeding me and if you need a late night spot, this is your place!

Unfortunately, the experience is consistently dampened by one of weekend bartenders. As others have mentioned, it's that taller bartender (Alex?) who repeatedly comes across as arrogant and dismissive to us; a less than desirable character trait for a bartender. It's such a pity because that is the sole reason we now lead our groups to spend their money and patronize other establishments instead. Recently we did give Diller another try, but sadly it's the same story and thus this feedback. Hospitality makes a HUGE difference. Bartending isn't just about making a good drink and expecting tips. As someone who tended bar all over Seattle for 23 years, I know how much energy and attitude shape a guest's night. When the service feels cold and passive-aggressively rude, it's hard to feel good about the experience. It's disappointing, because this place has so much potential. Hopefully management considers bringing in weekend staff whose personalities reflect the warmth and atmosphere the space deserves, there are plenty of more qualified bartenders in Seattle that would gladly fill their spot.
