Lovely Italian food spot in Georgetown. We sat out on the patio which was in a nice tent that prevented any wind or weather from coming in. The inside seating options looked great as well. The bathroom is a total vibe!! We came on a Tuesday which had half price wine bottles and enjoyed a lovely chilled red. It was unique and flavorful and such a fun bottle to enjoy. The risotto was to die for!

I came here for a family birthday dinner, and we had a great time. We sat outside, and it was so cool being able to see the planes flying overhead so closely - it made the experience really unique. The food was delicious & everything we ordered was flavorful, and beautifully presented!

Awesome spot! Cute outdoor patio, the inside is cute and bathroom was a vibe too. All the food we had was fantastic! We tried the Caesar, the focaccia regale, the burratta, the the riginette, gnocchi and tajarin pastas. All were fantastic! we also tried several drinks and they were all unique and tasted amazing. I would definitely come again.

Absolutely incredible! I walked in around 6pm on a Friday and was lucky enough to get a seat at the bar, though I'd recommend making a reservation if you want to guarantee a spot. The space is cozy and intimate. Small and very fun. In the nicer weather, it looks like they open up a patio outside. The wine comes in cute cups, we l loved it! Also got the house salad, which was really simple but the shallot vinaigrette was delicious. The risotto was to die for! So creamy and rich, I'm still thinking about it days later.

    * date night friendly spot * I think the Georgetown area of Seattle is overlooked. There is actually a large variety of restaurants in the small neighborhood. @mezzanotte.seattle is a cute date night spot with a roomy outdoor space. I realized at dinner that I really like melon with prosciutto the sweet and salty combo is so good together. We ordered the Amatriciana (red) and risotto ai gamberi (green) with extra chili oil for a kick. I'm not particularly a fan of red sauce. The risotto was very hearty. I would order it again. Price point is a bit high

The prawns appetizer was delicious and beautiful with just the right amount of kick.

I went here for date night recently and it was so special. The patio on a nice day is magical. The waitstaff were super attentive and kind. Do let them know if you're celebrating something -- they were wonderful! We ordered two apps, two pasta dishes, and split the pork chop. The Royal focaccia was perfection -- that Italian cheese in it is amazing. The prawns were excellent and had a good kick to them too. We loved every pasta dish we tried; you can't go wrong. The pork was a big serving and we were happy we chose to split it. I'd joyfully come back here. I'd love to see the vibe on a dark rainy day inside. It's all very charming.

I was here for a birthday dinner. Wanted Italian so we checked this place out. There's an indoor and outdoor portion. The inside was kinda dark... not my favorite. But we sat on the outside. 100% would recommend sitting on the outside as it was nice. The service was great. Our waiter was nice and recommended things to us since we weren't too sure about what to get or flavors. They even gave us a free dessert for a bday! How nice(: The area is quiet. There's plenty of street parking. The restaurant is nice too. The food was just okay to me. Nothing mind-blowing. Typical Italian food. It was priced on the higher side. I can't say it's my favorite restaurant, but it was nice to try. Vibes were GREAT. I don't think you can go wrong eating here to be honest.

Delicious! Ate outside in the tent - warm enough but didn't feel as cozy as inside. Cocktail was definitely well balanced.

Are there gluten free pasta options?

When we went during the last week of March 2023, they did not have any gluten-free pasta dishes. But their two secondi plates were both gluten-free, which at the time were the Anatra in Umido, a duck and vegetable dish and the Pancetta di Maiale,… Read more

Does the outdoor section have open air on one or multiple sides or is it a fully enclosed area?

When I went about a month ago they had a large tent set up outside with heaters and an opening in the middle for the customers and staff to come and go.

After finding out about Loretta's Northwesterner, which is basically the only place in Seattle that serves tenderloin sandwiches, we made it a priority to visit on a surprisingly rainless and cloudless February winter weekend. Breaded Pork Tenderloin Sandwich ($18) - That's the stuff. A perfectly fried and breaded tenderloin, easily 3 or 4 times the size of the almost vestigial bun, topped high with veggies (on the side, of course, to assemble to taste). It's a very respectable size, larger than many places I've visited in Indiana and Iowa. Thick breading encrusts a perfectly cooked tenderloin, allowing a hard crispy shell to develop, while the interior meat, pounded flat, remains tender yet moist. Both the breading and pork are liberally seasoned with salt, pepper, and spices, which creates a well seasoned bite. They include tons of romaine, red onion, tomatoes, and tangy pickles - with everything in place, I almost had to unhinge my jaw to eat the sandwich. The bottom bun is slathered with an ungodly amount of mayo. It's necessary to add more creaminess and fat to the relatively lean meat. The one qualm I have that prevents me from anointing this sandwich the best in the west: the bun. While toasted on all sides, it's dry and kind of crumbles apart while eating. Otherwise, this sandwich is excellent and easily competes with the many pork tenderloins I've eaten in the Midwest. (5/5) Fries ($6) - A $6 basket comes with a generous portion of freshly fried potatoes. The fries are skin on, which basically makes these crisp starchy sticks a health food. I found them to be fried a bit too far, rendering the interiors fluffy but dry. They have good crisp exteriors, though, and aren't overly salted. (4/5) Tavern Burger ($7) - Loretta's is actually more famous for their burgers than the tenderloins, with many publications in Seattle claiming they serve the best in the city. People often recommend getting the Double Tavern Burger, but we opted for the single given that we were planning on a couple of stops for desserts and pastries afterwards. For a full meal, I'd definitely want to upgrade to the double - the single isn't that large, probably comparable to a cheap fast food burger with a slightly larger patty. The beef is heavily charred in flavor, lending a great smoky aroma and a beefy bite. It's cooked well done, so the entirely of the burger is the same brown color, but there's more than enough moisture coming from the other ingredients to offset the dryness of the beef. There's a requisite slice of melted American cheese on top and plenty of fatty mayo-based secret sauce underneath, dressing a bunch of chopped onion and sliced pickle. The tanginess from the pickle balances out the fat and meat quite well. I'm not sure I'd call the burger the best in the city, but it's certainly pretty good. (4/5) I don't eat at dive bars very often, but I'd definitely return to Loretta's for the tenderloin sandwich. It's not a dish commonly found in the PNW and the fact that Loretta's rendition is actually really good, is a boon to the city. Bathrooms - Two tiny unisex rooms

There was not too many people and we got served right away by the bartender. They have some cool unique cocktails. I got the first one, which is a custom gin cocktail for about $15. I usually cringe at cocktails over $12 but this really was worth the $15 price tag. It was so balanced and nicely flavored and had a good strength. The place has bar seating and booth seating, and televisions all over showing football, wrestling, and more. They have a mini wrestling ring at the front, which is fun. I bet this place is so fun when they have special events. In the back they also have pinball, of course! And board games. The wall is covered in art and wrestling memorabilia which adds to the ambiance. We sat at the bar for a bit and the other guests were nice too - chatted with us, chatted with the bartenders.
