Cutest little spot in South Park. Stopped in for a quick glass of wine on the patio. The bartender/server was very nice -- I would love to go back and spend more time -- unfortunately I was under a time crunch! Great little addition to the SoPa hood. I will be back for sure!

I love left bank so I knew Good Voyage would be good! Came here for breakfast and it's super cute inside. Kinda Victorian old-ish style. Got the breakfast sandwich w chicken sausage and hot honey. Really good and great price as well! It came out piping hot and the hot honey was great. They make their own in house! Service was amazing - the person working at the register was so nice and sweet.

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience with dinner at good voyage! I went with a party of six, and we all tried everything, there was not a single miss in the entire meal! Our server, Adam was fantastic and provided great recommendations on quantity as well as food selections. We were so impressed, we immediately made a reservation for brunch next month. Can't wait to try it! Note, reservations are not typically available for brunch, but they were willing to do it for our party of six!

Pros: + Cute, quaint coffee shop + Friendly staff + Amazing breakfast sandwich - okay, the menu/ingredient list does not do this justice. I got mine with the extra egg and hot honey addition. HUGE plus + Chocolate cake is simply heavenly + Parking around the corner Cons: - Small interior space IG: AndTheNextAdventureBegins

I came by Good Voyage for lunch this week with my coworkers right before a work meeting and we all enjoyed our visit here. I was able to park in the parking lot next to Good Voyage, in front of the laundromat. Did not see a sign that parking wasn't allowed here for the coffee shop, so correct me if I am wrong. We did have a hard time finding a sign that said Good Voyage for the actual coffee shop, but from online photos we knew we were in the right place. I ordered: - mushroom toast with an egg on top - iced tea My coworkers ordered the breakfast sandwich and a salad and all said their food was good. I really enjoyed the mushroom toast! Overall, great experience and we plan to come back here.

Breakfast plate. Eggs are served cold which is normal.

What a nice hidden gem in south Park. Drove by many times, thought it was a coffee shop but it's a full sit down restaurant, tho you can order to go from the counter. Cute ambiance, quaint. Chill music on speaker. Server super nice and friendly. Got the breakfast plate. Loved the soft boiled eggs like i used to get at Cafe presse (rip). Bacon was good. Baguette with lovely house made compote, no smuckers corn syrup jam here. The other menu items were unique, looking forward to trying them. Espresso was good. May not be exactly like cafe presse but reminds me of it, I think I'll be back.

Stepping into The Good Voyage feels less like a night out and more like crashing at your coolest friend's house--if that friend happened to be a master of mood lighting and vinyl. The vibe is effortlessly laid-back, trading stiff service for a staff that treats you like a long-lost regular from the moment you walk in. Between the cozy, lived-in furniture and the low-fi soundtrack, the atmosphere is pure Seattle soul. As for the food, it's high-key incredible but zero-pretension, serving up comfort-focused plates that taste exactly like a home-cooked meal you'd actually crave. It's the kind of spot where "just one drink" inevitably turns into a whole night of good energy and even better company.

Worth the hype - Great Sammies - Cute spot Was lookin for a coffee spot with tasty breakfast sammies and saw this spot had good reviews - glad I came! Got the egg and bacon sandwich that came on a toasty burger bun. Awesome lavender latte, they make their own syrups and it's excellent. Cute interior, come on over!

Breakfast sandwich, bread pudding French toast, Gigante beans.

I can't say it was anything super special but it was definitely worth a try. Food & drink: (4/5) There are for sure certain items that they excel at and some that need some work. We got the banh uot tower with heo quay, banh khot, banh mi chao, and com tam. I see the appeal of the eye catching banh uot tower, but unfortunately I felt like it was very mediocre. I felt like the portion of veggie and meat wasn't enough for all the rice rolls, plus the actual heo quay was dry with barely any crispy skin. I think they also forgot to give us the heo quay because we had to ask for it much after the banh uot came out. I would skip this next time. I would also skip the banh khot as it was on the softer, chewier side when my personal preference is light and crispy. Those who do like it soft will definitely enjoy it though. As for flavor, it had an extremely prominent coconut taste- it usually isn't so strong in banh khot so I wasn't so fond of this. My family did really enjoy the com tam and banh mi chao. I only had one bite of each, but I would get these items again. Their drinks on the other hand, were delightful. I got the tamarind black tea and my step dad got the lychee green tea. Both were super refreshing and even addicting. I think they tend to do sweet items better, including their rice crispy treats that they sell on the front counter. Service: (4/5) The service here didn't really stand out much but I didn't pay much mind to it. They were very nice but there was a sense of disorganization, mostly due to us not being acknowledged when we first walked in and having some of our food forgotten about.

I ordered the stir-fry egg noodles, which were very good, but not worth the price. I also ordered the Pandan Vietnamese coffee, which was excellent. I definitely recommend that. Something I didn't enjoy was the service. There really wasn't much service at all. We walked in and were pointed to a table with menus, but there were no utensils or water. We had to struggle to get the staff's attention whenever we needed something for the table, so that's definitely a one-star experience for me. Fortunately, the ambiance was great. It's a very nicely decorated place, so I guess they have that going for them. Will I be coming back? For the coffee, yes. For the food, no. For the service, absolutely not. Anyway, I'm glad I tried it.

It was the beginning of February I had an interesting drink item there. Since I was debating between their mocha, chai, and latte. I had the best of three worlds. It just so happened that they were going to be putting their Valentine's specials out soon. That was going to be on their menu and it was suggested to me. It was very chai/spice forward which I like in my chai drinks. The Mocha profile was a bit faint for me as well as the espresso. They competed for my attention and the chai won out in the end. I can say I enjoyed it, but am more curious about how they are as their own individual drinks. Other worth while mentions. They don't currently make their own syrups, but since it's a popular question. I'm sure they are considering it a possibility I'm the future. Lastly, the individual who helped me. I didn't catch their name, but they were extremely nice and patient with me. Happily answered my questions. I highly recommend trying this place and can find myself coming back if I'm in the area I'm need of some caffeinated beverages.

Not a bad idea to call ahead of time, but no reservations needed or possible. We went on a Saturday night and my boyfriend spontaneously ordered some meat and veggie with injera...it was absolutely delicious! We weren't really sure what to expect, however, because they didn't have any menus. They did have a sick Eritrean music video lineup though. The lighting was reddish and the place had a nice ambiance with local Eritreans drinking beer in the back outside the restaurant. If you like a little adventure, you will not be disappointed by Momona (misspelled on Yelp). It's also the only Eritrean restaurant in Seattle, according to its staff.

The owner was quite happy to explain the dishes and was just a delight to chat with. She made the visit to Momona my favorite stop on the Plate of Nations list. My second visit was anything but impressive. Flies buzzing in numbers, they had to be fended off while dining, service had to be prompted numerous times to action to perform basic common tasks, couldn't answer any questions, serving dishes were dirty, the restaurant appeared to be very poorly kept both inside and out. The server didnt know how to ring me up: i was charged 2 additional times on my credit card & ultimately had to pay cash (now I have to come back to the restaurant to resolve their billing mistake). Cash Only - When you first come in, there are signs posted around the restaurant with the cash only sign. If you don't have any, Bank of America is only a few minutes away by walking. 2. Parking - Around the busy plaza, there's 2 free lots. One on the side (gets super packed since it's shared by multiple businesses) and there's a back lot (park with caution in the evening). 3. Limited Menu - This place specializes in a few Viet dishes. So don't be surprised if it doesn't have the typical pho / broken rice / banh mi options. Instead, specialty of this place is more on the egg and rice noodle soup, the sizzling beef platter or the beef stew. 4. Limited Take Out - Depending on how busy this place gets, most of the time, there will be no option to do take out/ to go orders. Best to dine in if you want to eat here. 5. Food - I tried all the food options here and top 2 favorites are the Bo Ne (sizzling steak plate) and the hu tieu mi ñam vang (dry version with a bowl of soup on the side). Both are solid and always so yummy and consistent. 6. Service - Hit or miss... if you really need something during the busy lunch hour, it's best to either wave your arms crazily in the air for attention or simply walk up to the register and tell the staff what you need. When settling the bill, just head to the register and let the cashier know what table you're sitting at. Overall, solid place to eat (with the hole in the wall kind of vibes) but just know there are some small quirks to it ahead of time so you won't be unpleasantly surprised.
