Came for the trivia because that's my new thing...got the featured flight- golden girls which includes Basil Saison - Blanche, Pink Guava Saison - Rose, Summer Kolsch - Dorothy, Belgian Golden, Pilsner - Ma all brewed here. I'm not a big beer person but my partner is and I definitely knew that 5 5oz beers was gonna do me in but hey, it's a Wednesday and why not. Interior is a cool vibe, bright, spacious and smells amazing. Service is friendly!

Solid place! Stopped by here for brunch on a Sunday afternoon. Got seated outside on a nice sunny day. Can't say much for the interior's ambiance since we sat outside. Service was decent. Food came out decently quickly and our server didn't check up on us much. Food was hit or miss. The perihelion burger was amazing! Hands down one of the best burgers I've ever had, if not THE best. Super flavorful, juicy. The ramen was alright. The flavor wasn't particularly my favorite. Drinks are good. I'd come back for the burger and drinks, not so much for the ramen.

Review #1005 -- Super food. Fun outside seating awesome spot in Beacon Hill. lots of beer options. The burgers looked great, fried baskets kinda called to me too but we went with the super chill and tasty watermelon salad and brussels sprouts starters and I had the spicy chicken sandwich because why the heck not. Did not disappoint. Street parking on the Hill can be dicey but it was manageable on this evening.

If you haven't been to Beacon Hill then you must be living under a rock! This place has been hopping for a while now and sure the top notch drink and beer selections are what you go here for it's the food that's next level good. They never skimp and for starters get the crispy fried Brussels sprouts that are mixed with red onions, "yes" craisins with garlic salt and a smoky chile aioli. Other must haves are the sweet potato fries, mole negro nachos and the Mac & cheese mixed with Beechers Flagship cheddar cheese. For mains we got the Beacon Burger and make sure to add the aioli awesome sauce! On a previous trip we had the grilled pork bahn mi sandwich too. Don't forget to grab a wide range of the deelish desserts before you leave. The interior wood design is unique and they've also god heated outdoor seating areas as well. Our server was great and paid attention to our needs despite being slammed at the peak dinner hour on the Friday night we were there. So get out from under that rock and head to this must go to spot in Sea-Town!

Arrived on a Sunday evening and was promptly seated. The space was essentially full, and the vibes were good! It was slightly hard to get the attention of the waitress, but once we put in our order, everything went smoothly. Fries: garlicky and layered, served with three dipping sauces. Bleu cheese burger: wasn't overwhelming with the bleu cheese flavor and the patty was juicy. I loved all the components that was in the burger!

We arrived around 6:30 PM on a Saturday. The restaurant was busy, but we were seated after a short five-minute wait. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was great. I especially appreciated the open kitchen and the bonfire at one of the tables. We enjoyed the sweet potato fries, which came with three kinds of sauces! The beers were delicious. Parking was street parking, but there was a nearby supermarket lot where you could park for an hour if you made a purchase.

Perihelion was an excellent experience. The staff was very friendly. Craft beers were great. Their food menu has a good selection. The food was delicious. Great spot for meeting family and friends. Highly recommend.

Best fries in the city I've had so far - they are perfectly crispy, salty, and have delicious sauces to dip them in. I also tried the burger which was good as well, pretty similar to a home cooked burger taste. I will have to come back another time for some more fries and to try their beer!

We never had bone marrow before and when we were walking by and saw the menu outside that's what drew us in. All we stopped in for was the bone marrow so keep in mind we didn't try anything else haha. The mushrooms and onions were super tasty and it was great to eat everything on bread. The bone marrow itself didn't have much flavor but it was interesting and am definitely happy I tried it! Overall the service was nice and I enjoyed the outdoor seating as well.

Stopped in on a Thursday evening shortly after they opened for a nice solo dinner before heading into traffic and had a great time and good food. I sat facing the street across from the bar to people watch and noticed they have a To-go window for walk up orders, love that for the neighborhood folks! Note, you can also order beer to-go at the window I ordered Gochujung wings & a side of fries. The fries came out pipping hot first and I burned my tongue twice before my greedy spirit was willing to wait for them to cool a bit. The wings came out shortly after and paired perfectly with the fries. I had no room left for dessert but the cakes looked delicious and they had the fall flavor of pumpkin cheesecake tart. I was there for just under an hour and whew it got busy, this place is popular for a reason, quality food and great beer.

The food is fantastic and the servers are so nice. Ordered the bang bang shrimp, crab cakes, and gochujang wings. Not a crumb left uneaten. As a true Marylander, I am a crab cake snob. While I'm usually disappointed, I tend to try crab cakes anyway and attempt to temper my expectations. The crab cake was pleasantly surprising with very strong citrus notes and minimum filler. The atmosphere was chill and I appreciated the fall decor they put up outside to accommodate guest who choose to take advantage of the sun warmish weather. All this to say, we will definitely add this brewery to our regular rotation when we need a break from meal preps

    Blackened Salmon Sandwich

One of my favorite restaurants in the area! I've been here 3 times and have always been impressed by their food. My go-to is their vegetarian sandwich (Linda's special?) which comes with butternut squash, mushrooms, pickled red onions, greens, all topped with truffle sauce. I've gotten this 2x and have loved it every time :) I got their blackened salmon sandwich this time around and the fish was super good- very tender and flakey with a good charred flavor! Their fries are my favorite- I must get these everytime. I normally get half sweet and half regular fries but opted for all regular fries this time. It's $9 for a huge portion that's easily split between 2-3 people. Comes with 2 yummy aioli's (I believe it's a bone marrow and a red pepper?). Restaurant itself is very indoor/outdoor feel with open windows and doors and lots of natural light! Lots of outdoor space, dog friendly. Service is great and the staff are super nice. Would recommend!

Came for dinner and drinks on a busy Friday night and it was great! We luckily found a table outside even though it was very busy. The portions were large and the food was delicious! We got some sides to share, my favorite being the wings! There is always a great choice of beers and the Froze is a favorite. The staff were all very friendly and nice even though it was during the Friday night rush! This is always a good spot for casual drinks and dinner with friends.

Ask the Community - Perihelion Brewery

We're coming in from out of town. Are there hotels near by Perihelion Brewery? Please suggest places to stay near by. Thank you!

I don't think there's any hotels/motels near that area. Maybe Airbnbs because it's a pretty residential place

Do they serve any other alcohol besides beer? Is it a beer/wine place or a full bar?

There's a small selection of wine. They used to have beer cocktails/sangrias as well, however that's not currently available.

    Are kids allowed?

Kids are allowed! as are dogs and other small pets.

Does happy hour include food or only alcohol?

    Include food

Can the veggie special sandwich be made vegan/without cheese?

Sure happy to do that for you

Do they have a happy hour?

    Yes, 4-5PM everyday.

    Is it 21+?

No, more of a restaurant. I’ve seen kids in here.

All the…read moreoutdoor tables were full when we arrived at 6, so we put our name on the list for inside and waited about 30 minutes. The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. Overall, Old Stove Brewing is the perfect combo of good location, good food, and good beer. Definitely recommend a visit when in the Pike Place area!

They gave us these post cards to write down our individual drinks. FYI - this place requires using your smart phone to scan a QR code for the menu. We ordered 2 apps (salmon dip with pita chips & chips and cheese dip) I ordered fish and chips. Buddy got the meat loaf. Our beer showed up quick. Waiter always checked on us often. Our apps showed up and they were both delicious. Then 5 minutes later our main dish orders showed up. Wasn't too happy with that because we wasted time to taste our beers and snack on the apps. They need to work on their timing. Need at least 10 minutes in between the beer and apps. The food overall is admittedly top notch. Fish and chips FRESH! The fish was juicy and the fried crust was perfection. Pieces were large. They will ask if you want 3 or 4. 3 is enough. If they can work on timing the drinks and food this place would be a 5 out 5, but will deduct a star because of that. The overall vibe of the place was nice. Huge layout with wooden picnic style tables. Outdoor tables if you're lucky to get one. Large tanks to brew beer surrounding the room and a merch table.
