Food, service & ambience was amazing at this restaurant. Easily walkable from our hotel. Everything was so fresh. The drinks were amazing. The pizza was hot.

Happy hour or busssst! Truthfully- not sure if I'd come here for any other time other than Happy Hour, but the deals are truly one of the best for the area. BUT - even then... 5 dollars for *gasp* - two meatballs. It's a good meatball to be fair, but that's tough fr. Wine and beers = $5 is honestly quite the deal And pies for $10 is incredible value. HH apps are $5. It's a nice after work spot. Real mod decor, plus you get to be immersed in the bustle of the kitchen and see the beautiful tiled oven pump out pizzas. You'll find me here 3 glasses deep and only $15 less to my name again!

Came for happy hour because the vibes looked fun. Happy hour food is smaller as expected. Food was ok. Pizza felt flat and not fresh. Didnt feel like dough was freshly made and came from their frozen packs instead. I was stoked for gnocchi mushroom but it came also not super warm, texture wasn't the bite gnocchi typically has. Felt flat. The Columbia city location food seems much better!

We came here for dinner the other night and absolutely loved this spot. Pros: + Delicious fire oven baked pizzas + Great Happy Hour - (although a bit late - starts at 9 pm) + Great deals on Happy hour food too! + Amazing Tiramisu! - a piece doesn't look that big, but it's so deep and dense, we had left overs for days + Vegetarian friendly + Great staff Cons: - A little pricey, but still worth it for their quality FYI, you can even find some of their pizzas frozen at Costco now! Stopped for lunch after some appointments. Got there just before noon on a Monday (holiday) we were sat right away. Very friendly staff. We tried some of the lunch specials. The pizza tastes so light at airy, and the pasta sauce was so fresh tasting. Located in South Lake Union, easy walk if you're in the area. Inside was clean and had plenty of seats. I didn't feel like the prices between the lunch menu and regular menu were that different. We'd go again since the kiddos loved it.

I used to be a regular at Tutta Bella's Columbia City location when he worked in the area, so I decided to try out their 'downtown' restaurant at the REN for Seattle Restaurant Week. The location is bright and open, but very loud. It would be hard to hold a conversation with your dinner partner. I chose the beet salad, Roberto Pizza, chocolate torte, and had a cider for $35! The beet salad was fine but not very memorable. The Roberto is a unique sausage pizza with a crushed pistachio base, rather than tomato or pesto. It has always been my favorite and did not disappoint. The pizzas here are Neapolitan style, very very thin crust. You can eat them with a knife and fork or roll them up to eat with your hands. The pizza was definitely the star of the meal. The dessert torte was gluten-free, which may explain why it was a bit dry. It came with whipped ricotta, berries, and a scoop of gelato, which is a nice touch. The service was a swing and a miss. Service was slow; it took quite a while to get a menu, place an order, and pay. I was seated at the bar, and the bartender checked in with me, but my waitress did not. A staff member came up when I was half-way through my entree brandishing my dessert torte. He said they were out of the vanilla gelato that comes with it, and recommended the lemon cookie flavor instead. If I had known that before the dessert was plated I would have ordered something else. Maybe they were under-staffed that day? It wasn't a bad meal. I might try again during a Seattle Restaurant Week, but there are other, less expensive Italian restaurants in the area that I prefer. Try the Cheese Room for great pasta and appetizers, Pagliacci's for great pizza!

Got lots of option from their happy hour menu & would highly recommend! Loved the Caesar salad and meatballs. Also got the pepperoni & Margherita pizza. Can't go wrong with any options here tbh.

The place is really lovely and the lighting is really calming for dinner time. Open kitchen and the bar looks inviting. I wanted a lighter dinner so I ordered a few different items. I got the beet and goat cheese salad, burrata and prosciutto, and bruschetta. Everything tasted so good and felt great after eating. Finished off with the affogato and gelato was nice. The service doesn't really match the atmosphere. I believe it was just our server. Extremely slow and not a busy Thursday night. We would be sitting around waiting and we could see our server just standing in the kitchen talking to the cooks. Or he would start clearing tables around us. Took a while to greet us in first place. Host let us know he was in the restroom.

Honestly, this place is giving corporate America. Food was mid as best, we wanted to try it out since the ratings was good. We looked at the menu online since my friend was vegan and they said they had vegan options. We went in person and there was no vegan options ;(. I think since they were a chain restaurant. I will say that service was nice for how busy it was, but the food was mid at best.

I came to this restaurant for an elite event. I am vegetarian and Gluten free so I had come to socialize and wasn't expecting to have much to eat. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and found out they had Gluten free Pizza Crust and Pasta! The Verde Pizza was my favorite. The other dishes were good but I would come again for the pizza. The service was very attentive and helpful. The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice and peaceful. I would come here again!

Love their pizza and happy hour menu! Service is always friendly and welcoming. The ambiance at this spot is really nice. I think they actually plan to move their SLU spot from near Whole Foods to the Ren hotel soon because we saw a sign. Food: + fall pizza with figs is sooo good! Highly recommend this one! + Also tried their jalapeno pepperoni and hot honey pizza and we added sausage which was very tasty! + For happy hour, we tried their roasted beets, meatball, and garlic knots and they were all so good! + The fall apple crostini and warm caramel cake also very delicious! Overall, we really love this spot. The food is always so good and we highly recommend signing up for their amici rewards! It's free to sign up and comes with some nice perks for when you visit!

Karin has taken care of us countless times, whether it's a quiet Monday or an absolutely packed one due to the events at the town hall across the street, and they have always been warm, patient, and accommodating. I actually celebrated my birthday here because it's one of my favorite spots. I am part of the large group that one of the recent negative reviews is referring to. It happened immediately after the USA FIFA match, and the restaurant was the busiest I've ever seen it. Despite that, Karin still went out of their way to accommodate our requests that normally wouldn't be possible due to the rush, including trying to help with separate tabs when they'd already explained that large groups would likely need to stay on one check. As for things like grabbing water, silverware, plates, or chili flakes...our table had already gotten those before a majority of the group arrived. It's a casual pizzeria, on one of their busiest days ever. Setting and cleaning up the table (especially when seated outside) is not a problem for our group as we do it every week. Which is why it's upsetting that we opened our spot to someone that left such a nasty review. What stood out to me wasn't poor service. It's that despite how overwhelming it must have been to work post-FIFA, Karin was able to take orders, bartend, serve food, and close out checks with professionalism. Sometimes no matter how much effort someone puts in, not everyone leaves happy. The pizza is fantastic! I love showing up every week and trying what new slice they have come up with (in the year that I've been coming here there legit hasn't been a repeat). The atmosphere is great and the staff, especially Karin, have earned our loyalty over the past year. We'll absolutely continue coming back.

I was actually at the table where Paula came and sat and will say that the majority of our table were provided exceptional service, so it was a shock to read that other review of the same experience. If that line is intimidating or wet (think rain!) then duck inside to Pizza and Pasta Bar for a delicious meal. While there we met the owners Bruno and Goli who were helping out behind the counter. They are the nicest people ever! So friendly and accommodating and always smiling. Their pride in their restaurant really shows in their care of the food and customers. I had the infamous meatball sandwich and my wife had the chicken carbonara. They gave us each a slice of their pizza for free as they had a bit extra from one that just came out of the oven. The food was prepared in front of you which is always interesting to watch and the charming brick pizza oven was directly in front of us so we could watch that process as well. Pretty cool. There are a wide variety of pizzas and pastas, desserts and drinks (alcohol too!) available on the menu. We ate at at the bar and had a wonderful conversation with the owners as they bustled about in the open cooking area. I enjoyed my meatball sandwich which had great crunchy crusty bread that held in the contents of melted cheese, red sauce and meatballs. A great choice to get when there. My wife liked her chicken carbonara and as the portion was pretty large, we were able to take some home for later. Extra yummy for me (ha ha)! The complimentary pizza slices were a hit for us as well. Napoli style with thin crust and flavorful toppings. We found out that Goli created the restaurant's design with the face of a woman that looks a lot like Venus in "The Birth of Venus" painting by Botticelli in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence Italy (just sayin'). Except that this logo has hair made of pasta! Good enough to eat! Give this place a try. You'll leave with a big smile on your faces!

In a medium nonstick pan, large tong full of wet noodles, one ladle of white sauce, toss them together. Boiled chicken pieces, BOILED chicken tossed into the pan. No seasoning or shredded cheese, or Italian seasoning. Served in a plastic to go container that cost 1.85 extra bc it was to go since they wouldn't allow us to sit w outside food. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. I got a slice of Italian supreme, which has everything. Now looking back though I wish I had gotten one of their Turkish dishes as I would have liked to try their lahmacun and read another Yelpers review and this place is supposed to have the best Turkish lahmacun in the US. Oh well, I guess I will be back! The woman heated up my slice and after a few minutes, it was ready. I took my slice and went to sit outside near Pioneer Square so I could be outside and people watch. Pizza was tasty and solid, but the crust was too dry. I have a feeling the slice wasnt the most fresh, so thats why the crust was a bit dry. But, if you know me, I do jot like soggy pizza (I mean - who does??), so a bit drier isn't too big an issue. The rest of the slice was good. Slice of pizza and a diet coke came to close to $9. Gosh things are so expensive now. They do have a special of 2 slices for $8.99 but I couldnt eat two slices. Unfortunately, the experience is consistently dampened by one of weekend bartenders. As others have mentioned, it's that taller bartender (Alex?) who repeatedly comes across as arrogant and dismissive to us; a less than desirable character trait for a bartender. It's such a pity because that is the sole reason we now lead our groups to spend their money and patronize other establishments instead. Recently we did give Diller another try, but sadly it's the same story and thus this feedback. Hospitality makes a HUGE difference. Bartending isn't just about making a good drink and expecting tips. As someone who tended bar all over Seattle for 23 years, I know how much energy and attitude shape a guest's night. When the service feels cold and passive-aggressively rude, it's hard to feel good about the experience. It's disappointing, because this place has so much potential. Hopefully management considers bringing in weekend staff whose personalities reflect the warmth and atmosphere the space deserves, there are plenty of more qualified bartenders in Seattle that would gladly fill their spot.
