Amazing selection! Amazing barrel picks for whiskeys! Service is stellar and top notch. Some of the single pours are outrageously priced which explains why they have so many allocated bottles so full . Haha. The vibes are great! Cocktails are amazing and a half! But single pours.... Bring the wallet out

Saw a show at the Showbox Saturday night and was looking for a bar to chill in for a few drinks. The Diller Room is close to the Market, and close to the Showbox, right by the Hammer Man. The bar has really cool, old school vibes. We were lucky to grab a seat for the four of us. Can only speak to the cocktails, they were strong and delicious. My husband tried an old fashioned with Buffalo Trace- strong, smooth and stiff (insert joke here). I tried the Dillerlicious- yum! There is a whole book of cocktails to choose from! Cool place!

Stumbled upon this gem when walking around the waterfront up back to Pike Place! This place seems perfect for a date night: low-lit & intimate. Really homey and loved the interior! So many fun cocktails to choose from and more fancy pours depending on your budget. Most of their hard alc was $20 for a shot and could go up to almost $100, but my boyfriend and I were more than content with our cocktail and old fashioned. Prices were around $20-$25 for a cocktail that comes decorated as shown in the drawings! Loved the attention to detail. What we got: - Geisha's Whisper: small serving but very fresh & couldn't taste the alc. loved the lil decor that came with it! - Old-Fashioned: don't know how they nailed it but had the perfect ice cube and the citrus notes really helped you overcome the insane strength of the whiskey You can also tell the owner loves whiskey by the selection on the wall and we got to learn more about the place from one of the bartenders. The bartender from Macedonia (forgot his name) helping us was so friendly and knew a lot about whiskey, which made our experience here quite authentic and enjoyable. Would love to come back here again (whenever I'm in Seattle) later in the night when it gets busy than the late afternoon to get that full bar night effect. Recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a fun drink!

Cute spot to meet for drinks. Nice drinks at reasonable prices. The bar tenders were wlsuper nice and quick to serve. Dark ambiance with average noise levels.

If you've just made the uphill trek from the harbor, you definitely deserve a drink, and The Diller Room is the perfect spot to treat yourself. Grab a seat outside and enjoy the view while watching fellow climbers catch their breath -- it's oddly comforting to know you're not alone! The drinks are well-crafted and refreshing, and the relaxed outdoor vibe makes it a great spot to unwind after the climb. Whether you're meeting friends or just taking a moment for yourself, The Diller Room turns a challenging walk into a fun, rewarding experience.

Overall Diller Room is a homey cocktail bar in a prime location near Pike Place. The cocktail menu is both beautiful and extensive, including signature, premium, and standard drinks. At night, the dim lightning emphasized the intimate, classic, and historical vibe of one of Seattle's oldest bars. My girlfriend enjoyed her glass of house wine ($15) and my friends enjoyed their espresso martini + old fashioned ($20+ each). The bartenders were kind and knowledgeable. While it is a prime location in downtown Seattle, I would subtract a star for price as most drinks on the menu would be nearly $30 after tax and tip

First time visit after Seahawks game (suggested by family member). Love this place! It is eclectic and hip. Love the vibe here. I was drinking mocktails because I had some beers at the game and needed to be clearheaded. This is definitely a younger crowd. Totally dig that. It's cozy and intimate as well. It is louder than I would like for conversation but it wasn't too bad. I love the drink menu. The artist renderings of the drinks were lovely. I wish they listed the artist as I would look them up for a compliment! I feel bad that I was not able to imbibe the drink fare here. I think it makes for a great time. Come on down and check it out!

The Diller room is one of the oldest bars in Seattle. Started in 1894, they have been pouring drinks for patrons for over 100 years. This bar is one of my go to for night caps. The interior has a classic and timeless feel. The pressed tin ceiling and original brickwork adds a classy vibe to the bar. The bar has a good amount of seating room. They also have a back seating area offering the same classy vibes. Outdoor patio seating is available and is perfect people watching while sipping on a craft cocktail. This bar features a massive collection of over 900 whiskeys and a decent list of cocktails. I've had their Espresso Martini, Manhattan, and even a Vesper. My favorite drink to get here is the Old Fashioned and served with a large ice cube. This bar does get packed at night. Service is top notch and I've always had a fantastic experience. Pricing is on the higher side. An Old Fashioned is about $22. I've never tried their food and that will be the next on my to do list.

Easy local cocktail bar for a quick drink. I really liked their menu layout with photos for all their drinks! (Didn't take any menu photos, oops!) Drinks were good. Solid spot. Nothing overly memorable, though they had this folded paper crane on a toothpick that was pretty cool, which I kept as a keepsake. :)

Cool spot to have a drink before dinner. Vibe was lively and the drinks were great. Old Fashioned fans will not be disappointed. Service was quick and easy.

Good spot! Great music. Maybe cause I'm a Gen X'er. Alex the bartender was professional and courteous. Gave a nice sample of a Diller selected barrel

this is a fun spot for a night out, it's small and intimate, has a moody/dim vibe inside. lots of bar seats and tables, even a pretty spacious room in the back. drinks are creative, but definitely spirit forward and a bit on the higher end price wise (most were around $20!!!) i believe they also rotate some menu items, which keeps things exciting. we also got a pizza to share, i think it's the perfect size for two people to share for a meal or maybe three people if just snacking. pizza is a crispy thin crust, and just a good standard pizza, not doing too much or too little.

We stopped in before heading to a show at the symphony. We were pleased to see they had pizza available because we wanted cocktails and to eat something too. The cocktails are a bit pricey but really well done and tasty. Service was quick and friendly. The bar itself is really cute. There is a larger space in the back that can accommodate groups.

I also had El Boho (flavorful but not overly sweet). The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to recommending drinks. The First Gentleman was attentive and we got our drinks and an appetizer timely. We ordered our second appetizer with our first server and thats where the service deteriorated. I could hear the table next to us ordered the exact same appetizer as we did 10-15 mins after we did and a new server who must had just clocked in brings them the order literally within 2-3 mins later and the male commented, "oh that was fast" and I thought to myself they got our order. Another 10-15 mins go by and I had to ask "do you know how long our order will take to which she seemed to get annoyed. It could have my energy because by that time I was annoyed. I'm not sure what happened to our original server but he must have gotten off. About 5-10 mins goes by and here it comes. That confirmed the table next to us got our order because of how long it took. They never apologized for their mistake. Doing all that time they never came back to see if we would like another drink. I had to flag someone down. The clincher was we got our bill and there was 22% service charge. That was on me because if I would have seen it I might not have gone. I'm not a fan of automatically charging a service charge. I'm a great tipper but it must be earned. By than I was really annoyed and thought to have a conversation with the manager but let it go. I would not go back. The craft cocktails are spendy but I had no problem with that because they're creative and they earned it by being creative. But the energy and the environment wasn't like the other speak easy bars I visited. It was boring and to top it off the service charge of 22% and the service that came with it sealed it for me. Make sure to read the website on their thought around the 22%.

When the city reopened in 2021, I was eating here almost every day; partly because of convenience, but mainly because the food and service never miss. I've hosted everything here: birthday celebrations, after-work hangs, and dinners with friends and colleagues. Every single time, it's a hit. People walk in, fall in love with the vibe, and walk out talking about the food. The consistency is unreal. They even order food to go. The flavors? Bold, intentional, and layered in a way that makes each dish feel crafted, not just cooked. The presentation is always stunning; plates that look as good as they taste. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they send out. Drinks are equally impressive. Their cocktails are balanced and creative, the kind that make you slow down just to appreciate the mixology behind them. And for anyone planning group outings: reservations here are a breeze. They're incredibly accommodating with large parties, and the service stays sharp even when the place is packed. Attentive, friendly, and perfectly paced; they know how to take care of people. Dead Line checks every box: atmosphere, flavor, presentation, service, and seamless hosting for big groups. Roquette was a surprisingly small space with a wonderful vibe serving up "destination" bar-worthy cocktails. It reminded me of some of the neighborhood gem cocktail bars that I'd frequented on the East Coast. I grabbed a seat at the bar. Roquette's lineup of cocktails were varied in flavor profile using a wide range of spirits. They also served non-alcoholic offerings which looked equally intriguing as their boozy selections. I started off with the 99 Problems ($28), which, unfortunately, I forgot to note what was in the drink. It was boozy, clever, inventive, and most importantly delicious. My second drink was the Imperium Old Fashioned ($24) made with Westland Whiskey "Roquette" Barrel, Clement Cask Strength Rhum, Old Delicious Apple Brandy, Pineapple, and Spice. It was an excellent, boozy, balanced update to the classic Old Fashioned. Although I went with drinks off their menu, I have no doubt that any of their skilled bar professionals could've crafted me a wonderful cocktail if I had simply requested a classic or something on the fly based on my choice of spirit and desired flavor profile. Yes, the prices on the two drinks I ordered were pretty steep, but they were comparable to prices I've paid in Las Vegas. Plus, I don't have a problem with paying a premium for a well-made cocktail made with premium ingredients in a comfortable, welcoming setting (the drunken guy next to me who tried to engage with me in a political discussion excluded).
