Had 2 hours in Seattle and found myself hungry. Surprisingly at 9:30pm almost everything is closed. Except for Pallino! (And Qdoba). Ordered a cheese pizza. ~7 minutes. Pizza is o.k. It could have used for sauce. But time and money - I would come here again. I do wish they could figure out how to give you a tray instead of a massive cardboard pizza box to just sit in the food court. When you pay, your are automatically taken to give a tip of 15% if you want "other" amount, it's kind of hidden in the bottom right of the tiny screen. read more

Ate at the one in SeaTac airport. We flew in from Miami...flight 4 hours late due to bad storm, so flew to a different city to get a crew and missed our connection. Will be here 4 more hours. Found Pallino! They make great breakfast Sammie and pastries. Have lovely line up for lunch or dinner. Beautiful Italian deserts! Staff lovely and worked with my dietary needs. I had a mobile order ready on my phone when my plane landed at 8:50. My next flight boarded 30 mins later, so I figured I had just enough time to run down here, pick up my order, and get to my gate. I land, take my phone out of airplane mode... and online ordering is temporarily unavailable. Please don't offer online ordering if it's unreliable. Now I'm sad eating a bag of Tim's chips. Borderline uncooked bread, seriously boost the temp of the deck or train staff to let temps recover so your not sending out almost raw dough. Taste wise not bad but pizza is about the bread first so if your not cooking the bread properly then you fail. read more

Date of visit: 3/8/22 Surprisingly decent breakfast bagel sandwiches during a relatively short layover in Seattle on our way home from Boise. The line was brief and the food didn't take very long. I had to ask for a bag for two sandwiches--not sure why that wasn't offered to me right away, but a minor quibble. Another ding to the score was the high price for what we received. I know we are a captive audience but $23 for two bagel sammies is quite high. The food did taste good and it met our needs, so I am being a little more lenient on the score here. It was not memorable enough to score a photo, though! read more

Poorly ran. Either incompetence or stupidity. This is an airport and service is time sensitive. They took my order and lost it. Food handler looked fresh out of high school, looking lost processing orders. Stood there like 20 minutes and when I asked about my order he was clueless. Manager/supervisor or wannabee said he'd remake a fresh pizza in 6 mins or refund me but my young child needs to eat. Turns out my order was waiting on the counter all this time. Then the young worker tried to guess my order asking if a ordered 3 pizzas when I ordered 2. Beware because if you pay by card, they make you specify a tip first before paying for your food. Dont tip them. They have 2 cashiers, one for cards and the other cash only. I never thought of cash becoming obsolete. Avoid this wanna bee pasta place. No stars if possible. read more

I was hopeful when I read the reviews on the pizza that it couldn't fail and also the wait told me it was likely made fresh to order and all the ingredients were okay but I felt like overall there wasn't enough toppings to eat the bread with it. I could only eat the parts with cheese which was minimal so there was a lot left uneaten. But after the reviews I didn't trust ordering the pasta. read more

Had this during a 5 hour layover. The pricing is a little high but the qualoty of the food is incredible and totally worth it, they give a LOT for $12-17. I missed the entire service section because I told my Dad my order and scrambled through the airport to find a seat ANYWHERE!! But it was so good we just saved most and ate on the plane to Maui. They wouldn't let me leave without paying them a tip. I tried to pay with my credit card and when it got to the tip screen, I hit no tip (all the guy did was take my order). He walks away and comes back, says it didn't go through and to try again. I do the same thing again, and again he says it didn't work. Next time he sends another employee over and they point at the screen and say "you have to make a selection or else it doesn't work". I ended up putting a $1 so they wouldn't hold my food hostage any longer, and what do you know? It "works". Shady business. Shady manager. read more

Hit the spot for me for "airport food" the Margherita pizza was tasty and my son loved his penne with bolognese. The Ivar's clam chowder was the only disappointment. It was super thick and kind of gross actually with how thick it was. I couldn't eat much of it bc it felt like I was eating paste. I arrived at SEA-TAC on a late flight. As I often do, had dozed off on the flight and missed the food service. So, after close to five hours in flight I was hungry for a very late dinner. I decided that I would just grab something and grab a Lyft home. I came across Pallino and decided to order some pasta. The line was short and it looked like they would serve pretty quickly, which they did. The food came in one of those cardboard/obviously compostable containers and I asked for a bag, also a very eco-friendly bag. I grabbed and went. I didn't get home for at least another 30-minutes and expected to microwave the meat sauce pasta. I was super surprised that it was still very hot. At any rate, my appetite wasn't as big as I thought and I put the rest in the refrigerator as the portion sizes turned out being huge. The quality was good. I didn't try the pizza, but they looked good. My only complaint is that they don't serve any type of garlic or toasted bread with their pasta. Not even for extra charge. I'm one who always wants pasta with bread and then I thought it was even more annoying since they make sub sandwiches there. When I asked the cashier if they served bread she said super fast "I apologize, no" superfast. It made me think she gets asked a lot. My daughter wanted pizza, so we found this place. Its quite expensive for a personal pizza. We got a personal pepperoni pizza for $14.50 and 2 drinks, total of $24.30. I paid with a card so You HAVE to tip them, not sure how it'll be if i choose to pay cash. Which I don't get since they don't bring out my food nor serve me. I stopped in and grabbed a fountain drink because the line was short. Paid $3.95 for a 24 oz. Drink and then when I got to the dispenser it was out of ice. Flying out of SEA-TAC at 5am is no fun. While begrudgingly walking through the terminal with a less-than-ideal amount of sleep and an empty stomach, my friend and I walked past Pallino, joking about having pizza in the morning in-tune with the old Bagel Bites commercial. It wasn't until we reached our gate that hunger finally set in and we looked at each other and one of u said "Pizza wasn't that far back." Imagine our surprise when we walked up to the counter expecting to order a slice of 3-meat for breakfast when we saw on the board "Breakfast Pizza". We knew it had to be done. I was quick enough to sneak in 1 photo before it disappeared but was too slow to capture it in all its glory. I would consider $13.50 a bit pricey for a personal-sized pizza but it was enough to fill 2 stomachs. With the garlic and roasted peppers, it really helped bridge the gap between pizza and breakfast versus just eggs and breakfast meats being thrown on a pizza and calling it a day. The pizza was cooked in a gas-fired oven and it really adds to the flavor of the crust and the pizza itself, although as you can see from the picture, can get a bit charred in some areas. I'm not sure if it was the sleep deprivation, hangover munchies, or if the food was really just that good but next time I'm catching an early flight out of SEA-TAC, I'll be keeping in mind that breakfast pizza is on the menu. read more

Before a lunchtime flight from SEA to DCA, my four-year-old daughter smelled meatball subs. Skeptical, we wandered the airport trying to find a restaurant that makes meatball subs. With surprise, we found Pallino in the food court near our B8 gate. It's an Italian spot that makes pizza, salads and...meatball subs! It cost just over $10 for a large meatball sub filled with 5-6 large meatballs, cheese and red sauce. It comes out under 10 minutes and the cashier even gave us free soda fountain drinks! This pizza place at the airport rocked and it was open late (10pm). I got the Margherita pizza (well done- highly suggest, extra crispy and more tasty) with mushrooms. I wasn't expecting much quality for airport food, however I was pleasantly surprised by the quantity and taste of these simple ingredients. The baked pasta - chicken al forno had a good quantity to it for the price, and was filling while having some taste to it. The veggie pizza was like your standard personal size pizza, a reasonable price but leaning to the higher end. The 2 items we ordered took less than 20 minutes to be ready, and you can see them being prepared on the spot in the open. The workers at Pallino worked tirelessly to prepare order after order with no break between. I've worked at the airport for years. One of my favorite things used to be to eat at Pallinos. When they moved from next to subway over to the big open area after the construction they lost it. They started making things like the meatball sandwich differently and we can't figure out why. I can't imagine a lot of people want stringy, dried Parmesan on a meatball sandwich. I ask for pizza cheese to be put on top and then in the oven and they sprinkle some and hand me a sandwich with cold cheese on it. I ask if they can make it like they used to and they tell me the manager says no. The manager says no to giving customers what they ask for, that they used to get, and clearly prefer? Well Pallino, poorly played. There are too many other options to put up with poor customer service. Not to mention occasionally being out of things like pasta. And bread. At an ITALIAN place. Service wasn't good nor was the food. We came here before our flight back to MInneapolis. Pallino is a italian eatery with pizzas pasta and salads. We both got pizza.I got the margeherita and my girlfriend got the veggie pizza. Despite ordering veggie pizza, the receipt came out pepperoni. We corrected it, but our order still came out wrong.The veggie pizza was suppose to be with white sauce but he made it with white. They must of started making the pepperoni pizza with red sauce and didn't want to remake it with white sauce. The food came out fast, but taste wasn't good. Pizza was bland and the cheese was bland. I wouldn't recommend coming here. You have better options around SeaTac. read more

The kind where things are happening all at once and every single thing is a good idea. Absolutely outstanding. On my most recent visit, I had the Fidel Cashflow, which features some of the most tender, perfectly seasoned pork belly I've had on a sandwich. It's like an Uber Cubano--familiar, comforting, but leveled up with serious execution. Two visits, two excellent sandwiches, which now has me fully convinced that everything on the menu is as good as it looks. I trust them. I would let them choose my sandwich destiny. Service is super friendly. You order at the counter, but you're met with genuine smiles and a helpful, welcoming attitude that makes you feel like you made a very good life choice. Parking isn't the easiest, but you'll figure it out. The space itself is tiny, with just a few tables, so while you can eat there, a lot of people seem to grab it to go--presumably to eat it somewhere quiet and reflect on how good it was. Sandwich shops are a dime a dozen. Really good ones are a special find. This is a really good one. Destination-worthy

I know others complain about the price but what you're getting here is more than a simple grab and go that you normally get at the airport. You won't get the standard sit down experience like at a normal restaurant so I feel like it can't be judged the same but I wasn't disappointed. If you're looking for a good meal while still being able to make your flight, I would recommend this place with the right expectations as the pace is quick but the food is still quality.

Every ingredient in this salad was perfectly fresh and delicious; I'd say it was probably the best salad I've ever eaten in a restaurant. Back to my server (unfortunately I did not get her name), she discovered that the family who had been at the next table left a backpack behind; she immediately starting trying to find them and was very concerned. When I later checked and found that my gate had been changed to S5 (3 train rides away!), she hustled to get my check, a box (& Fork!) for my salad, and wished me well on my race to the other end of the airport. When I finally got home 7 hours later, I enjoyed the rest of that salad--it was still exceptional!

I removed the tip, but I can only believe that thousands of guests daily do not notice the greedy additional fees. Saw a person carry a pickup bag onto my flight but I'd double check the receipt details before confirming a payment.
