Incredible coffee and pastries. Another popular shop now located in the SeaTac airport and it almost seems unnecessary to leave... unless you want to see little things like the Space Needle and downtown Seattle. THE DRINKS | Variety of coffees, espressos, lattes, and seasonal drinks. I ordered... - Pumpkin Spiced Latte (8 oz.) | Made with real organic pumpkins, pumpkin spices, and topped with pumpkin pie sugar. I hate to compare, but it's way better than Starbucks' pumpkin spiced latte in that the flavors are strong with a smoother finish. - Drip Coffee (12 oz.) | A robust coffee that'll jumpstart your morning. THE FOODS | Pastries & cookies. I ordered... - Morning Roll | Croissant shaped as a muffin. Flaky crunch on the top and buttery soft inside. Warmed up and this morning roll is amazing. THE CAFFE VITA FEELS | Small coffee shop with a small display case for pastries and an area to add sugar and cream to your drink. There's also a stand to the right of the cashier counter where 12 oz. coffee grounds are packaged for purchase. THE ORDERING LOGISTICS | Line up and order i at either Caffe Vita or adjacent Beecher's for food or coffee. I stood in the Beecher's line for food and Caffe Vita for coffee and a pastry, not realizing I could've ordered both at either shop. Coffee subscriptions can be found on their website. They ship within 48 hours of roasting their coffee to ensure you're getting the best flavor. read more

Ugh ugh ugh. Took one sip of my gritty & very odd tasting vanilla latte and a second for good measure and trashed the rest of my $5 drink in... the compost? The trash? Who knows in Seattle. If I had wanted Turkish coffee, I would've ordered it. read more

This is a good option for coffee at midway, an abyss of horrible coffee. The staff are friendly and helpful, even at 6 am. I will make this my go to coffee spot at midway. Not happy with these drinks. Extremely pricey for the small volume and poor taste I drink coffee around the world, and this one was not good. If I could take back this purchase, I absolutely would. Also, the people working there don't seem to get along. read more

Was waiting on my plane to board at the N20 gate. I decided to get a coffee from this spot. It shares a spot with Beechers which is known for cheese. The attendant welcomed me and took my order. They have a few food items and some pastries. I ordered a 16oz. caramel ($1 add on) latte 8.26. It was ready right away. It was hot and foamy. The coffee was actually really good. read more

I wish I could give a glowing review like so many others! I actually left my terminal to get coffee here, as it was the highest rated shop in the airport. The good: The employee who helped me was really friendly and gave great customer service! The bad: My iced mocha was terrible. We're talking, took a sip and wanted to toss it, added sugar and still couldn't salvage it. Ended up throwing away an almost completely full $8 coffee. My dad said the drip coffee was "okay," but was not enthused either. Hope this was a one off, but honestly I'm more likely to try a different shop next time I'm going through SeaTac. read more

Had a layover in Seattle and got a cup of Americano to pick me up and it was a simple but amazing cup of coffee. Will come back again next time I am at this airport. Ordering was easy. Service was fast. Life music nearby and sunshine seats. read more

Ordered Americano but the coffee tasted just like filtered coffee. When I asked the cashier/barista she said when you add water to espresso it tastes like that. Very poor customer service and low quality coffee read more

Friendly baristas, but wow that has to be the worst tasting attempt at coffee I've ever had. 16oz cold brew with caramel and whole milk. Literally tastes like some sort of tea or sweet tea. Could be the artificial caramel flavor but wow. For $9 this deserves a bad review. Wouldn't suggest. read more

Service was good other than an interaction I had with the barista. I was asking if the drink was mine and they were like "does it say your name?" I had no idea they would label for a drink made for in-store people, which is why I asked, but whatever. The drink itself was average. The espresso tasted good but I barely got any sugar free vanilla in my sugar-free vanilla latte . Hopefully the recipe can be adjusted for more syrup or maybe it was a barista error. If you're vegan, there's also some vegan Bauducco wafers on their counter that you can purchase. I believe they only have wheat and soy as the allergens too. I'm open to trying it again. The service was good enough. I just hope the drinks improve. read more

I got an iced hazelnut oatmilk latte and it was sooooooo good. The hazelnut syrup was really delicious, the espresso was perfect, not bitter. I kind of want to buy another one just cus I got the 12oz and I have a six hour flight but yeah this place is really good. I usually don't like lattes because they're either too sweet, the syrup is gross or the espresso is really bitter but this place is perfect and my latte was perfect. 10/10 I haven't had a good iced latte in a long time. Also the service was good too, they were really quick! I might get another one actually I might get an iced chai. read more

Shout out to barista, Tai, who was extremely kind, compassionate and had a zest for life. Tai informed me that Caffe Vita fills water bottles up for free WITH ice which was a game changer for me traveling with warm water. There is a section here that carries food and a separate area where the coffee drinks are made. Unfortunately, as of 1/23/24, this entire shop is being reconstructed and I'm unaware of where this shop will move to in the future state. However, when I went, I enjoyed my latte and egg dish. In terms of ambiance, it's really the people and cleanliness of the shop that make it great. In an airport, it's hard to score high in this area. read more

A long stopover at SeaTac and I was getting groggy half way in. I'd never even heard of this place. Try new things, Steven E. So here we are. I enjoyed their coffee. A 12oz drip. Robust little number that definitely kickstarted the layover. A small is really small. Like, way too small. For the price? Come on, now. I think you can order from either Caffe Vita or Beecher's Hand Made Cheese in the same line. Check it out before you try it. $17 for the combo, but it is the airport. We're in Seattle but I believe they've got the bucks beat! Why suddenly does yelp want me to fulfill comments on their checklist? I've been doing this for several years and I have a thorough punch list, already. Don't make waves. The ambiance is a bustling but intimate airport coffee stand across from gate C2. 06/23 read more

After getting out of Sea-Tac security, I looked up places to get coffee. Caffe Vita showed up with 4.5 stars on my list, and I made a beeline to Concourse C because whenever I see a highly-rated spot, I'm always like, "How good could this possibly be?" The answer is AMAZING. It lives up to the hype, no matter how much my early morning crankiness wanted to disagree. The coffeeshop is part of Beecher's Handmade Cheese. I ordered a caramel latte with oat milk and a blueberry cornbread muffin. They're impossibly fast... faster than anywhere else I've ever gotten coffee. I thought that would affect quality, but this latte gave me the jolt of energy I needed. And the muffin was fantastic. If you're ever at Sea-Tac, make Caffe Vita a priority! read more

I make no secret of the fact that I would rather go without coffee than drink burnt Starbucks. Sorry mermaidaholics, it's just not for me. Caffe Vita, on the otherhand, makes a tasty caffeinated beverage that I am willing to pay for while waiting for my next flight at SeaTac. If it weren't for my deliberate search of this coffee nook I would have breezed right by it. It's tucked to the side of a large Beecher's in C-2 and there's also a big pillar that blocks some of it from the concourse view. At first glance, I actually thought it was part of Beecher's. Maybe this was why the line was reasonable... Each time I've stopped in, my oat milk latte was on point. The same barista helped me both times and was very friendly, including checking the ingredients to confirm the chocolate used in their mochas is vegan. I'll definitely be back. read more

N Terminal Caffe Vita - grabbing a coffee from this stop in the C terminal was always something I looked forward to. Nice coffee prepared well. Not so anymore in the new stop on N Terminal. Needed a pick me up for the flight home so I grabbed a lemon-raspberry scone and a hot mocha. The coffee was the right temp and tasted great. Not chalky in the bottom like some mochas can be. When it comes to airports coffee shops this might be the best that I've ever been too. Great pastries and even better coffee. Look - let's admit it - when it comes to coffee and when it comes to the Northwest we are total snobs. There are some who will swear undying loyalty to Starbucks (the mass swill of coffee - yet, it will do in a pinch) and then there are the high-end, micro roast coffee shops where you will pay a second mortgage for a cup of coffee and feel like a jerk for not knowing how each individual coffee bean was picked in a humane and sustainable manner. Well no fear - when it comes to higher end, quality coffee - come to Caffe Vita on Concourse C. Always a friendly staff. Always quick service - and always flavorful and aromatic coffee. Pastries are choice as well. Bottomline - you might pay a bit more than at a corporate chain, but if you want a better experience and not have your name printed on a label and slapped on a cup with a mermaid with spread legs - come to Caffe Vita next time your aluminum tube lands in the Emerald City. read more

Earlier this month, Beecher's opened up at SeaTac Airport in Concourse C. In addition to bringing their famous cheese, they brought Caffé Vita to the facility as well. Caffé Vita is one of my favorite Seattle coffee chains so this made me happy to hear. This location is pretty much a coffee stand in which you can find Caffé Vita drinks, pastries and bags of their coffee. Got a 12 oz. latte ($3.20) which tasted immensely better than the lattes at Starbucks which taste somewhat watered down and you can hardly taste the coffee. The latte here is bold and the flavor of the coffee is evident just like it should be. I am glad Caffé Vita opened at SeaTac. This is going to be the coffee place I will go to for lattes on future visits. Though Dilettante is still for me the place for mochas. read more

Omg, I love love love love your the mac & cheese. However there is definitely something missing. I get the mac & cheese with the garlic croutons which is amazing.
