Service was good other than an interaction I had with the barista. I was asking if the drink was mine and they were like "does it say your name?" I had no idea they would label for a drink made for in-store people, which is why I asked, but whatever. The drink itself was average. The espresso tasted good but I barely got any sugar free vanilla in my sugar-free vanilla latte . Hopefully the recipe can be adjusted for more syrup or maybe it was a barista error. If you're vegan, there's also some vegan Bauducco wafers on their counter that you can purchase. I believe they only have wheat and soy as the allergens too. I'm open to trying it again. I got an iced hazelnut oatmilk latte and it was sooooooo good. The hazelnut syrup was really delicious, the espresso was perfect, not bitter. I kind of want to buy another one just cus I got the 12oz and I have a six hour flight but yeah this place is really good. Shout out to barista, Tai, who was extremely kind, compassionate and had a zest for life. Tai informed me that Caffe Vita fills water bottles up for free WITH ice which was a game changer for me traveling with warm water. There is a section here that carries food and a separate area where the coffee drinks are made. Unfortunately, as of 1/23/24, this entire shop is being reconstructed and I'm unaware of where this shop will move to in the future state. However, when I went, I enjoyed my latte and egg dish. I make no secret of the fact that I would rather go without coffee than drink burnt Starbucks. Sorry mermaidaholics, it's just not for me. Caffe Vita, on the otherhand, makes a tasty caffeinated beverage that I am willing to pay for while waiting for my next flight at SeaTac. It's tucked to the side of a large Beecher's in C-2 and there's also a big pillar that blocks some of it from the concourse view. At first glance, I actually thought it was part of Beecher's. Earlier this month, Beecher's opened up at SeaTac Airport in Concourse C. In addition to bringing their famous cheese, they brought Caffé Vita to the facility as well. Caffé Vita is one of my favorite Seattle coffee chains so this made me happy to hear. This location is pretty much a coffee stand in which you can find Caffé Vita drinks, pastries and bags of their coffee. Got a 12 oz. latte ($3.20) which tasted immensely better than the lattes at Starbucks which taste somewhat watered down and you can hardly taste the coffee. The latte here is bold and the flavor of the coffee is evident just like it should be. I am glad Caffé Vita opened at SeaTac. This is going to be the coffee place I will go to for lattes on future visits. Though Dilettante is still for me the place for mochas. read more
