I had accidentally dropped it outside the coffee shop and spent the evening worried sick, having no idea where I had lost it, since I noticed it was missing until late at night... When I came back to the coffee shop the next day, he surprised me by telling me he had my wallet! Not only had he kept it safe, but he had actually tried to personally return it to the address on my driver's license. Unfortunately, I had recently moved, so I no longer lived there. The fact that he went that far out of his way to try to get it back to me meant so much! Since my wallet had been missing, I had locked all my cards the night before. After getting it back, I unlocked them and tried to pay for my coffee, but they wouldn't go through right away. I was mortified! Instead of making me feel uncomfortable, he simply told me not to worry and that I could come back and pay later, which, of course, I did!
