    a sack of coffee beans

I had to get them quick fix on my way to the airport and based on a quick review I decide to stop by this espresso shop. It's a tiny shop that is visible from the street but unless you know where the park parking can be challenging. You can park up on the hill behind the shop, now in terms of espresso, they serve Ethiopian beans which is just perfect. I happen to see the arrival of fresh beans from Ethiopia on the floor. Too bad they are not selling green beans at this moment. The press is awesome and I can recommend enough how great the shots are. if you need to coffee and you're on the way to SeaTac airport, you owe yourself to check out this place. I will surely come back and probably buy some beans so I can roast on my own.

We always go local while traveling. We're happy to find this place so close to the airport. Yummy bagels!

Kappa Espresso is a must-visit for craft coffee lovers. This grab-and-go spot may lack seating, but it makes up for it with exceptional espresso that's rich, bold, and perfectly balanced. You can truly taste the love and attention in every cup, showcasing the barista's dedication to quality. The inviting aroma and bustling atmosphere make it a delightful stop. If you appreciate great coffee, Kappa Espresso bar is worth every drop! Parking sucks a little but some of the nice guys ever! They great you by name and thank you for your business.

Very welcoming. Delicious coffee prepared with care. My brother enjoyed so much that we went multiple times and he's a tough coffee critic.

Phenomenal espresso!!!! Got a cappuccino with almond milk and cinnamon, the espresso was the perfect flavor and perfect foam on the almond milk. Service was also super friendly. Will be back!

When you are getting out of Seatac airport & looking for coffee, you will be surprised to find Kappa Espresso with the highest rating in the area. When you drive up to the location, you might miss the Coffee shop sign. This is opposite to Key Bank and on the same building which has Seatac Barber and Seatac Bakery. When you enter the small coffee shop, you are welcomed with a smell of grinded coffee smell and a smile & someone who asks your name and asks about your day before asking what you want to have! The bakery goods shelf attracts you instantly! We ordered Coffee Latte and Cappuccino. They had good aroma and seem to have been roasted longer to leave a strong aroma and a slight smoky flavor. We also ordered the Cannoli which is not the Italian version but a flaky pastry filled with not-so-sweet custard which we loved. It had the right sweetness and good flaky-ness. Parking is a nightmare as there is no parking on the street but something on the side which feels like someone's home!

    Breakfast sandwich.

Coffee is delicious and food is yummy. Baked goods from local bakery and Costco. Sandwiches made there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Small, special shop.

They offer a few Vietnamese coffee drinks if you're looking for that extra buzz. Three of us visited for an afternoon pick-me-up around 2:00P on a Saturday. The cafe has a minimalist aesthetic and large mirrors along one wall helped open up the space. It was nice and clean, plus plenty of seating makes it a great spot for working or just hanging out. The employee at the front was so kind and graciously helped us with some questions we had about the drinks regarding sweetness and flavor profiles. Honestly, the entire matcha selection looked good to me... I'm sure I would have been happy with any drink even if I picked one randomly! All matcha drinks are crafted with oat milk by default but you can substitute for almond or whole milk at no extra cost. Additionally, any drink can be made hot. While we ordered, it seemed like the barista was already getting a start on our drinks, so our three matchas were all whisked and poured within less than five minutes of paying. Super quick! + MATCHA EINSPANNER ($9): This was my first time trying Einspanner... finally! The creamy top was rich, milky and had just the right amount of sweetness, complementing the matcha latte as I took each sip. The matcha itself was very smooth and mild which was not surprising as they use Uji ceremonial grade. It was a lovely deep green color and I actually felt the hit of caffeine after drinking it, so they must have been generous with their scoops! The drink contained more ice than I would have liked, but I decided not to mess with the proportions, besides opting for 50% sweet, which was perfect. My companions enjoyed the MATCHA MATCHA (matcha latte + matcha cream) and the PANDAN MATCHA (matcha latte + pandan cream). Pandan gave it a wonderful coconut and vanilla essence, balancing out well with the matcha. At $9 each, the drinks felt a bit steep, but the quality truly justified the price. Since I'm rarely in Tukwila, the small splurge was well worth it... especially since I finally crossed 'Einspanner' off my culinary bucket list after years of waiting!

The vibe of this place and the people that make it happen every morning are world class. Life situations kept me from making my way to the shop for a year or so, but when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a "it's been a while!" The coffee is reasonably priced and imo - best in the area. It's consistent and while I'm a sucker for the 12oz cold brew - I've gone off script a few times and have always been pleased. I've got family that comes into town fairly often, and almost every morning they ask to go because they think about it when they're at home in Chicago. There's plenty of seating, tho it's sometimes so bumping (because it's a great spot!) it can be hit or miss if you can stick around and enjoy the vibe. But generally I've had good luck over the years setting up at a table and chatting with friends & fam before a hike, enjoying the morning with my pup doing some socialization training or throwing a few emails around to my corporate overlords. I've seen ads for their evening events and have been wanting to make it to one, but I always seem to see the poster days or weeks after the event! Poetry nights in a space like boon boona seem like an unbeatable vibe, hope to notice & get to one soon. *Parking is also not hard to find at all. The rest are shared with nearby businesses like AT&T, and it was surprisingly packed for a Thursday afternoon. Luckily, we found one spot all the way in the back under AT&T, but I do wish there was more parking available or a larger lot. Getting there from the freeway is pretty easy though, you basically just make a quick right turn straight into TP Tea, but it can be easy to miss if you're not paying attention. I've been to this boba shop before in San Diego, so when I saw a location in Washington, I knew I had to bring my dad. I ordered the lychee fruit tea, and he got the mango tea with light ice and added boba. One downside is that this location doesn't allow substitutions like the San Diego one does, I usually swap lychee jelly for boba at no extra cost, but here they charge extra. The service wasn't the best. When we walked in, the staff didn't seem very welcoming and mostly just looked at us. There was only one self-order kiosk, and a couple was taking a while on it (which is totally fine), but the employees didn't step in to help take orders either. It felt a bit inconvenient since we were just waiting to see if anyone would help us, but eventually they did take our order. The drinks themselves were pretty good. My dad's mango tea ended up being more icy than expected even though we asked for light ice, I think it's because it's a blended drink, so the consistency was thinner rather than thicker. My lychee tea was really good though, I'd definitely recommend it. Even at 50% sweetness, it leaned on the sweeter side, but still very enjoyable. The ambiance is nice, the space is big with plenty of seating, and there's a steady flow of people coming in and out. Overall, it's still a solid spot to check out. Just be prepared for limited parking and slightly inconsistent service.

Among the items we bought was a cheese and beef sandwich. We put it in the fridge when we got home, and the next morning, when I wanted to heat it up for breakfast, I found that the entire sandwich had turned sour. At first, I thought it was just the taste of the cheese, but when I opened the bread, a strong sour smell hit me. Worse, I had already taken a bite. Then I remembered that my friend, his three-year-old, and I had all eaten products from Paris Baguette the day before, and I got really worried. So I drove back to the store. When I arrived, a female employee greeted me. I calmly explained that I had bought a spoiled sandwich. She immediately offered to refund me. I provided my purchase receipt and the last four digits of my bank card, and asked if I could get a cash refund. She said no -- that it was company policy -- and repeatedly asked for the last four digits of my card and what time I had made the purchase. After being asked three or four times, I started to get a bit annoyed. Then a male employee took over and handled the rest, and the refund went through successfully. I believe that providing fresh ingredients is a basic principle of any food business. As a chain brand, Paris Baguette prices its products higher than non‑branded bakeries. So why are customers willing to pay more? Because a brand gives people trust -- just like how supermarkets operate by vetting products for their customers. As an established bakery brand, I assume most of your products are made in a central kitchen, with quality monitored by both systems and staff. Clearly, this was a lapse. I hope I don't end up with diarrhea today Lol
