Our desserts are amazing. We were excited to try this new location. I was pleased to see them rated excellent. The service was not the best it could be. The server was not as friendly as I would've liked. however, the restaurant is very cute and clean and I do like the decor. It has a good vibe to it. This was truly a terrible purchasing experience. On the afternoon of May 3rd, my friend and I went to the Paris Baguette at Southcenter with his three-year-old child to buy some bread. Among the items we bought was a cheese and beef sandwich. We put it in the fridge when we got home, and the next morning, when I wanted to heat it up for breakfast, I found that the entire sandwich had turned sour. At first, I thought it was just the taste of the cheese, but when I opened the bread, a strong sour smell hit me. Worse, I had already taken a bite. Then I remembered that my friend, his three-year-old, and I had all eaten products from Paris Baguette the day before, and I got really worried. So I drove back to the store. When I arrived, a female employee greeted me. I calmly explained that I had bought a spoiled sandwich. She immediately offered to refund me. I provided my purchase receipt and the last four digits of my bank card, and asked if I could get a cash refund. She said no -- that it was company policy -- and repeatedly asked for the last four digits of my card and what time I had made the purchase. After being asked three or four times, I started to get a bit annoyed. Then a male employee took over and handled the rest, and the refund went through successfully. I believe that providing fresh ingredients is a basic principle of any food business. As a chain brand, Paris Baguette prices its products higher than non‑branded bakeries. So why are customers willing to pay more? Because a brand gives people trust -- just like how supermarkets operate by vetting products for their customers. As an established bakery brand, I assume most of your products are made in a central kitchen, with quality monitored by both systems and staff. Clearly, this was a lapse. I heard that we got a Paris Baguette which was exciting as I haven't been to one since my trip to New York or when my mom would bring a roll cake from the LA store whenever she visited LA. The store is lovely and huge with plenty of seating and room to wander their baked goods/cake slices. I also wasn't aware they made drinks so my boyfriend got the milk and cereal frappe but I think the barista put too much ice into it as it was tasted like icy cereal milk. We would've talked to the barista named Thyanna T but she was very rude as we were trying to redeem their offer of having a free baked good if you make a purchase, but we were doing a separate order. It's not our fault the company you work for has it advertising that offer throughout the store that we wanted to take advantage of it. The mochi donuts were chewy, soft and delicious. My friends got the chocolate ganache cake slice and strawberry cream cake and they were so soft and fluffy. The pastries were great and definitely would like to try the drinks again but hopefully with a better barista who isn't rude. read more

This review is one for the cakes. The pastries are a little too expensive for me. This is where I usually go to buy cakes for family events. I bought the tiramisu and the red velvet cake and it's pretty good. It's not dry and not too sweet. Good dessert for the family to try. The service is a hit or miss, sometimes they give you the plastic knife to cut the cake with the candle and sometimes they don't. Not sure if it depends on the cake you buy or who you get checking you out. read more

Sorry, I really wanted to love this place cuz it was my first time here and I heard so much hype about it but not impressed. I ordered the chocolate cream filled donut with hard chocolate top. The top came right off the donut when I tried to cut it and the filling tasted like something you would get out of a box of jello pudding. $5 for a lot of nothing special. This place reminds me of a cruise ship. A lot of choices but everything is just good, not great! Baked good was fine at this store so I didn't give it a one star, but the price and customer service are questionable. I visited on 6/6 National Donut Day for the free mochi donut (in the app), which was sold out (expected) and they told me they are not making more for the rest of the day. I got a curry croquette, which says $4.49 on the label. And I noticed on my receipt that it said $4.99. When I asked the cashier, the first one said he doesn't know, and a second cashier came and told me that they just changed the price today because of the promo (?), but neglected to change the labels. And when I asked about price match, he just said he will tell the manager to change the labels and walked away. I waited for a few minutes, but neither the cashier nor the manager came to speak with me. First of, I hope they are not changing the price temporarily just for the promo. Second, the way the situation is handled is awkward and disappointing. I would at least expect the manager to come out and explain the situation. I was searching for a baguette near me and noticed on the app as a new customer I could get an iced coffee on the house. Great way to get me through the doors. The have so many options of pastries and desserts, cakes along with baked breads. A lot of colorful, trendy dishes too. Wanted some dessert after ramen and thought a slice of cake would suffice! For pieces around $7.75 for a decent slice or $8ish for a taller slice (depends on the type of cake), its not bad. On a late afternoon, it wasnt busy. Mostly people grabbing a quick bite and going. There was plenty of seating available and some tables were taken with people enjoying their dessert. The store is very bright, and when you walk in you see tons of pastries everywhere, I really enjoyed just walking around and looking at all of the goods before I grabbed a tray and decided what I wanted. I ended up getting a chocolate croissant, an egg tart and a slice of their strawberry and cream cake to go. They use REAL cream which is amazing! Every item was well made, though it feels pricey. Been waiting a while to try the pastries here and it did not disappoint. My favorite was the biscoff doughnut, it was absolutely delicious I did get a few croissant doughnuts with custard filling in them, it was good and not too sweet so that was a surprise. Most all of the custards were perfect texture and sweetness. It is nice to be able to pick and choose what you want without having someone cater to you. Walk in, grab a tray and start picking your favorites. Coffee was great as well, with plenty of seating and space between each table. I had some of the pastries here for my birthday last year, but haven't actually stepped foot in this place till now. It's very spacious with tons of seating, and very brightly lit inside, though I came here at around 7:40pm on a Friday night so all the pastry shelves were already empty for the day; only the pretty cakes near the counter remained. I wanted specifically to try some of their drinks since my friend also had one here, so I got the lavender matcha frappe. The frappe was decent at best; the drink was big in size despite being a medium, and was appropriately sweet. It wasn't overly sweet like vanilla, and had a hint of lavender taste and aroma in it as advertised. I did wish I was able to pair it with a pastry to make it more complete but that will be for another time when I come here earlier. They have a wide selection and variety for French pastries and cafe drinks that are pretty unique comparing to the typical Korean chain (example shown: biscoff donut) while also having some of classics. OMG....just wow! Walk in and hear the classical music. Grab a tray, put a liner in it, and walk around and MARVEL at all the fresh baked choices you have! I struggled to decide because they all LOOKED SOOO GOOD! Ended up getting the cherry Greek yogurt danish, pineapple brûlée pastry, and milk and cereal king cream donut. Loved all of them! Favorite dessert was the pineapple Brielle pastry. Pineapple was fresh and cooked to perfection. LavAzza coffee served here and they made a great latte. Inside was clean and all the employees were super friendly. While eating I realized this is a chain and they have a location in Seattle at the Southcenter Mall!!! Had to stop in after seeing a friend of mine post about her pastries. I got the strawberry croissant with cream, the croissant cookie, and a doughnut. I also tried their coffee, specifically the vanilla cold brew. If I'm going to be honest, I wasn't extremely impressed with the coffee. Something tasted a little off. The croissant cookie was a little too hard and crunchy for my liking as if it was a little overcooked. The strawberry croissant with cream was yummy, loved it. Got a bit frustrated because none of them how to use the free pastry on the app. They tried to scan, move to another register, scan 2 items, scan different items, then ask for my phone number, ask for my email address, ask me to refresh the app. Luckily there's no line. A new bakery has opened in Tukwila! It is a French-inspired bakery café with South Korean roots. There is a location up north in Lynnwood, but I didn't want to make the drive up there, so I was glad one opened a little more south of Seattle. I would compare this bakery to 85°C Bakery Café since it has a similar feel, and concept. It was Friday evening when I stepped in, so the shelves weren't too filled with pastries since they were going to close in an hour. Nonetheless, I did grab a few goodies. I grabbed the Mr. Bear (Choclate Madeleine Cookie) and Ms. Bear (Vanilla Madeleine Cookie) as soon as I spotted them, solely because of how cute it was! I grabbed two croissants as well, strawberry cream and chocolate almond. The four items totaled out to be almost $20, so I would say it's a bit pricey in comparison to 85°C Bakery Café. I do want to come back to try a savory pastry, cake slice, and a drink! All in all, it was a good experience. read more

Twisted donut is not as chewy as I like it from Hmart. (Also, cost $3.59!) Customer service was A+ both times I've gone. However, the 2nd time I went they assumed I wanted an iced chai and I said small and they charged me for 16oz. Place is very nice, shiny and like a hotel lobby BUT the women's toilet was loose or something cuz when I got off it like tilted a little. I actually really liked their pastries, I got an egg tart and raspberry and cream cheese pastry I forgot what's it called. They tasted amazing even I didn't eat it until the next day. I got the Cesar salad, it was okay. My husband really loved the donut. This place is a good hangout spot tho. It seems very clean and has a cute aesthetics. The matcha green latte was not good. When I saw the color I knew it's not gonna be good. It tasted so powdery and too thick. I took the first sip and it was WAY tooo sweet!!
