This place is a delight. There is one at the mall and one in Kent. The store started in Ukraine and still shows its Ukraine roots. Delicious croissant sandwiches - for any time of day -- and also cold drinks and coffee. Cute setting inside the mall. Lovely service. Good prices.

Lox croissant

Overall a decent option for quick mall bites - I wish I could adjust my rating to 3.5/5. I tried the lox croissant - bread was flaky, warm, buttery, surprisingly light. Fillings were tasty and adequately proportioned. A small sandwich cost $9 before tax/tip, not surprising with inflation nowadays. However, I probably would have not paid that same price for some of the other sandwich options with less-premium ingredients compared to smoked salmon.

It is absolutely ridiculous that I paid $10 or $9 for a basic croissant. There's barely any filing. It doesn't look anything like they presented. They should really fix this especially for a place that just opened. This is horrible. The place looks good and service is good but it doesn't make up for bad quality food for high cost.

Berry mascarpone croissant

Epic fail-I had been dying to try this place out and this last trip to the mall I decided I would go for it. Service was okay, nothing to complain about but also forgettable. The menu looked promising. I ordered the berry mascarpone croissant. I was very excited to try it. When we opened the bag we quickly realized it was very underwhelming. So much for the berries(see picture). The croissant tasted old and was hard to pull apart. It was chewy and the mascarpone tasted like it has been refrigerated for a while. I was so disappointed. I think I paid $9 for this too. Agh! What a let down. Never again. Live and learn. Not worth the money.

I love croissants! Super excited to have spot this place across the mall. Got their small latte and a strawberry mascarpone. Their to-go packaging is nice. There is some seating so we decided to eat it right there. Service was friendly, organized and fast. Very clean! Highly recommend

cute decor

Came across this place tonight at Southcenter mall and I will be coming back! I ordered a small tuna and egg croissant and a large i iced strawberry matcha latte-- I love savory food so the croissant was flaky and light and filled with ingredients that taste fresh! The matcha latte wasn't bland and pretty balanced with the slight sweetness from the strawberry as a go to combo! Food came out fast and its a cute little spot if you need a quick break to sit down and read a book or study

My daughter is a matcha fanatic and loves their strawberry matcha cold foam drink here. We got their strawberry and mascarpone croissant and it was delicious .

Best croissant sandwiches ever! The savory ones are my favorite. The lemonades are unique and really good as well.

Worst croissant I have ever had. The ones behind the case look so much better than the one they actually give you. Disappointed

flavor combination is amazing -- perfectly buttery, flaky layers with a rich pistachio filling and just the right touch of tart raspberry to balance it out.

We were in the area and my boyfriend told me that the area was dog friendly so we went in with our two fur babies. They do have a self-order kiosk or you can order with an employee. It was really cool watching the sugarcane machine in action. They also have a clean and organized storefront and you can see how they make everything. Our cashier was a kind and polite female employee who said hi to our dogs and us. She was patient with us as we were deciding what to get. We decided to get the energy drink as they were buy one get one 50%! I got the Passionize Me and he got the Dragonberry Rush. I also got the fresh rolls, which apparently they have a spicy scale of one through five, I went with five. It turns out the sauce is what they spice up but that's fine too as I have never had spicy fresh rolls or the sauce that comes with it. We didn't have to wait too long for our drinks and food. They call out your order number so make sure you hold onto to your receipt or memorize your number. When the cashier saw us trying to figure out where to put our dogs, she told us that she would bring it out to us which I thought was so considerate of her. When she drops off the food, she asks if our dogs wanted any water and she brings out a takeout container filled with water. When we were about to throw out the remaining water to leave, she tells us that she would do it for us. Truly some of the best customer service we've had! We look forward to coming back!

They're located right inside the Lam Seafood food area, which makes it the perfect stop after grocery shopping. Today, after a run at Lam's, I grabbed a kumquat sugarcane juice and a chè 3 màu, and both hit the spot. The drink was super fresh with that perfect balance of sweet and citrusy, and the chè was just as good. It was light, colorful, and satisfying. On top of that, the service was great. I was greeted right away, and she was really friendly and welcoming. Overall, such a solid spot if you're in the area and want something refreshing and authentic. Definitely one of my favorites!

This was truly a terrible purchasing experience. On the afternoon of May 3rd, my friend and I went…read moreto the Paris Baguette at Southcenter with his three-year-old child to buy some bread. Among the items we bought was a cheese and beef sandwich. We put it in the fridge when we got home, and the next morning, when I wanted to heat it up for breakfast, I found that the entire sandwich had turned sour. At first, I thought it was just the taste of the cheese, but when I opened the bread, a strong sour smell hit me. Worse, I had already taken a bite. Then I remembered that my friend, his three-year-old, and I had all eaten products from Paris Baguette the day before, and I got really worried. So I drove back to the store. When I arrived, a female employee greeted me. I calmly explained that I had bought a spoiled sandwich. She immediately offered to refund me. I provided my purchase receipt and the last four digits of my bank card, and asked if I could get a cash refund. She said no -- that it was company policy -- and repeatedly asked for the last four digits of my card and what time I had made the purchase. After being asked three or four times, I started to get a bit annoyed. Then a male employee took over and handled the rest, and the refund went through successfully. I believe that providing fresh ingredients is a basic principle of any food business. As a chain brand, Paris Baguette prices its products higher than non‑branded bakeries. So why are customers willing to pay more? Because a brand gives people trust -- just like how supermarkets operate by vetting products for their customers. As an established bakery brand, I assume most of your products are made in a central kitchen, with quality monitored by both systems and staff. Clearly, this was a lapse. I hope I don't end up with diarrhea today Lol

Somisomi came up and I knew they had the new peach flavor so we decided to head over. We walked in the mall and found Somisomi. I went to the register to order and the girl behind the counter told me she wouldn't take my order and I needed to use the self serve kiosk, I told her I'd wait and would prefer she took my order. She told me I had to order on the kiosk. As soon as I started ordering someone came up behind me and she offered to take their order. I was irritated to say the least. I was ordering 3 ice creams and taiyaki to go. I knew she would have been faster taking my order them me trying to figure it out. During that time, she took a few people's orders and then started working on their orders, so I stood there for quite some time until she would start my order. This really irritated me since she could have just taken my order and it would have been much quicker and I wouldn't have had to wait near as long. BTW I'm usually a self check-out girl, I normally prefer it, but for something that I knew would be faster with an employee I wanted an actual person taking my order. The ice cream was good, as always with Somisomi. I did not appreciate the lack of service. I've been to at least 4 other locations is southern California and never had an experience like this.
