Had an ok experience. I got drip coffee and a cheese danish. The coffee was ok and danish as well. They didn't offer to toast it for me, I had to ask. I was here with friends. They found their food and drinks fine as well. Generally, everything was satisfactory, but we had to ask for napkins. All 3 of us for food items and none of us got napkins. We had to ask. So while the staff was friendly, just dropping a star for service. If you're looking for a quick coffee and food stop this would be as ok a stop as any. read more

This place was really great! If you're leaving the airport and need a place to stop, this is the place! The service was really great and they were very personable. This place is a bit on the slower side so if you're in a rush maybe not, but well worth the wait. The breakfast sandwich I had was really affordable and tasted great! It was also very filling for only costing around $7. The cinnamon roll pastry was $5 and loved it too. For the same price you'd pay at a big chain shop for a venti and one of their sad little sandwiches, you can get better food, coffee, and service at Impresso Espresso plus the staff are super friendly which is a big reason why I keep coming back. read more

First thing is the owner opened the door for us to let us in, which to me was a great sign of the owner's pride in the store and that he pays attention when customers show up. We got a bagel breakfast sandwich and a bagel with cream cheese. Someone, a reviewer, said "had to ask to toast" - I think that's because they automatically toast them - ours was toasted, no problem and very delicious. My boyfriend said, "it takes skill to make something simple so delicious" and it's true. The coffee was very good as well; on par with any coffee shop. Yes, as some reviewers mentioned, there do seem to be a lot of regulars and it might not be a place to sit for quiet - it's a bustling location, and rightly so. They take care of their customers. Stopped by this morning 1/19 for coffee. My first time here. Got me a nice hot 24oz coffee, a delicious chocolate donut, and a cold beverage from the cooler box. The two fellas working behind the counter are truly amazing, friendly, and world class in their customer service. They each spoke with a genuine smile you could hear in their voices, see in their faces, and sense in their energy. This place is definitely recommended and I'll be stopping by again.
