I absolutely love mochi donuts so I know I'll naturally love this place. And WHAT they sell Korean dogs and boba drinks too?!! I'm sold! Super friendly staff. It's conveniently located upstairs with the rest of the food options the mall offers.

I really enjoyed my ube flavored mochinut. I also ordered an oatmilk latte and that was just ok, but got the job done.

Picked up doughnuts from here a few times, they are fine. Nothing wild- consistent. Last time I was here, the line was super long.

Tacky! You add a tip to my order at the self serve order, omg! You have to hit "Custom" and zero out the tip if you wish not to tip! Sorry, not sorry but I usually do not tip when I am doing all the work myself, so tacky! Thanks for the trap of adding a tip to my order when that was not my intention.

I've never been big on any kind of doughnut, but I really enjoyed Dochi so I decided to go ahead and give Mochinut a try last time I was in the mall. Customer service is not a thing here. I had to use a touch screen to order. No one talked to me, I don't even think they really looked at me...and I was still asked to tip??? The best part is I didn't see a "no tip" so I clicked on custom, which suggested $1. No. Just no. They offered a 3 pack of donuts, which really is the perfect number. I went with ube, churro caramel, and cheesecake. Overall pretty okay mochi donuts with good flavour. The texture is a little bit heavier than I'd expect; the texture of the cheesecake one especially, so dense it reminded me of bread. No customer service and okay doughnuts. Overall I don't see myself coming back.

Amazing! An absolute must try dessert! Not often do I taste something that immediately makes me think five stars. This is so much more than just a doughnut. This is something different and amazing. Let's all be honest and put Krispy Kreme as the best fresh doughnut the Northwest has. This might not be as soft , but is very close and the flavor and taste is something different than any other donut I've had

Have of course passed this spot many times while on the way to and from the cinema upstairs. Usually there is a long line and I don't want to wait while everyone struggles to navigate the self-order screen. Finally, though, the counter was not busy and I went for it. The latte was very good - although I asked for hot and got cold - I think many places and people assume you want it cold for some reason. I liked the flavors they had for the mochi donuts and found the presentation especially pleasing - the way they put the donuts in a little convenient hand carrying (and eating) container; the small accents they put on some of the donuts. I got creme brulee and passion fruit. The creme brulee was very tasty. The passion fruit was very fruity! I found them somewhat more cakelike than other mochi donut places - which was fine! - and I also found that they didn't keep well - so eat them when you get them! This spot has a nice corner location. The service is medium - with the self order situation, I think the folks behind the counter tend to disconnect with you.

This establishment needs to get a reality check especially with their lack of customer service! The food is ok, but nothing special and is overshadowed by the underwhelming customer experience. The lack of human touch can really be frustrating for the customer. They try to make the experience fully automated with their touchscreen ordering process that is totally impersonable. They have workers standing around while customers struggle a their machines to place orders. They don't monitor the fact that their machines malfunction and don't process credit card payments until customers are pulling out their hair. The final straw was that they refused to provide ice water after purchasing tons of food! And to have the audacity to include a tip line is utterly ridiculous! Please review your customer service practices!!!

Located in the south center food court. They have a self ordering kiosk which moves fast. Got the Korean hot dog - half and half with sugar and mustard. Pretty good!

Can I just say their potato half and half is the best thing on earth? It made me so hooked on to it and kept going back for more. When I brought my bf or friends and now they are always craving for it. They made my cheese pull dreams came true because it never worked on pizza or other dish. They always freshly made and it's so crispy and fresh. I love that they sprinkle some sugar on it. Donu

We need more of these around. Not a lot!! But more! They not only sell donuts but also make the popular Korean fried dogs. I wasn't in the mood for one of those but my spouse was. He ordered the half meat half cheese and I ordered a mochinut. I was so anxious to try one of these after seeing them everywhere and listening to the kids go on and on about them lol I can't remember what flavor I got but it was delicious. I truly didn't know what to expect as far as flavor and texture but I was stunned! Kind of of the donut side with airy crispy-ness. I could probably sit and eat two of these, no problem! But not more than that because they're pretty sweet. I would love to see more options. Only draw back was that it took awhile to get my 1 mochinut lol

UBE Deluxe Fresh Milk w/Boba

Saw an ad from their Instagram and was interested in the ube milk tea. Turns out it's ube with fresh milk. I've had their hotdogs before and it's pretty good but didn't know they made drinks so wanted to try it out. Ube was VERY rich and creamy and blended very well with the milk to make an ube milk basically. Boba was surprisingly soft. Drink was a 10/10 would def try their other drinks. We went on a Sunday and customer service was fast too! Pleasantly surprised!

Located inside the food court of the South Center Mall. Expect long lines. Be patient. The donuts are pretty good. It has some dense-ness to it the I am not used to. Kinda reminds me of 3 day old donuts that turn dense. LOL! But of course this tastes good. I really like fresh donuts that sorta melt in your mouth and is less dense. That's what I'm used to. With the Mochinut, I feel full a lot faster then Krispy Kreme. My daughter, sister and I also like the Korean dogs. The best is the full mozzarella dog. The half sausage and cheese is alright. We initially thought it was a full dog with the cheese alongside but it isn't. It's literally half sausage on top, half cheese on bottom. Overall, great place.

A Seattle dog is a quintessential food item while visiting Seattle. I am happy to say the Dog In The Park Seattle Dog lived up to my expectations. A crispy grilled dog, cream cheese, and plenty of grilled veggies. There are loads of toppings to choose from, too, but the young man serving up the dogs recommended just plain for the first time to really get the classic experience. I think some light mustard and maybe some saurkraut would have been a great addition. Friendly service and good recommendations for a first-timer, though. This was during Sakura Con, and for being one of several food stands occupying real estate around the Seattle Convention Center Arch Building, it gets a ton of traction. Big props to the lone server and cook who was taking orders back and forth from my friends and I and others who rushed to grab some food; he was cooking, taking payments and answering questions all throughout the time we were there. No seating or restrooms available here as it's outside. They were also out of vegan hot dogs, which didn't sit too well with one of my friends. For the Seattle Dog, it's a regular hot dog with caramelized vegetables in a somewhat lightly crispy bun and topped with some cream cheese. Hot dog was so good, vegetables added an extra savory tone that complimented the hot dog, and bun was so tasty I could have asked for another Seattle Dog, though each totals up to $10 before tax, which sounds pretty pricey for a hot dog. Regardless I would still come back here during conventions if I don't want to have anything inside the convention center itself.
