The bun is fresh with a good amount of sauce, I'd def come here just for the sandwich, even though their DRINKS are delicious too! Adjustable sweetness and ice level on the tea, and the owner was so nice, he came by with a free sample of their new strawberry dubai chocolate, and it was amazing. The lavender milk tea was very fragrant, and the peach oolong I got as my third drink (hehe), was also delicious. The boba is chewy and cooked very nicely too! This store is so generous and kind. They support local artist events, kpop cup sleeves, j-fashion meet-ups, love&deep space birthdays, holiday events, Pokemon trading events...and so much more for the community. What happened to the "mochi" in Mochinut?…read more These used to actually have that sticky, stretchy, glutinous-rice chew that made mochi donuts worth buying. Now they taste like regular donuts that briefly heard about mochi from a friend. Barely chewy, way more floury, soft and bready, and honestly not much different from a normal donut anymore besides the shape and the price. If your entire brand name is MOCHINUT, maybe the mochi part shouldn't be missing in action. At this point they should just rename it "Donut" because the mochi clearly got laid off. Bring back the old texture. I'm not paying mochi-donut prices for a regular donut doing cosplay.

The sandwich came out warm, they sauté the tofu in a sauce, which I'm guessing is oyster sauce and it gives it a lot more flavor. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. If you don't know what a Bubble Waffle is known as an egg waffle that is being severed all around Asia and is lighter then typical western style waffles. They look very similar to large bubble wrap (the popping kind). The owner(s) of the Puft has put their own personal touches to the menu. Mixing East and West flavours. There were such a variety that I wanted to try them all, but had to settle with the Deluxe Ube Bubble Waffle. Ube is a purple yam that is indigenous to the Philippines and is trending hard here in North America. With friendly service and conversations with the staff, we received our bubble waffle covered in whip cream, two large scoops of ube ice cream and a beautiful dusting of ube powder. Did I mention that the waffle also contained ube? It was a purple plethora of ube goodness. Check out the menu on their website.
