One of the best ice cream I've tried so far. Huge scoop, strong flavor with amazing gooey texture, takes them awhile to melt not like other places too watery. The staffs are well trained and give you big spoon to try out if you're not sure about the flavor. Located inside Muckleshoot Casino to the right if you're entering from the parking garage. The line was long but moves pretty quick. We ordered the chocolate and maple nut. Both flavors were really good! The chocolate had a smooth, rich cocoa flavor. I think I saw their ice cream tubs labeled the "Umqua" ice cream brand. They're very generous on the scoops! Each of us ordered one scoop on a waffle cone ($4.50 each) and it was technically almost a double scoop. They were nice and gave us a cup to hold the ice cream cone too since there was so much. Minus 1 star because they were out of a lot of flavors by 9PM. We only had 4 flavors to choose from. Right when we got our ice cream, they decided to bring out four new batches of different flavors which I probably would have opted instead had they brought it out sooner :/ read more

This new addition (or old reinvention) has been a nice combination of the previous sweet shoppe that existed right before covid ....... While adding the greatest thing about the original sweet shoppe that was located middle south in the casino shortly after it's inception in 1997 which is ICE CREAM! This time they are using the quality of dryers ! What a treat. In addition to the sweete shoppe it's also good to know that between 7am and 11pm at the deli you can get a milkshake as well , vanilla, chocolate , strawberry and my favorite HUCKLEBERRY!!!!! The workers at this place need help from management. It's a little pitiful the apparent confusion and lack of customer service. When I went in tonight there was at least four ice cream flavors missing. I saw the door to the back open with tons of fresh cartons sitting by the door. I asked the young man if I could have some chocolate from the back and he scoffed and said "if you wait 40 minutes" I said "it takes you 40 minutes to walk four feet to grab a carton" then he told me to come back later. I am usually not the one to complain about things like this or write horrible reviews, but I had to on this one. I come to this Muckleshoot Sweet Shoppe specifically for their ice cream! They have the biggest scoop of ice cream for the cheapest price ever. Not only that, but the they have good quality ice cream. I don't come here all the time, but I come here enough to know how big one scoop should be. This past Sunday, the kids wanted ice cream, so we drove miles just to the Muckleshoot sweet shoppe for some ice cream. I ordered the kids 1 scoop each -- & like I said, they are ginormous. Then we ordered ours -- two scoops. When the lady was done scooping my ice cream, I could already tell that it was not the regular two scoops, it looked more like one. It exactly like the amount of ice cream that the kids had. When we got to the checkout stand, I told her that all the scoops looks alike, and she insisted that the only reason why was because my cup was bigger. LOL, I wasn't there to play optical illusion. The medium cup is BARERLY bigger than the small cup, and like I said, I have been here enough to know the difference between one and two and even three scoops. Because I did not want to argue over ice cream, I just let it go. ***But I was HIGHLY disappointed. We drove all the way there for this purpose and the cashier lady did not give me money or times worth. HER NAME WAS JACEY, BTW! I was not happy with her. Also, all the ice cream looked melted, and I asked her why. She said it was because it was "soft serve." Like really? The ice cream never looked like that before. She had flavors that were out, which she should keep stalked because this little shop is popular for their ice cream. I give this experience a 1, but the shoppe itself gets a 5. I will be back, but will definitely make sure I have a better server. If she is there I will ask for someone else. read more
