The empanada had the perfect crunch without being overly crispy, and the ratio of meat, veggies, and egg was just right. Paired with their spicy vinegar? The perfect combination. The restaurant itself was cozy and cute, with a good selection of Filipino favorites. But let's be honest... I was there specifically for the Ilocos empanada, and it did not disappoint.
