Sorted bins by color & type (tires, bionicle, etc). Separate bins for different priced items (wall panels, windows, jet and boat parts, etc). A build your own minifig bin, and a pretty extensive collection of minifigs from various themes in the case. They do buy some used sets but are particular so talk to staff first. A good assortment of built as-is sets in display cases, ask staff for details first. They also come to near by schools for Lego build nights, great folks supporting the community with fun activities.

Unfortunately some of these shops sell re-purposed antiques, which I find annoying and hate. This one is not that way. We had some obligatory endearing haggling and in the end they offered me a fair price for my beloved items.
