Moonshot Coffee had been a long time bookmark, knowing it is related to Burien Press. I had the opportunity to enjoy yet another visit to White Center and take in a popular dessert spot, enjoy a pizza slice, and finally experience a well crafted mocha here (5/31/25). I liked the interior - bright, lots of healthy plants, and ample availability of either counter or table seating. The barista was really pleasant and crafted a well balanced 16oz mocha that I savored onsite and with my drive onward to West Seattle, then Shoreline. Love that Moonshot Coffee felt genuine, great service, and experienced an amazing mocha.

My mom and I popped by on our way out of Seattle heading to the airport. This little coffee shop is super cute, on a cool looking street in south Seattle! There was one barista working and he was very kind and helpful, and he made our drinks very fast. They have some really cool sounding seasonal drinks; one of them I really wanted to try sadly wasn't available anymore when I came (they were out of the flavoring) but I still had a really bomb lavender Earl grey latte. My mom got a breve as well and QUITE enjoyed it, as well as a warm butter pastry with strawberry jam. They have restrooms available for customers, and free back-in parking out front. Overall would definitely come again if in the area! The fall/winter seasonal drinks sound most bomb to me so hope I can catch that sometime.

A wonderful looking bakery case with fresh, in house made pastries!

I finally got to try Moonshot Coffee which was a bit of a challenge to accomplish because we are always in the White Center neighborhood in the evening and this coffee shop is closed by then. We instantly liked what we had here and the service was always very good on our first visit despite it being quite busy and a festival. We had some refreshing iced coffee drinks. I had an Iced Vanilla Latte which was quite good! But what really makes Moonshot unique is that their pastries are made in house from what one of the batistas said and indeed that was the impression I had after eating a cookie I purchased here. It was so very good and tasted so fresh. The cookie was a Snickerdoodle cookie. I would absolutely love to come back but it would need to be during the day and our evening meetings here prevent us from going here more often. But perhaps we may just need to fit in a day trip on a weekend to get another visit in.

What a cute gem found on 16th street. The coffee shop was quaint and full of people on a Saturday afternoon. There are 4 tables and a bar seating. The shop was full with of greenery to give it a homie vibe. Eggnog latte was their holiday special. The drink was flavorful and a good balance of coffee vs eggnog. Lovely latte art.

Moonshot Coffee is a solid small, coffee shop in the White Center business district. If you're looking for coffee that isn't Starbucks and want to support a small business in the area, then look no further. Moonshot Coffee will have what you're looking for. I've been to Moonshot Coffee a few times while in the area and it's always been a pleasant experience with very friendly staff here. The space inside isn't the largest, so if you're looking to work from here, get here early or visit during the latter part of the day. There are only a few tables and chairs set up. In addition to a classic coffee menu with seasonal drinks, they sell tea, pastries and have a great selection of beer, wine and other drinks in their refrigerated area. Many people come here just to get a cold beverage while in the area, so it's worth checking out if you're on the go and need to get some beer and wine. But the main reason why people come here, for the coffee, is solid. I've never had a bad drink here. Support Moonshot Coffee when you're in White Center.

We just landed in Seattle, and stopped here on the way to meet friends. This place was everything I wanted, baristas were so lovely and helpful, the pastries were amazing, and coffee was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. We didn't need them, but the savory options looked amazing too. This was a great stop!

Cute shop. Customer service was good and the girl was very informative explaining the drinks. I got the golden milk and asked if it was strong in Tumeric taste and she said it was bold so I opt for that instead of the coffee. When I got it, it tasted more like just frothy milk with a hint of Tumeric. I may try the coffee options instead next time.

Cute little coffee spot in Seattle. Came here on a rainy Tuesday afternoon. The cafe itself is quaint. Decorated in plants and looks straight from my dream Pinterest board. The staff was really welcoming and chill. They have tons of merch and items from local vendors (including free condoms for winkwink). Feel free to also bring in cans to support their local food drive. The rain will not stop me from getting my latte iced. I will quit my day job for a good cardamom latte. My go to! Check out the other drinks on their specials. The cardamom syrup they use is one of the best that I've tasted. Not too overly sweet and the flavor stands out. Located in South Seattle. Back in parking spots on the street. No indoor seating.

Love their seasonal lavender drink. The lavender flavor is mild and is enough where it doesn't over power the matcha. The barista was friendly and the shop is very small and quaint. #supportlocalbusiness

I have been wanting to try this place for a while. I got the iced Cardi B (a latte with house-made…read morecardamom brown sugar syrup with espresso and almond milk) and my fiance an iced mocha. The first sip of the Cardi B, my eyes rolled back, and I nodded to how good it was. It's not too sweet (I ordered all of this online on their website for pick up and was not able to ask for it half sweet, but glad they didn't over-sweeten it). The cardamom flavor is prominent, so if you don't like that flavor, I'd choose something else. I also ordered some breakfast items. I got the Lil' Verda, which is a breakfast burrito on a flour tortilla with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, avocado, and salsa verde ( I also added sausage to it). It's pretty tasty! It's a big burrito for being on a medium flour tortilla. I got the fiancé a breakfast sandwich on a brioche bun (you can choose what bread you want; they even have gluten-free) that came with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and I added bacon for him (adding a meat was only $2, which is reasonable). As I said, I pre-ordered everything on their online ordering system. My order was ready when I got there as promised. The staff member who helped me was super nice and pointed out where the hot sauce (Tapatio) and straws were. They do have separate windows for ordering and pickup. If you order online, just head to the pick-up window. It is a little spendy (breakfast sandwich w/ added meat $10.75, burrito w/ added sausage $12.75, and two espresso drinks at roughly $8 and some change), however, everything is going up in price (Gas is up to $5.09 +), so take that as you will. Overall, it's a cute little spot nestled in a neighborhood. There is street parking, but it's in an area that isn't too hard to find parking, as it is further away from the very busy spots of West Seattle. I'd come back, perhaps take the fiancée there so we can enjoy it fresh.

I would absolutely give it SIX stars if I could for our experience! I got a hot hazelnut latte with banana syrup and my partner got one of the blackberry oat latte specials. We both thought our drinks were next level and we drink a lot of coffee. We had 3 pastries between us and they were all soo good especially the blackberry scone and the mixed berry galette. The staff were all very affable and efficient - the store was very busy being a Saturday morning, but we went through the whole process in under 10 minutes. We checked out the little back courtyard patio area and just soaked up the cozy neighborhood vibe. There was an amazing little gallery next door that I wanted to check out but we had to hit the road and couldn't wait till it opened. Ultimately, the assembly line model helped the line move quickly, allowed for more personable interactions, and the coffee beans that they use was so delicious that I'm ordering some for delivery when I get home. We were literally still talking about the coffee and that scone a day later!

It was so neat to see everyone baking in the back and to select a coffee and fresh pastry from their display. I opted for a ham and cheese croissant and their special coconut cloud cold brew. The croissant was interesting since it used cheddar cheese rather than Swiss and the coconut cloud was just okay. The best pastry that we shared was the kouign amann. Overall, we're big fans of Fresh Flours and will definitely come back to this location again.
