There were two vehicles in front of me, and I did have to wait about 12-15 minutes to get to order, but when I saw their menu, I could see why. Their drinks are absolutely showstopping. I mean, they had elephant ear whipped cream, come on! They had staple beverages along with seasonal beverages, and the barista was so kind and patient even though I didn't know what I wanted when I got there. I was able to make my choice and get my beverages within a few minutes. They were perfectly balanced and very delicious. Since it's a house kiosk style coffee stop, it's pretty quiet around, and the barista did make a bit of small talk. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and will definitely be back when we're next in the area!

Thanks to my fellow Yelpers, I stumbled across this location and I was extremely pleased. I had to exercise extreme restraint not to get any of the goodies in the dessert case. Definitely recommend visiting if you're near for some coffee. A treat for those who live nearby.

uncomfortable and embarrassing experience. I'm from Seattle,…read moreand I was happy to support a new local coffee shop. I even left a generous tip, but unfortunately, that did not seem to matter. I ordered something that I could clearly see they had available in the display. The employee took my money and told me they had it, but then she refused to give me what I ordered and instead tried to offer me something else. I felt like she wanted me to leave rather than serve me what I had paid for. The kitchen staff then brought me the replacement item, but it was very cold and was served with an unfriendly attitude. I was so uncomfortable and embarrassed that I ended up throwing it away. I cannot say for certain what the reason was, but I left feeling that I was treated differently because of the color of my skin. That is how the experience made me feel, and I think customers deserve to be treated with respect regardless of their race or background. I will not be returning. This was a very disappointing and hurtful experience, especially for my first visit. I understand that you were out of the item I wanted, and I would have appreciated a simple apology and explanation at the time. What upset me was not simply that you were out of the item. It was the way I felt I was treated after I had already paid, and the way the replacement item was brought to me. I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. I shared how the experience made me feel. Instead of telling me that I should be embarrassed, I would have appreciated you acknowledging my experience and simply saying, "I'm sorry you felt this way." I am not looking for an argument. I was hoping for an apology and respectful communication. I wish you and your business the best.

I can see why she has so many regulars here, bright and early every mornings. I had asked her to make me something yummy and pretty a few times, and she's always delivered! My absolute favorite drink is the Desert Pear, White Mango, Blue Lotus, and a splash of coconut milk. It's super gorgeous and tastes amazing.

The service was wonderful--the barista was welcoming, helpful, and patient while taking our order. We both ordered Americanos, and the espresso was top-notch. I also really appreciated that the restroom was clean and handicap accessible--such a thoughtful touch. I cannot recommend this place enough! I'll definitely be making this a regular stop whenever I'm in the area visiting the site of the famous Maury Island incident--the home of the alleged first 'Men in Black' encounter following the UFO sighting in June 1947.

Today however, I was desperate for some good coffee while on my way home. The kiosk itself is really cute, and I really enjoyed the dog theme and decor. All the drinks are named after types of dogs as well. As an animal rescuer myself, I felt right at home. I personally drove in, but I did see that this kiosk was adapted to also take up walk-up customers which is great. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up, and I could tell the barista was genuinely happy to be there. I always greet baristas with a smile on my face, but sometimes you can tell the employees don't want to be there, and try to rush you through your order. But this was not the case. The small talk was pleasant, never forced, and not invasive either. She was super helpful and pleasant, and with the customer service I received at this location alone would make me want to return. The drink itself was really yummy - I drink a lot of coffee and frequent a lot of coffee shops, and my one pet peeve is when the menu says it's flavored a certain way but it's not obvious when you taste it. And here I tasted the red velvet! Yet somehow it was not overly sweet. I think what would have made this a five-star location for me would have been if they had a rotating seasonal menu with several options to choose from. Normally, I go to Bigfoot Java specifically because I know every month I'll have three different seasonal drinks. (But their customer service is never consistent) I also ordered three cinnamon rolls which the barista kindly offered to warm for me and my kiddos. They were so delicious, and perfectly doughy. As a personal preference, I don't really enjoy it when the cinnamon rolls are tough on the exterior and only doughy in the very center of the role. But this one was perfectly uniform and the icing tasted of delightful cream cheese. Just a wonderful place to visit, so much for having me!

I've gotten a red bull Italian Soda from there before and I ordered a 20oz (they only do 20oz in hot drinks so I had to get a 24oz, which was totally fine) but it came out to $12 (before tip!) I knew I wouldn't order that from them again. Lol The two most recent times I've gone I've gotten a an iced white chocolate americano with cream. The first time the gal added some water (which you normally don't do, you allow the shots to melt the ice- which becomes your "water" on your Americano) no biggie because it wasn't a ton of water and it still had room for cream and a good amount of ice. This most recent time the girl working was talking to me about her day before and she happened to grab my cup, turn towards me, and as I saw the cup was almost half full of water, she poured a shot in it. I didn't want to say anything because she was still talking and I didn't want to be rude and interrupt but she continued to make the drink and when it was handed to me it was room temp towards the middle/bottom and the little bit of ice that was in it, was pretty much melted already. Disappointed in their coffee/drinks but would go back for the burrito lol
