The Ragnar's Club is a stellar concoction of herb roasted chicken breast, bacon, cheese, and apple jalapeño slaw. It's a delicious mess. The kind where things are happening all at once and every single thing is a good idea. Absolutely outstanding. On my most recent visit, I had the Fidel Cashflow, which features some of the most tender, perfectly seasoned pork belly I've had on a sandwich. It's like an Uber Cubano--familiar, comforting, but leveled up with serious execution. Two visits, two excellent sandwiches, which now has me fully convinced that everything on the menu is as good as it looks. I trust them. I would let them choose my sandwich destiny. Service is super friendly. You order at the counter, but you're met with genuine smiles and a helpful, welcoming attitude that makes you feel like you made a very good life choice. I have had this truck on my bookmarks for a while and I am so glad I got to try them out at the Kent Nerd Party! I love that they had a themed menu where they had their usual items but gave them geeky names to fit the theme of the event. I got their Po Mo'fo with the mac salad and side of their roasted potatoes and coleslaw. Now here is where I had my biggest issue is that the service was very lacking, the person taking my order didn't greet or read back my order, they got my order wrong by giving my side with my sandwich wrong and the original side order got put into the small box instead. I was really hungry and already annoyed with the lack of service so I just let it slide but it is upsetting when I ordered things specifically and it wasn't heard or done correctly. The potatoes were okay, not as flavorful or good as I thought they'd be. The coleslaw and mac salad were absolutely delicious and I really wish my mac salad was the one that came with my sandwich as I originally ordered as I ate most of it. We ordered the shrimp sandwich which comes with a side and we closed the curly fries. They were nice enough to split the sandwich and side in half since we were sharing. The sandwich itself was good. The bread was grilled, crunchy but soft. The ingredients were spot on. JUST spicy enough and full of flavor. Today, I finally made it into the shop in Burien. After a 20 min wait - they warned us so fair enough - I had the same sandwich, but not the same. Completely different taste and satisfaction. Feel free to ask them to take out chorizo or substitute with a veggie patty. I personally loved it with the chorizo, chicken - all flavors blend really well nothing over powering but its a feast in your mouth. Even their Telera roll is so fresh and tasty. Their waffle fries are to die for and I like their tater tots as well. Even though they had a huge line of folks waiting to get their food, service was awesome and really quick.
