This is a great place at the end of Park Ave, and perfect for people watching! The food here is great! Some people might say that the burgers are on the "small" side, but I think that they are the PERFECT size, especially with all the other goodies that you can add to them! After my last review, I was contacted by BurgerFi management who offered their sincerest apologies for the problem I experienced at my last visit. I revisited BurgerFi a couple of days ago. I enjoyed my visit. I ordered a cheeseburger with parmesan and herb fries. The fries were slightly overcooked. They were not too busy and the manager came around to each table to make sure all needs were met. I appreciate the management reaching out to me and wanting to make things right. read more

I come here pretty often, there's something about the beef. I know it's grass-fed, and perfectly cooked, so that's probably why its so good. I love the burgers here very much. I really liked BurgerFi - yes, it is a tad overpriced for the size of the burgers, but I would be back there in a heartbeat! Excellent, fresh & delicious. They have a cute "BurgerFi" logo stamp grilled into the burger bun, I appreciated that creativity & extra crispyness. And they sell beer, so naturally my husband loves this place - good food, and good beer! I will say that we paid, I think, $.60 extra to have cajun seasoning on our fries. I wouldn't do that again, it wasn't very good & it was like they literally took cajun powder seasoning and sprinkled it on top of our fries, not tossed or anything. Loved the burgers here! The fries were great too, and I liked the fact that you could customize them. It's in a really nice part of winter park and it's nice just to sit outside and enjoy a burger and beer in a nice part of town. Bf complained that the burger was a little small for his liking but I think the taste makes up for it. All in all, a good burger joint. read more

Onion rings. I should just end it there but I should add that their veggie burger option is pretty above average as far as that type of fare (commercial veggie option) goes. Those onion rings are the stuff of legend. Star gets taken off for speed of service... It's pretty inconsistent. read more

The service was friendly, especially the owner/manager guy. He brought us a small sample of custard to try after we had a few questions about their concrete. Managers who actually WORK side by side with their employees shows a lot. The burgers were on-par with Five Guys and the fries were super crispy and well seasoned. The onion rings were decidedly a bust though, as the paper bowl that ours came in contained at least 1/4c of fryer oil at the bottom. I get the novelty of having massive rings that are 4xs the thickness of normal ones, and the actual onion was surprisingly cooked through, but if the execution is poor, it's a fail. Also am confused about how they serve their food. I dined with one other person, but all of our food came on one tray. Wouldn't one tray for each person be more "green" than forcing the tray-less to coat their space with a layer of paper napkins to eat off of? In all, probably will be back when it's not so busy. This place is such a cool concept. I love that they have a brand they grill onto the buns. They also have a neat way of delivering the food. You get a buzzer at the register but instead of coming around calling out numbers or screaming your name you put the device in the center of the table on this pad and it tells them where we are sitting. Pretty cool! I got a single cheeseburger on the lettuce bun so I could have some of their gigantic onion rings. The rings have an unusual breading that is almost like panko or asian-ish tasting. Pretty yummy. The BurgerFi sauce is a MUST! At some point you absolutely need to try the BAD Burger (Breakfast All Day). It has an egg, bacon, hashbrowns all on a burger. It's so unique to BurgerFi and a must try. We also had a red velvet concrete which was just average. Nothing special. They do however have cool Coke machines where you can get a thousand different kinds of drinks. read more

The size is perfect, not too big, but not small...the buns are YUM & the menu options are fun & exciting. I choose not to eat burgers & greasy foods, but when I get the opportunity to eat at a place like this, I sometimes over-gush. Very disappointing visit today, January 13. Line out the door and one terminal staffed while the 'manager' was supposedly working the grill. Staffed appeared as they were bored or did not care. Ran out of ice, both lemonade dispensers empty, etc. Upon placing the order I mentioned to the polite staff at the terminal that she could use some help up front. It appears that 'uber eats' and 'dine in' customers compete for attention from the kitchen. The food is otherwise good and a great location. Strongly encourage the owner/operator to keep a manager in front of the shop to manage the customer experience during peak times on a weekend especially. Heres hoping you can get it right for the next customer. read more

My experience at BurgerFi on Park Avenue was a positive one! They offer some tasty burgers. The restaurant is on Park Ave. so burger prices might be a little above average, but totally worth it! They usually have specials on their beers, which I like a lot! The restaurant is often packed with people, so finding a place to eat your burger might be difficult. Check it out for yourself! I placed an order for a shake, small fries & quinoa burger for delivery. I would normally just go myself but unfortunately my car was stolen a few months ago when I moved to Orlando. I received 1 voicemail, 4 phone calls, & another call from the driver. They each verbatim said the same thing. I felt like I was living in Bizarro World. They said the shake/ ice cream maker was broken again & told me they were going to cancel my order. I made it clear that I wanted the food because it was for my child. The shake was an extra add on but the meal was her dinner. The girl assured me that she'd just take off the shake since the machine isn't working. However, I then received a voicemail as well as two other phone calls from BurgerFi employees and then I also received a phone call from the delivery person. Each one of those people said that they were canceling my order because they didn't have the shake. The girl I spoke to either didn't actually update the order in the system or none of the employees communicate with one another. regardless of which one it is it is extremely unprofessional and it is unacceptable. Then the person delivering the food called me and again stated there's no shake so should she take the order back and have them refund my money. I explained the entire situation to her and she told me that no one relayed any of that information when she picked it up. I was a trainer for TGI Fridays 4 years and I can tell you that there is no way any of my employees would have gotten away with any of that. It's not like it's even something difficult for the people who work for you to grasp. I feel like a twelve-year-old can grasp the idea of communication. BurgerFi is dealing with people's money and to have four separate people not have a clue what to do with the money that you've already paid them is a serious issue that needs to be rectified. If I could give them zero Stars I would. I will never eat at that establishment again. read more

I love this place it is so great! I had the 1/2 and 1/2 burger one beef one quinoa patty and it was fantastic! My hubby got the BAD burger and while he prefers the egg runny he said this was delicious hash browns on a burger yummo! We shared well done urban fries and a chocolate peanut butter concrete. Ironically, I gave been meaning to go to Burgerfy in the NY area for months, because I kept gearing how great it was. But was in Winterpark, looking with my husband and brother for a place to eat and this place had great outdoor seating. The menu was great, familiar but still unique. Our table had a veggie burger, a specialty hot dog onion rings, and if course French fries and onion rings. Only thing missing surprisingly was an option to get a burger as a salad. Great cheeseburger and the atmosphere is nice. We got the alternate burger which is apparently on their secret menu. It's pretty much burgerfi sauce mixed in with onions, mustard, and cheese. I gave it a 3 star because the service was bad. The cashier was clueless and kept repeating the order wrong. The service was also slow. I'm a fan of burgerfi but won't be coming to this location again! read more
