I absolutely love coming to this Charleys Philly Steaks, and a huge reason why is Antonio! I literally drive out of my way just to come to this location because the customer service is that good. Antonio is always friendly, welcoming, and makes every visit enjoyable. He's also hilarious and somehow manages to make me laugh every time I'm there. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his work. The food is always great, but Antonio is what keeps me coming back. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, he consistently goes above and beyond. Charleys is lucky to have him, and he deserves recognition for the amazing job he does! read more

Really enjoyed the Philly cheesesteak and bacon cheese fries! The cheesesteak was huge and did not skimp on toppings, and it came out super hot and fresh. The bacon cheese fries were also really good, the fries and bacon were a little soft and could've been crispier, but they were still hot and fresh so I enjoyed them regardless. read more

Terrible people. Ordered through doordash and they gave someone else my order. My thoughtful dasher tried convincing them to make another for me and they completely refused. Keep in mind I was waiting an hour prior to this even happening. This same issue with doordash has happened with me in the past, although in those cases the restaurants went out of their way to make up for the mistake. This is not how you run a business! Tonight I ordered via Uber two cheesesteak subs.I checked to add banana peppers. The subs I received had Mayo, lettuce, pickle and tomato, all of which I do not eat. The description of the subs clearly states "this cheesesteak comes with optional, lettuce,mayo,tomato and pickle.After posting a complaint I received a call from both an employee and John, the General Manager.They both tell me that if you don't want this items on your sandwich you must check. No mayo,no pickle, etc.I kept askingwhat the word optional meant in the description and they both kept stating that the sandwich came with those,items,and you have to say no to each item. Am I wrong? To me, optional means you must ask for those items. What say you? The General Manager was nice enough to offer to replace: my sub anytime, which I appreciate. Excellent customer service! An older gentleman alerted me to download the app to get a coupon. I did so and the app wasn't showing any deals. He told me where to scan and that it could still be a deal available and there was. It was for $3! I'm also indecisive and he suggested one of the new sandwiches. Yummy in my tummy!!!! Another young guy rung me up and he was also so friendly and patient as I stood by to download the app and figure out what I wanted. Charleys was great, my first time. The experience was good. Friendly staff, clean lobby. Sandwich was messy, but what good sandwich isn't. My husband had the boneless wings. He wanted bone in, but it was a 15 minute wait. The boneless were good too though. The fries were good an crispy just like l like them. My Philly cheese steak was very good an fresh. Now open!! I'm super excited they're open in the neighborhood. It's something nice going to a brand new restaurant that's super clean. Everyone is wearing a mask and gloves. The Philly cheese steaks are really good. The wings on the menu are also good. I've only tried the classic Nashville hot and Thai chili. Neither are super hot. The staff are all very friendly. I can't imagine what the small sub looks like by the size we received. paid the extra and it was super small. ordered two shakes. not sure what happened but was drinking my strawberry and thought it was sour. thought just the strawberries. then my husband asked if my shake tasted funny because he thought his chocolate shake was sour. Charley's Philly Steaks is a chain of fast casual dining joints that specialize in philly cheese steak sandwiches and chicken wings. I've never been to a Charley's in my life, and since my friend and I were craving wings this evening, we decided to give their new location on E. Colonial a shot. They have the option to order online for pickup, so that's what we did. We decided on the "Meal Pack" which consists of 15 wings, your choice of two sauces (we got garlic parm sauce and angry ghost, one safe choice and one heavy choice), a side of fries, and two drinks. All of that for about $25? Sounds like a good deal to me for two friends to munch on! We got there about 20 minutes after we placed our order, and they said they were still working on the wings. I'm patient, so I didn't give it much thought and took a seat. A few minutes later, an employee came over and told us they misunderstood our order. They prepared 50 wings instead of 15 (Whaaa....?) but they were just gonna give us the wings and not charge anymore. Well, dang, that's a mistake that I won't complain about! However, and here's where I had to knock off a star, apparently there is some miscommunication between their website and their store. The ticket for the store never specified a side of fries even though it was stated on the website. I kinda felt bad speaking up about it because they just gifted us 2 weeks worth of wings but I still wanted the fries, ya know? The employee reviewed the ticket and said that the fries weren't part of the deal, but he would prepare us a side of fries anyway. Cool! The food was pretty good. The wings were breaded and sauced nicely. The ghost flavor wasn't as hot as I thought it would be, but that just might be my tolerance talking. Each wing had a good amount of meat to it, and the sauces were pretty tasty. Everyone in there was wearing the proper protective COVID-19 gear, and the inside seemed pretty clean in general. I mean, getting 50 wings instead of 15 should disqualify from me complaining about anything, but I still feel like there are some kinks they need to work out between their online ordering and the restaurant itself. It wasn't a negative experience at all, and I totally plan on coming back and trying their signature cheese steak sandwiches. If you're looking for a wing night, Charley's isn't a bad choice at all. But they're new and seem to be still working through growing pains, so cut them some slack. Meanwhile, it looks like I'm going to be eating chicken wings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the next week or two. read more
