I love that the food is made fresh to order. The bake their own bread and you can taste the freshness. Came in today for the Friday special - regular size tuna fish with chips and a drink- $11.50 ( see picture for other daily specials )The servers quickly made our subs on the rosemary parm bread that they make in house. The restaurant is very clean and just light music in the background.

Its a solid sub spot. I just needed a quick sandwich fix and i wasnt disappointed the service was good, nothing in particular to write home about. The restaurant was clean and not crowed for lunch. I enjoyed my food while listening to a podcast. They were a tad heavy on the lettuce but that is me reaching

this is not white bread, get your emplyees some glasses Jersey Mikes!! :(

Used the wrong bread on my order. Bread is the most important part, the wrong bread made the sandwitch completely inedible! :(

I wouldn't here one afternoon because I had a birthday coupon and I need to use it. My coupon gives me a free sub and a 22 ounce drink at no charge. I was promptly greeted by young man behind the counter. I ordered a Big Kahuna sub on wheat bread. This is basically a cheesesteak sub with some jalapeño peppers added to it. I also requested some bacon. I had a seat, and I could hear them cooking the beef. A few minutes later the young man that took my order, brought my sandwich to me at the table. I was not expecting this nice little touch. Did I mention they did not charge me for the bacon either. This was a win-win situation for everybody. No matter what jersey Mike's location I go to, the service is always spectacular. The subs are good too. By the way, I am married to a New Jersey girl. She says that the subs are legit, New Jersey style.

I'm a self-proclaimed sandwich aficionado and although the first time I tried a Jersey Mike's sub, it was just "meh," I decided to give it another shot (and then another one) since my dad raves about this place. And my "meh" original opinion still stands. This Jersey Mike's is in a shopping plaza almost next door to a Publix (whose subs are way above "meh" by the way) and the Jersey Mike's sign was not lit, so I was squinting my eyes trying to see if I saw people inside. The smaller "open" sign, however, was on so I went on in. The staff (both times I went this past week) were not friendly and seemed bored (or maybe tired? Either way - "meh" reigns). The first time I was in the mood for a turkey and cheese cold sub ( the picture got linked to another location since I guess I checked into the wrong Jersey Mike's - oopsie!). The turkey was too salty (do nitrates have a taste?) and this is coming from someone who salts almost everything. I decided that maybe this was a fluke, so I returned a few days later and this time got the turkey club with ham sub concoction. The meat was a little less salty, but I think they might have added more mayo than the first time, which could also have muted the salty taste. I also didn't see mustard anywhere there and did not ask (just in case it's like a don't-you-dare-ask-for-ketchup-for-a-Chicago-dog type situation), but that might have also enhanced the flavor. The main thing that my dad likes about Jersey Mike's, is that they slice the meat fresh for every sandwich and they're also pretty quick to get your order prepared. But, I think I'll mostly stick to my beloved "Pub sub."

Couldn't wait any longer... had to try it before taking a pic

This has quickly become my favorite sub shop and favorite location! The staff is always so friendly & helpful. Today I came in and the store was spotless. I ordered & had my food in less than 5 minutes. The cashier told me about the deals for local students & suggested I register for the reward program since I'm here frequently. I was very impressed with their professionalism & courtesy. The food is amazing! I got the regular philly since I've heard so many good things about it. I was not disappointed! They cook up the meat and veggies so it is steaming hot when you get it. The meat and cheese were very flavorful & the bread is soft and perfect! Great job guys!!!

I love Jersey Mike's and before this location opened I had to drive all the way to the UCF area to enjoy their subs. However, last week I was about to order my sub online and pick it up at the super far away location, when I realized they just opened a new one in Winter Park...AWESOME! The subs here are great, service is fast, and it is in an incredibly convenient location (next to Publix, and acroos from Target). Also, you can order online or on the phone at this location which is also convenient when you need to get back to work quickly.

Takes the time to tape up my bag but can't tell me they packed random chips I didn't order because they were out of mine.

Against my better judgment I gave this place another chance. This time I ordered on the app so I could walk in, grab my sandwich and leave. The app tells you 15 minutes. I waited in my car until two minutes after the 15 minutes. Well, I should have expected this from past visits, they didn't start my food. Not because they are busy, but because they are standing around. I wait the 4 minutes for my food. He hands me the bag taped up with stickers. I asked if the chips are in there. Yup, he says I leave. There's chips in there. Not the ones I wanted. I walk back in and of course the guy who helps me walks into the back leaving me with the second guy. I ask if they are out of what I ordered. He says yes. I tell him it would have been nice to be told that, he responds with I didn't tell you. You're right, you didn't, and either did your other coworker who took the time to tape up my bag like I wouldn't know. No receipt either. I've had issues here before. I took the time to file a complaint through the website. The owner doesn't care. It's a shame because they get business from being in a good location. Not because it's a well run location. Jersey Mike's is delicious as a franchise but this location isn't deserving of my money. I'm the idiot who went back but not again. I'll get my fix at a different location.

I stopped in after doing some shopping and placed my order online so it would be ready by the time I finished. I ordered the chicken club sandwich and a Dream Bar. It was after 8 p.m. on a Saturday, and the restaurant was pretty much empty. My order was ready ahead of the quoted pickup time, which I appreciated. However, the sandwich didn't quite live up to what I remember. The bread didn't taste as fresh as I expected, and the sandwich was lukewarm instead of warm and toasty like I've experienced at other locations. The Dream Bar was also not quite what I remembered. It didn't have the same richness or taste that made it a favorite for me in the past. I'm not sure if the time of day impacted the quality, but the overall experience just didn't match the Potbelly I remember from Chicago. That said, because I've had great experiences with this brand in the past, I'd be open to giving this location another try. First, the staff deserves credit--their energy and kindness were 10/10. The person I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The food itself was good, but I was disappointed that my order was made incorrectly. I specifically asked for only tomatoes and pickles on my burger, but it came with cheese and a sauce. Luckily, I was planning to eat just the patty, so I was able to rinse it off, but if I had intended to eat it as a regular burger, it would have completely ruined the meal as the bun was covered in the sauce. My sub was excellent, and I appreciated the staff's sauce recommendations. However, I was surprised that the homemade sauce came with a $1.10 charge for each side of sauce--that feels pretty excessive. To make matters worse, I didn't even receive one of the sauces I paid for. I understand they are homemade but it is a 1.5 oz container... My biggest disappointment, though, was the chips. It may sound minor, but when a meal is priced and advertised as a complete meal, you'd expect a reasonable portion. The "side" of chips was literally about seven whole chips' worth, mostly crushed into pieces. It was especially disappointing when compared to the portion of fries. Overall, the food has a lot of potential, and the staff was fantastic, but the incorrect order, extra sauce charges, missing sauce, and tiny chip portion really took away from the experience. My advice: upgrade the chips so you actually get a side, double-check your order before you leave (even if there's no one else in there) , and be aware that the sauces cost extra.

Incredibly disappointed in the TLB. I've been a fan for a long time, especially their dry aged…read moremeats, and am more than willing to pay for this type of product. Today, though, I noticed them selling Japanese Wagyu as: Sake Infused Dry Aged A9 Kobe Strip. This is a very scammy way of selling a product. First, meat is graded broadly on three scales - USDA (choice, prime), BMS (beef marbling scale - common in Aus), and the Japanese grading scale. (A1-A5, with most high end steaks being A4 or the gold standard, A5). https://meatnbone.com/blogs/the-clever-cleaver/meat-beef-grading-system-understanding A9 doesn't exist. A BMS 9 could be an A5. But this is mislabeled. They have also used the term A11 in their instagram account. Maybe they are confusing BMS for A-scale, or maybe they are intentionally trying to make their product seem better than competitors. Furthermore, not all Japanese Wagyu is Kobe beef. Kobe beef refers to Tajima cattle raised in Hyogo Japan. The export of this beef is highly regulated to only certain restaurants and purveyors, who will display a seal and certificate certifying the origin of the beef. It is rare, expensive, and most importantly, Bush Brothers (Local Butcher's wholesale purveyor) is not certified to sell, nor do they use in any way, the term Kobe Beef. So it is incredibly likely that this product is mislabeled. This isn't illegal (Kobe beef doesn't have a TM in the US), but it is disingenuous. https://www.kobe-niku.jp/en/contents/certification/index.html https://instagram.com/bushbros Next, "sake infused"is incredibly confusing. Is it referring to the myth that Kobe cattle are massaged with sake? Is it referred to the use of koji (fermented cooked rice) which is often used as an aging accelerant? Or did they really take Japanese Wagyu and infuse (inject, soak?) with sake? And why on earth would you do that!? It would be like making sangria with a bottle of DRC. This product is likely a A5 strip loin (which Bush Bros. does carry) that has been aged. Market price would be somewhere around $175-185/lb. (An unaged cut would be around $150/lb.) When I asked for more information on the most expensive cut of meat in their shop, I was treated with disdain and a dismissive attitude. Neither member of the staff could answer my questions other than to say "It's the highest grade of Kobe beef." To charge $215 dollars for a grade that doesn't exist, for a steak that isn't from Kobe, with an aging method that seems dubious at best, is disingenuous and plays on a lack of consumer knowledge. If The Local Butcher themselves don't know the differences here, they shouldn't sell this product. If they do, they should be ashamed of themselves.

She greeted me warmly as usual. Since I used to live in the Chicago-South Bend, IN area, I provided her a little garden flag from the Pierogi Festival I would attend when I was up in that area. She hung it proudly in her deli and thanked me for the gift. I thanked her for bringing authentic Polish food back into my life! I purchased the Polish kielbasa sausage again as well as the Polish ham. Both were exceptional the last time I purchased them. This time, I added frozen pierogies-one made with cheese and the other with sauerkraut. It reminded me of the pierogies my mom used to make, and I cannot wait to serve them for the holidays. I then asked Monica if she had any golabki (stuffed cabbage). She said, "I just made some fresh this morning." I purchased a package of three. It is a small store and unlike a lot of international markets the shelves are not jam packed with products. They have packaged groceries, prepared food and European cold cuts. I looked at some of the soups and gravy dry mixes. Some have stickers with English contents and instructions. They have spices with pictures on the package but one I thought looked like cilantro was a different herb in the marjoram family. They have made in house cabbage rolls. Fresh and frozen. Also frozen are hunter stew and soups. I was just going to get some cabbage rolls, bean soup and a couple of package products. However the very friendly staff member mentioned their cold cuts were one of their most popular items. She said many people shop there to buy their meats instead of the local grocery store. She offered to slice a sample of ham so I accepted. No wonder because it was delicious and I had to add some to my order. It tasted buttery with a hint of spice you find on Black Forest ham. My dogs were doing back flips from the aroma when I opened the package. Sorry pups all for me. Not everything has a price but like everything these day I imagine they are fluctuating.
