Adaline stated, "This is not Walmart, we don't do those types of exchanges," and claimed it was not their fault. Gabriel then told me I could repurchase the same food again at a discounted price. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told there was no manager available at the time. When I asked for the manager's name, I was told they could not provide it due to "privacy," which made no sense considering employees wear name tags displaying their names. I also asked for the phone number to the location and corporate so I could file a complaint, and they refused to provide it, telling me to "just Google it." The way I was treated was extremely disrespectful and embarrassing, as if I were trying to get something for free, when all I wanted was a replacement for food that was not fresh. To make matters worse, they even threatened to call the sheriff, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
