Good food, good service, and extremely reasonably priced. It's a bit off the beaten trail but worth the trip (it's fairly close to the Aldi's/BJs on rte 46 but down a side road) . It appeared to be a lot of boaters coming and going too. Friendly crowd with what appeared to be folks coming back from previous visits. The kitchen is small, and the place gets busy with diners and folks coming in for "to go" orders. So, pack your patience as the food, portions, and prices are worth the wait. The indoor dining area has about 6 tables and there are more tables outside, undercover, with ceiling fans. We had their burger, side salad and a breakfast burrito. We'll be back for more.

5 stars for the quick convenient to go order we placed. It was a BEAUTIFUL day to sit out on their porch and look out on the water We ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an english muffin with home fries. The sandwich was so hot and the egg was so fluffy! Not that fake egg in the carton which is huge deals to me. Picture doesn't do it Justice but if you want a quick little breakfast not a bad move. Paid $7.38 for this , good deal in my book

Haven't had the double cheese in a long time and wow it was cooked perfectly. Fries for a change was large and cooked just the way I like.

The best Philly cheese steak I've ever had! The bread is amazing. I recommend getting a side of the au gus sauce. Such a hidden gem.

Sherri the best waitress in Sanford recommended the egg salad sandwich- it's made to order and will remind you of moms! The view nice with a screened in porch to keep the bugs out or under a patio. It's homey, delish and very reasonably priced. If your looking for a local restaurant to support - this is a great choice!

We ate at The Deli every morning for breakfast; and, we enjoyed the coffee, the food, and the friendly service. We got so comfortable that we helped ourselves to refills one day when it was particularly busy. But, on the other days, the servers and the owner were quick with the refills, providing lots of chilled half-and-half as needed. The Corned Beef is incredible; and, they cooked it "extra crispy" for me every time. My wife and I returned when we were in Sanford over the weekend; and, we took the courtesy van over for breakfast. She and I loved our food and coffee; and, appreciated the spectacular service. Connie is such a delight; and, she even opened the door early to let us; and, a few other folks that were waiting, in. If it were cooler outside, I know we'd enjoy sitting out in the screened-in patio; but, for August, we dined inside!

Yeah yeah. However, there's still no excuse for rude service. I walk in and go straight to the deli. If you know this place: You walk in, turn right and there is an aisle with coolers on either side. This leads to the back deli. It is cramped, but not terrible. A couple was in front of me. I could tell by the demeanor of the gentleman that they had been there a while already and the woman was asking multiple questions of the staff. No big deal. A little annoying, but some people are just talkative. This goes on, an estimate of say five minutes. Five minutes of a woman asking questions of the male staff member as the young woman staff member chimed in with information or an answer. At no point during this time did either of them acknowledge that someone was waiting or anything. No eye contact. Nothing. Finally the couple is done. The young woman behind the counter asks what I want. I order. In the middle of her slicing one of the deli meats, another customer comes up and asks for a pound of the meat she was currently slicing. Customer service will tell you to take care of customers in the order of arrival. Not according to this place. No, she decided to skip over me and service someone else. I understand that it was probably easier that way - given you might have to clean up between meats, or whatever else. And that's fine - IF YOU COMMUNICATE with the customer. The lady ordering the meat apologized. For reasons? It wasn't her fault. I appreciate it, but unnecessary. Finally after waiting for a longer time, the young woman behind the counter apologized for the delay. There never should have been a delay. Plus the sandwich was lackluster. I try to avoid big chains. I like small businesses. But when you treat people like this; why should I return?

The pizza was definitely the star of the meal. It had a crispy bottom with a light, fluffy crust, giving it a really nice texture from the first bite to the last. This was my first time trying the pepperoni bread, and it didn't disappoint. It had plenty of filling, great flavor, and paired really well with the pizza. It's something I'd order again without hesitation. The lemon pepper wings were another favorite. They had a crispy outside, were seasoned well, and the lemon pepper flavor came through without being overpowering. Overall, we were really happy with everything we ordered.
