    Chicken fried steak and eggs

Saturday morning and we arrived with friends who had been here before. The place was full and had several large groups too. Our server was kind, friendly and efficient. She got our drink order and quickly returned to take our order. DH ordered the country eggs Benedict and I ordered the 2 egg plate with hash browns. The food came out quickly and my food was good. DH was expecting a stronger sausage flavor from the sausage in the gravy for his breakfast. It seemed bland to him. Other than that, it was good. Everyone else liked their food. Our server was juggling several large tables. She checked in with us and she was good but didn't come back to give us refills on our sodas. It might have been an off day so we're planning to give them another chance. They're open until 2 so we'll try something else on the menu. They have a lot of choices for breakfast and lunch.

Stopped in for lunch after golf. Food was good, Arnold Palmer was great. Lots of waitresses and very attentive.

A group of us normally visit Osteen Diner on weekends for breakfast. This place is usually occupied by local folk country folk. For me there are other places I prefer more but today wasn't my pick. The service and prices are good at the Osteen Diner. There is always a crowd but we always get a table without waiting. Today I had two eggs, grits and toast with coffee for around $9.50. Everything tasted good and we had great service. Outside there is a pen with a few head of cattle children can feed. Even though I am an elderly guy I enjoy visiting the animals. We will definitely return.

After talking about going here for at least 20 years, now that we live nearby, we finally went. This is definitely an old timey diner. They have an automated dessert case! I havent seen one of those in ages! We will have ti get dessert there next time, they have about 9 kinds of pie, plus other desserts. We had a Osteen double decker (club sandwich) and a Cuban. I should mention here, there menu is quite extensive, with American, Greek, Tex-Mex, Cuban. Italian, Seafood and more, items. Both our sandwiches were great. We saw several things we want to try on return trips.

Just your typical country diner. I came here for breakfast and ordered a chili cheese omelet - delicious. They are very generous with their portion sizes. Even though the omelet was huge, they still serve it with 2 sides. The waitress made sure my coffee cup was always full. Very reasonable prices, speedy service, and friendly staff. 4 stars.

Just real good mom and pop unpretentious diner foodie fare here. For whatever reason, over the years, we've always sort of avoided coming in for no real good reason and what a mistake that was. One of my new found joys. Wonderful Southern comfort foods without the commercial homogeneity you might expect at cracker something or other or something else like it. Perfect, just as you are.

The menu is pretty basic, as was the food. Nothing exceptional in my opinion, but we had a great meal, had a very decent price! I enjoyed my biscuits and gravy, and my husband's Nutella French toast tasted even better than I expected. The staff was great, and our food did not take long to come out. Seeing the items that the other members of our table ordered, if I were to return here, the side of cheesy potatoes is at the top of my list! These looked delicious. Another nice touch was the mural on the back of the building, behind the patio seating area. Such a nice spot for a photo as we came here on our honeymoon!

I went on a Saturday around 10am and was seated right away. The restaurant is very large. There is a cute area in the front with merch options, a diner counter, lots of booths and tables, and a big porch area in the back for seating. The restaurant sits along a popular bike trail and you will see many people biking on by. The service was great. The waitress was so pleasant and helpful when ordering and made sure I got everything I wanted. Timing in drinks and food was spaced out nicely. I ordered a large orange juice and the white chocolate chip pumpkin pancakes. Plus got scrambled eggs and 2 sausage patties. The pancakes were so beyond delicious! I highly recommend ordering. I didn't even need syrup the pancakes stood well alone. The sausage was very flavorful. My friend got the sausage gravy with biscuit, eggs, potatoes, and bacon. They loved their meal. I can't wait to come back and try dinner here. They are open for all the meals!

I ordered the Jack - double home fries, onions, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy and cheese. My husband ordered the frick frack - large portion of home fries topped with onions, sausage links, bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy with cheese. Unfortunately, both are meals were disappointing. Neither dish had onions. I did hear a blender at one point so perhaps they were blended and were not visible. Also, "sausage gravy." I didn't see any meat in my meal. Again, maybe it was blended? The frick frack didn't come with any sausage links as the description on the menu stated. Overall, our experience was very disappointing. Lovely Easter Brunch on the Patio…read more We came here for Easter brunch and had a really nice experience. I called about 45 minutes before arriving just to see if there was any chance we could get a table. They mentioned they were only taking reservations that day but were kind enough to squeeze us in for 1:30, which worked out perfectly. Raven was our waitress and she was wonderful. Super welcoming, friendly, and attentive the whole time without ever feeling overbearing. My husband and I shared a Caesar salad and the steak and eggs, and of course we had to order mimosas (two each... because brunch ). Everything came out fresh and tasty. One small personal preference, and this might just be me, but I would have liked the Caesar salad lettuce to be chopped a bit smaller instead of the larger pieces. Not a deal breaker at all, just something I noticed. The steak was cooked well. I wouldn't say it was the best steak I've ever had, but it was definitely good. What really stole the show for me was the chimichurri sauce. I could honestly eat that by itself with the potatoes, it was that good. We sat on the patio and were a little worried it might be too hot, but it was nicely shaded and they have fans going, so it was actually very comfortable. The only time we got a little warm was after our second mimosa... but that might be on us Overall, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back.
